I have had my fridge for about a month now and so far it’s been okay. I wasn’t sure about buying a Samsung. I had always thought that Whirlpool was the best but my last fridge died after about 10 years. I expected it to last longer. This fridge isn’t noisy to me. I have heard some sounds but it doesn’t bother me. We also had our water line replaced for this fridge and at first the ice tasted like plastic but now it’s okay. The shelving doesn’t allow for tall items but the shelving on the door does. The veggie and fruit bins work well. My green and red leaf lettuce has stayed fresh. I like the look of it on the outside and inside. It is clean lined and modern.

The door has two dents on it ...the installers were supposed to reverse the doors and they didn’t have the proper piece to do so..I was told when the other appliances arrived that would be taken care to date this has not happened

This refrigerator looks nice and runs quietly. I like that there's a light in the freezer. My previous fridge didn't have one. I have been unable to find a switch to turn off the ice maker, but all-in-all, this was a great purchase.

Buying this refrigerator was one the best decisions I've made. I love the icemaker. The top freezer has more than enough storage space. Overall, I believe it was a great buy.

Lots of space and great look that does allow fingerprints

The only thing i dont like about it is the shelves are too close.. there isnt enough room to put a gallon of milk in unless you move the middle shelf up which almost becomes a useless shelf. Appearance wise and functionality of the refrigerator is great..

There were 2 small circular dents on the side of the refrigerator when received. However, no impact on operation; fortunately they are not visible since that side is next to a wall. Received approximately 10% store credit for damage.

So far I am very Happy with my new Samsung Refrigerator ,only wish Freezer space was a touch bigger but over all happy and price was good .

The fridge was a great buy! It keep food at the right guy temperature and I love the filter less ice maker no need for buying filters which can be costly. Love the adjustable features/control settings.

Rebuilding from fire. I haven’t installed frig yet

I like the refrigerator alot but you have to make sure the freezer and fridge are closed because if you shut them too soft or too hard they doesnt close completely. I woke up a few times with my freezer items defrosted

I compared the features of numerous refrigerators. This one fit my needs in size of compartments, and it fit into the footprint of my old fridge. I wish the shelves were more adjustable to accomodate tall items, but I switched things around to make it better. Removing the indoor butter shelf helped. I also like the way it looks with the black stainless finish. The directions on operating the controls in the manual could be more clear, but they work fine once you figure them out. I am already a Samsung phone and computer fan, so I hope this purchase has the same quality.

I truly hate this fridge. The light in the fridge is only in the front so good luck finding anything in the back. The shelves are straight across. Nothing is split so anything tall must go in the door if you want it upright. And the produce drawers feel like they're on the floor. You must be very flexible or have kneepads to retrieve anything from the drawers. It's marketed as fingerprint resistant which I can tell you it is NOT! I regret buying it. It was a very expensive mistake. The only good thing about this fridge is the ice maker works well.

nice fride takes some getting used to habing my milk in the door. LOVE the option that tje freezer can be converted into a fridge. Has an ice maker it does take a good day to make one bucket of ice though.

My wife and I needed a refrigerator, but were limited on the size we could get. We knew we wanted stainless black and are very loyal to the Samsung brand. We are very satisfied with the option we selected. The finish, lighting, temperature control and ice maker are all exactly what we expected! Ideally, we would have preferred a side by side with a water dispenser, but to our knowledge, Samsung did not have one in stainless black that would fit the size we needed. Overall, recommended for a functional refrigerator with a higher than average aesthetic.

Love the see through shelves. Plus the top drawer slide out for meats and cheeses. Happy we went with the ice maker too. Still have plenty of room in freezer.
