I bought this because I needed a computer that could handle Lightroom and processing large batches of photos, and it's done exactly that. Very fast and responsive, and I've had no problems with overheating or the battery dying before I'm done working, either. My only complaint is that there is no disc drawer, but as external ones exist, that's not a big problem.

The laptop was at a great price for all of the hardware that I got. It will keep up with most advanced users. I am considering getting a SSD to super charge this laptop.

I always had desk computers, so this laptop is a new experience for me. so far every thing is going great. I have things to learn with this Samsung. But I do like to be able to move around the house with it.

It's very fast compared to my older laptop. The touchscreen is responsive and it is easy to put it into tablet mode. I have accidentally turned it off twice when I didn't mean to because the power button is right next to the volume button. It doesn't have a disc drive, but I never used the disc drive on my old computer so I don't really miss it. Overall, I like it and the only thing I dislike about it is the placement of the power button.

I was quick to make the decision to buy this laptop based on the great deal during the Best Buy anniversary sale. I do not regret it. It has superior specs for the price. The only thing missing, which is upgradeable, is an SSD.

So far so good . I had it a month no problem so far had to calibrate the battery a little wasn't lasting as long as I said . Very fast looking forward to put an SSD drive in

I've always liked Samsung products, and this laptop hits the mark again. It's super fast, and all it was really missing was a SSD of which I just swapped out of my old laptop to make it even quicker. Runs games pretty well, but it will have a tougher time running things on high high graphics. If you're content with running graphic intensive games on mid to high graphics, you'll be all right. My biggest gripe is that Best Buy dropped the price of the laptop by $75 like a month after I bought it. Obviously not an issue with the laptop itself, but still annoying nonetheless. Great laptop for the money though and doesn't get hot!

This computer is fantastic! I'm a huge Samsung fan anyway but this just takes the cake I'm an online student as well as a mother to a kindergartener!!! Awesome all around!

I like the speed at which it processes tasks and the manageability of the machine. However, it tends to freeze at times. It's a great machine otherwise.

Fantastic display. I prefer Lenovo. have a unit that replacing the internal battery is not worth the cost. Went to buy a Lenovo Y20 or Yoga 910. They were nice units. But this was hundreds less with 12 GB, 2 in one, 940 MX dedicated. I really wanted the Yoga 910. it did not have a dedicated feature with 8 GB and 300 dollars more. The Lenovo Touch Y700 (non 2 in 1) is the closest match to this unit. Cost was the deciding factor. Less than a week of use and so far extremely happy with my choice.

Great laptop, bought this to work on my digital designs and it's pretty fast. I love that it is also touch screen helps a lot when I'm editing.

As with all laptops after fresh installing Windows to remove all the bloatware this laptop works perfect for my fiance's school and mild gaming. It is also great for drawing if you find a good stylus.

So far, one of the best computers I have owned. It is fast, efficient and great screen quality. The only thing that stinks about new laptops is the lack of CD ROM

I actually went in the store to buy another laptop, but after looking at it, my grandson suggested this computer. He read the specs on it and said perfect. I am 100% happy with it.

We needed something portable yet maneuverable enough in tablet mode and this fit the bill very well. Plenty of storage and RAM and I'm not sure if adding a SSD would really make that much difference at this point. This laptop is very responsive and Microsoft Edge works very well as a browser. Yes, this is a bit bland for commentary but we didn't buy this for online gaming, video editing or alot of other heavy usage type of activity. For our needs and the price paid it was a very fair and competitive purchase.

Worth every penny. This laptop is fast, easy to use, and perfect for college students.

Before I make my personal comments about this laptop, I want to point out that - with lots of reviews of just about anything - it is only the experience of the reviewer, so don't assume that their experience is exactly what you'll get. I say this because it was the first thing I looked at for this particular laptop. I've only had it for about a month or so, but I really love it. I mainly bought it because I am a college student, and the laptop I had previously added frustration to stresses of college life. I also love to play video games, so while I was looking for something that could fit in between, I saw this laptop. What originally caught my attention is that it is made by Samsung (I have a smart tv of the same brand and it's awesome). So far it works really well (although I recommend making sure that EVERYTHING is up to date). I find that it is extremely good for working on papers and such and also playing games to an extent (Casual or some popular titles!). For me, it can get a little laggy sometimes, and I've had to reboot it manually once in a while (usually resulting from something I do or some of my games and programs). But it is really nice and I will say that it does really well for a 2-in-1 laptop that uses gaming graphics. A couple of final notes: again, this is only my experience so please don't get angry if you buy it off if my review and don't like it. And also, I purchased this laptop on sale (a deal of the day), so price-wise, compared to other laptops, it's not exactly cheap but also not entirely expensive.

Easy to use and I really enjoy the touchscreen feature. Nice graphics as well and it's easy to navigate.

Bought this on sale and love it. It's fast and has good memory. The graphics are great.
