This computer is fast. I love how fast it starts up. I love the number keypad and the way you can flip it and use it as a touch screen! My last experience with Windows was 8. Windows 10, seems much better. I like my apple desktop, but this is really good for the convenience. I still have a lot to learn about it. So far so good.

We purchased the new laptop and had some challenges it’s the initial purchase, but once we completed the purchase, we went to set up the laptop. Set up was challenging and we are still going through the learning curve for windows 10 and the laptop features. It is an excellent lap top.

I love this laptop so much. It's never slow. Very quick. Doesn't freeze. Only thing I should of noticed or looked for before spending $1000 on it, there is no disk/DVD/CD input. But that's my fault, it's considered a notebook at the same time a laptop. Love it overall besides that! Definitely recommend it!

We purchased this at a great back to school discount so my wife can begin her Java programming class. It's big, powerful, and has tons of storage space. An SSD upgrade in the future makes it have even more potential!

LIKE THE TITILE SAYS. IF IT CAME WITH AN SSD IT WOULD HAVE BEEN 5 STAR. I BOUGHT IT OPEN BOX FOR 389.99 AND ADDED A SAMSUNG 500GB 860 EV0 M.2 SSD FOR ABOUT 134.99 AND AFTER THAT THIS LAPTOP ROCKS.

Great Computer, fast, plenty of storage 1TB, and the best screen that I have seen. The only disappointment is the battery life.

To me I don't think about the name Samsung when it comes to computers. But I will have to say I really like this one. I tried 4 different laptops over a 3 month period and didn't find one that did so much so well as this one. It has a great balance of power, battery life, screen resolution and graphics. Nice keyboard feel with crisp feedback. I really like the black backlit keys as they don't play tricks with my eyes like the silver keys do. The only thing missing is Windows Hello feature. It also runs very cool but I have not pushed it hard to make it heat up but seems to run cooler than a couple others I tried doing the same things I have done with this laptop.

This laptop is an exceptional 2 in 1 for the value. The staff needs to learn more about products however. This tablet is not compatible with a smart pen which the salesperson sold me as being compatible.

I love the computer but sure hate that you don't get manuals or any quick start guide, they want to walk you through it and I chose an option that later I wish I hadn't, if I had a guide I would have known that ahead of time.

This laptop is good for all around use. It has the NVIDIA card that will work for some games and other tasks. The touch screen is great. The keyboard is amazing almost as good as the MacBook Pro.

I spent a great deal of time researching to find the right laptop -attempting to strike the right balance of reasonable price and above adequate performance. I was not looking for a serious gaming laptop- I needed something that could handle business applications, light media applications, statistical software, and was a solid desktop replacement but could also be portable as needed. This fit the bill. Also- took advantage of BB price match. Excellent battery life (with some setting adjustments), solid multi tasking performance, reliable and reasonably portable. Solid, cost efficient choice if you are looking for large HD, memory, strong processor, but not wanting to spend >$1K.
