The first one had to be replaced because of the Bluetooth malfunction. Over-all it took two + weeks without a computer, having to move data two times, set up Office etc. When it came to the Office license on the first computer it was set up and working. When I went to pick up the replacement one I was told I needed to contact Microsoft myself to get them to release the license. That process took me a few hours at home. After that, I had to have my 2nd new computer go through a check with the Geek squad online and they ended up having it and changing it for another 3 hours because things were not fully set up correctly. That is with my additional Geek Squad coverage added to my original computer purchase. It has been a process that is for sure. Now that it is working it is functioning great and at a good speed.

I went from an HP to this Samsung and I love it. Still getting used to it but the graphics are awesome for looking at pics or videos. I mainly got this for my little start up business but now I kinda want to try playing some games on it.

I bought this laptop as a gift for a high school student and she loves it.I Works perfectly and was exactly what she needed.

Great for home office, travel, and commuting. Light weight and fully functional.

I absolutely love this laptop. This is my second Samsung and for the money this laptop performs like a laptop on the professional level. I have used this laptop from everything to CAD work and every kind of media production that you can think of! Rock solid for the money!

I like this product because it was a best buy from Consumer Reports. It has a large screen and an easy to use keyboard. The platinum silver case is very stylish and the convenience of turning it into a touch screen is appealing..The cost was very reasonable and well worth the money.

This is more a negative review of Best Buy and Geek Squad than of the product itself... Bought two of these for Christmas- both open box items at a good price. One was Geek Squad Certified that I paid $50 more for, the other was not. The certified one has issues with the touch screen. It jumps all around as if you're touching it when you're not. Seems to be related to the positioning of the screen so I suspect there's a short in the hinge area somewhere. I'll need to return it. The other seems ok so far. Why did I pay extra for the certified one? Apparently that didn't catch the issues, so what's the point. I've ordered a third one, also certified (because that's all tha was available) and will need to return the other one. Very disappointed.

Nice size, feels much sturdier than my last one. Overall, satisfied so far.

This computer is a great 2 in 1 with the durability and power you'd expect from Samsung. There is no CD tray which has only been an issue when I didn't have a DVD player. Other than that I gave no complaints.

For the price, when I bought it, this was a great purchase. Does everything we need. My other laptop is a MS Surface Pro 4. Other end of the spectrum for cost -- but in function, they both work well. One is inexpensive the other isn't. The only down side is that this is a heavy laptop.

I've only had this laptop for a few days, but it has been a great purchase so far. It's super fast, and it's not bulky like other laptops are. I had a Toshiba satellite for the past 3 years, and this one out performs that one by a large margin. I would definitely buy again.

So far I love my new Samsung Laptop/Tablet. Love how you can convert it into a tablet. I hadn't really used my old laptop much was just using my tablet. Now I can do both.

I like it so far. I might have preferred to buy the one w the SSD instead of just the spinner. However, I was going with price. I like Samsung in general. Time will tell, watch this space!

This is an amazing laptop. The resolution is stunning and the speed is amazing. The only things I wish were different would be the lack of a DVD/CD reader and the fact that no smart stylus is compatible with it. I spoke with Samsung itself and they confirmed that no smart stylus works with this computer. This makes no sense seeing as it has Windows Ink. I've tried with a simple tablet stylus, but it's not as accurate as I would hope, which causes inconsistencies and frustration when using Windows Ink. I can overlook these two issues as I don't often use them. Overall, this is a great computer and I would recommend it to a friend.

I love this laptop. Great finish and case. Fast, and very clear screen. Replacing a 5 year old Dell Inspiron. Much clearer and faster. Not the lightest laptop, but not too heavy. Haven't used it as a tablet much yet. The touch is very sensitive. Works well.
