I wanted a side-by-side and did a lot of research on the options. I like the Samsung brand, so was happy to find this one with the features I wanted. We've only had it a couple of weeks, but so far so good! I didn't know if I'd like the showcase door and it has taken some getting use to, but now I like it. Easy to just grab some milk, pop, or butter. Some people complained about the water and ice dispensers, but we've had no issues. Some also complained about noise, but ours is very quiet. I've never noticed any noise except now and then when the ice drops, but all our fridges have done that. Only two minor complaints: 1) not as much lighting as I would like. When its loaded the middle can be a bit dark. But the LED lighting is nice. 2) Not enough shelf options. Annoying that you're pretty much stuck with the stock configuration. Service and delivery with Best Buy has been fantastic!! Delivery guys were very careful and friendly.

Went to look for a counter size fridge based on the dimensions of my kitchen. The reps showed me some great products, and we chose our 2nd Samsung based on great results from our first . The first one is now our spare in the garage. We love the double doors and the ice maker. I would highly recommend this to somebody! Delivery was fantastic, they set it up and cleaned up.

Very nice counter-depth refrigerator. I was not sure,after reading some of the reviews that said it may be too small for more than two people, but I find that it holds everything just fine. The ice maker is noisy but it makes plenty of ice. Overall, I really like it and I'm glad I bought it!

The fridge is so spacious and the showcase door is great for the kids.

I really like this refrigerator. The only thing I would have lived is the same style as the non-counter depth handle less refrigerator in a counter depth size. That refrigerator has an amazing style. This one looks a little plain in the front. The water and ice deposit area looks fantastic. Actually a cleaner look than any other I've seen.

The showcase door is surprisingly useful. We like it much more than we thought we would. Finish says clean, even from a baby's fingerprints, and the fridge works very well. There are minor noises from the ice maker and compressor that are a little louder than our last fridge, but nothing unreasonable. We're very happy.

On the plus side, this had many of the necessary and desired features for our small kitchen. First, it is counter-depth and fit our snug kitchen layout. Second, the water and ice machine are very nice features and have worked well for us. Finally, the unit is stylish and runs quietly. These factors alone make it above average, given our needs. On the down side (and this is fairly serious), the unit does not stay uniformly cool. As tends to happen in side-by-sides, the items in the door do not stay as cold as items on the inner shelves. This appears to be a bigger problem in the Samsung as there is less insulation in the thin doors. This may be a concern as milk, juice, and beer may not stay at the desired temperatures. This is a big problem as much of the storage space is in the door.

We are extremely happy with this model and enjoy having the "door within a door". We keep bottled and canned beverages as well as condiments in the front, and find it very convenient. The fridge is quiet, takes up less space, and looks on-trend.

Quiet, great lighting, love the showcase door. Replaced a 15 year old non-counter depth fridge, we like the smaller depth of the new fridge. It's less sq footage but that hasn't bothered me.

BEST Fridge I ever owned. easy to clean, great look, the showcase door is awesome with small children for snacks. overall the refrigerator is excellent. I would recoment this guy all day, everyday, twice on sunday! did i mention it looks good?

Samsung did their best on is one .That showcase door is so helpful.I'm so happy I picked out the right one. The ice maker works very well I like the crushed ice. And you can see in the clear draws thats very nice.It will roll right out to clean behind. I didn't know that it was going to be so nice.

Got this fridge about a month ago. All aspects working great. The showcase door makes access to items very convenient. More storage in the freezer than we thought when viewing it at the store.

When I had to find a counter depth fridge, I was suprised to find they are rarely in stores for inspection. I shopped several retailers, and also found they are considerably more expensive. With the exception of a few models, nearly all are $2,000 or more. I ended up choosing this samsung because of the showcase door. It's a great feature as it allows you to access items on the door more efficiently. It also does not seem to be much smaller than a standard fridge inside, making it a nice value. The shelves retract for tall items, and the door bins have removable dividers. There's not a singe spot of waste space inside, with bins for all kinds of things. The freezer side features plenty of well-thought out storage as well. It's probably the nicest fridge I've ever owned.

I really like this product. The second door is really unique and makes it easy to access frequently used products like milk, soda, butter, beverages, etc... The look and design is also very complimentary to our other appliances. Our friends are always telling us... "this is really cool"...

INITIALLY I TURNED ON THE POWER AND THE REFRIGERATOR WAS KIND OF LOUD. THEN NEXT MORNING, THE REFRIGERATOR WAS COLD AND NO MORE NOISE. I DIDN'T SET UP THE ICE AND WATER FILTER. THE TEMPERATURE IS CONSTANT AS IT INDICATES ON THE FREEZER DOOR. IT'S EASY TO ORGANIZE AS THE DOOR COULD STORE A LOT OF SMALLER ITEM. THE VEGETABLE DRAWER IS BIG ENOUGH TO STORE ENTIRE GREEN LEAF VEG AND ITS FRESH (COMPARE WITH MY PREVIOUS REFRIGERATOR) IF YOU WANT TO AVOID OPENING TWO DOOR TO GET YOUR FOOD, YOU COULD KEEP ITEMS FREQUENTLY USE ON THE MIDDLE INNER SHELF. THEN WHEN YOU OPEN THE "SHOW CASE", YOU COULD REACH BOTH MIDDLE INNER SHELF AS WELL AS FOODS ON THE DOOR (WITHOUT OPENING THE INNER CASE).

Changed the whole appearance of my kitchen. Plenty of space for a counter depth unit. Definitely fingerprint resistant. Love the showcase door

Showcase door is definitely the way to go. Find myself only opening the full door 10% of the time. There was a small squeak every time I opened the showcase door, but Best Buy and the geek squad took care of it ASAP at no additional charge.

I love this unit. The showcase door is the star. It allows my small children to access their favorite drinks at their eye level. This is the best fridge I have ever owned.

Pleased with fridge's performance overall. Doesn't fingerprint that easily. Just couple dings against it though: 1. Water comes out powerful 2. Ice takes a bit to come out 3. Items in door aren't that cold compared to rest of fridge

Love the design and space on this refrigerator. Lots of room inside and the showcase feature actually makes keeping the refrigerator organized.
