I am very satisfied with this computer. The price was reasonable with great qualities that other computers had but at a higher price. Very durable and the picture clarity is amazing and so bright and clear

I haven't been about to use it much but it is a really nice PC for the price. I have no complaints thus far, but I've only had it about 30 days.

I needed to replace my 8 year old Asus and couldn't have made a better choice. This laptop has everything I was looking for, and I feel like I stole it for $600 (open box, looks brand new)

I needed another PC for my small business and found this as open box at Best Buy. Great computer as it is fast and looks great. Setup was super easy and performance has been better than expected.

I have had this laptop for 3 weeks now and could not be happier. I was looking for a laptop with dedicated graphics to handle some video work and light gaming without having to buy a gaming machine and this fit the bill perfectly. The fast chip and 12 GB of RAM make working with multiple tasks at once easy and while I don't game that much anymore this handles my needs easily. Having the option to use it as a large tablet is a nice bonus. Everything worked great straight out of the box and the price makes it all the better. I could not be happier.

Computer is fast enough for what i use it for and has plenty of memory capacity. Great for a college student!

I was going to buy a Dell but I got twice the computer for 2/3 of the price and the processors are the same but the graphics card in the Samsung blows away Dell

Great touchscreen computer at a good price; picked up on sale. Good screen size, advanced graphics card and 1T hard drive! Already thinking of picking up a second one.

My son just graduated high school and wanted to purchase a new laptop with his graduation money. We went into Best Buy and looked around and were helped by a very knowledgeable salesman. He showed us the different options that would work best for my son but we needed to check with his university to make sure that the specs that we had would work with what he needed in college. After confirming everything with his new school, we went back to purchase the laptop and he has been very excited with it ever since.

I love this laptop. It has pretty much everything that I was looking for. I like Samsung products to begin with, and this integrates to my house without any problems. I have two Samsung TVs at home, and this easily sends the picture to those screens as well. Quite a bit of memory as well. You just have to delete a few of the apps that it comes with that you don't want, but I don't think you will be disappointed with this laptop.

Love this laptop, it looks great, performs great and has a very attractive screen. has the 2-in-1 option to fold into a tablet (kinda big) but its there!

Great laptop at a really fair price. My only complaint, for now, is that the speakers are REALLY poor quality. You're better off using headphones!

I'd this refurbished one for my 10 year old son. At first, it gave me a lot of headache because of the corrupted software. I'd to do clean install of the os twice with samsung help desk- which was free btw-. After this, I'd the computer up and running fine. My son is happy with it. Well, it's a big upgrade after being using a vaio laptop from 2009. I miss the vaio laptops btw.

Computer is very fast and easy to use. However, the mouse and pointer are sometimes hard to control.

Purchased this Laptop for my daughter for school she loves it and it is very efficient. Excellent price.

I purchased this laptop in February and have been happy so far. I mostly use this for wirelessly streaming movies and TV shows to my various televisions. It has worked great so far. The only reason for the four star and not five star review, is because the more I fill up the hard drive (I've almost filled it up) the slower it seems to go. I have an external hard drive coming to put all my movies and shows on so hopefully that will help. It takes entirely too long to start and shutdown now. Otherwise, I really like this laptop!

I bought this for my fiance and she loves it. It's quick, the screen looks amazing, touch screen and tablet mode are icing on the cake.

This is my first Samsung computer and so I was unsure of what to expect. The system is great, from a gorgeous screen to a wealth of ports, all in a sturdy case.
