Having just retired and giving up my job laptop, I needed a good laptop that could handle everything I needed. After reading reviews, I purchased this Samsung. Very happy so far with the speed and ease of set up. I don't do much other than web browsing, documents and watching movies but I know this laptop is capable of so much more if I ever need it.

Love this computer very fast TouchPad is sensitive but I chalk that off to getting use to a new computer. Geek squad set every thing up for and am very happy

Although the screen size is kinda big, it has its advantages when it comes to the processor along with a graphics card. Not a bad price if you ask me

Great laptop, very fast, can't imagine how fast it will be when I max out the memory and the hard drive to SSD. Beautiful screen pics & video.

It's a great laptop. I love the way the keyboard feels when typing, definitely better than my last one. Works great for my schoolwork. Only reason it doesn't have 5 stars from me is that apps sometimes take FOREVER to open and no matter what I set the display timer to, it still turns itself off. Other than that, it's great!

Very nice laptop with a "full size keyboard" sharp picture, touch screen and enough storage and memory. But no CD/DVD player or burner that is the only issue that I have with it.

Very good for price and excellent performance compare to expensive i7 computer

This computer was purchased for our daughter in college taking mechanical engineering, and has all the needed processor power/speed, memory, and hard drive capacity that she'll need for the next 4 years. Once the machine went through all of it's initial updates, it was very fast. Our daughter loves it! Had excellent luck with a previous Samsung computer our son used in college, and will continue to buy Samsung.

The first laptop I took home had some issues, and they promptly tried fixing it. When that didn't fix the issue, they gave me a brand new laptop to take home. I love it! I have never had a touch screen, and it is so easy to use. The computer is very quick and I am able to use it for all of my jobs. There is plenty of memory, and it should last me awhile!

I bought this as a gift for my dad. I'll wait for his feedback. But one displayed at stores looked nice, specs are great for the price.

I was originally looking atI was originally looking at getting an HP and before making the purchase I wanted to look at the laptops. I went into the store and found the Samsung. After reading reviews of the HP’s overheating (which is an issue I had with my last HP) I decided to give the Samsung Notebook 7 a try. Another reason I decided to choose this laptop was the “photo editing” screen feature. I am yet to use this but thought it was a cool option since I like to edit my SLR photos. I’ve had the laptop about a week and have been using it often for making a photo book, app games and web searches. I am so far fully enjoying it without any complaints! For those who ask about a CD drive, it’s not a feature that many of the laptops have anymore. It makes the laptops lighter. CD drives separate rune about $20-30 so it’s not much of a deal breaker to buy separate. I find this a good option since I hate hearing the optical components of the CD drive spinning.
