Great ref! Easy to clean, just wipe off any dirt or fingerprints with dry smooth towel or paper towel. Spacious also. I like the showcase part where you can arrange drinks and snacks for my toddler.

We reviewed multiple refrigerators online across many sites and kept coming back to this particular model. Great value for the money, very functional and this showcase door has been a conversation piece so far. Highly recommend.

great feature for showcase and inner case. freezer works well, ice maker isn't the best as cubed ice looks like crushed ice

Takes a bit to get use to the where to pull on the handle to open showcase or open frig. Sure is nice not having to open the whole frig for things I use very often and fit in the door side.

Well it wouldn't take to much to beat the thirty refrigerator I had, but this is more than I thought I would get! The showcase feature is great. Wasn't sure I would like, or care about it, but it is nice. Only bummer about the fridge is that the shelves are not adjustable, so you are stuck with the space that's in there. But there is ample room for items large and small. Although it is a side by side, so that pizza box probably won't fit. Need to be clever on some things. Other than that I hope this lasts at least thirty years....

First off, after we bought the Refrigerator it went on sale 15 days after we bought it for $175.00 less than what we paid, they refused to honor that price for us, now it is on sale for $400.00 less that what we paid! Refrigerator works ok, the ice maker quit working, spent almost 2 hours on phone to arrange for a company to come and fix it. First person I called at customer service today said the would send out a new ice bucket, I had to call back because I wasn't at home and they needed serial number. Got home,got serial number called back and waited almost 45 minutes to talk to someone, this person said they would have to send out a repair company, the company will call me to schedule. Purchased May 10, broke on June 22nd 2016 Not happy

We were pleasantly surprised this counter depth fridge didn't really seem any smaller than our GE profile side by side. With the ice maker built in the door the freezer actually seems to have more usable space. We like it a lot.

Overall really happy with the product. Initially the water dispenser leaked until I purged the air from the system. It is working great now.

We did a fair amount of research before purchasing this fridge and couldn't be happier. The counter depth is plenty big and compliments the overall look we were going for. The two doors are an added bonus.

The showcase refrigerator is great for a family - showcase door will hold all of the beverages you need for a family of 4 without having to search through the refrigerator; the interior shelves are not as deep because of the showcase door but definitely keep the refrigerator better organized. The icemaker could be an issue for some since it is usually a combination of cubes and crushed ice.

This is my 2nd refrigerator of this model. The first one started having problems with the ice maker after 2 years. It was repaired 4 times. Samsung gave me a buy back on the frig. We like the model so much we just bought the same one. This time I added an extended warranty.

We love the style and finish and the showcase door design is so convient! We needed a counter-depth replacement and this unit fit the requirements perfectly. In operation now for about two months; the unit runs quitely, produces adequate ice and always good cold water. It took a little while to figure out which items should go in the showcase door and which ones to put in the inner shelves and compartments - but we love that feature. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

We just bought it, so I cannot tell how reliable it is. But so far it works great, very quiet, looks beautiful and the layout is very convenient. Hopefully I will feel the same way 3 years from now.

Holds more than I expected. Beautiful fridge. Works great. The only problem is that the freezer got frosted one day, but I think we left the fridge door open overnight.

Great refrigerator, very quite, spacious and user friendly just wish refrigerator side would get colder. Lowest setting is 34 but only gets to 37-38, wish setting would go to 32-33 for ice cold drinks!

I am really loving my new fridge! The bins on the door-in-door are really huge and make it seem like I have an equal number of shelves on the door as I have in the fridge. I love that the finish is smudge-resistant. Even though I could not use this as a counter-depth and had to pull it out a bid due to my baseboard, it still seems less obtrusive due to the doors having built in handles. Love that the icemaker unit does NOT sit on the first freezer shelf, but it rather sits on the freezer door, saving me that shelf space. The icemaker can be turned off, thus not making the icemaker jam. I do not expect any new fridge to last more than 5-6 yrs, but I will be happy with this for the time I have it.

This refrigerator is sleek-looking, easy to keep clean on the outside, very quiet and it maintains the desired temperature. The showcase door is very useful but its handle should be reversed with the handle of the heavier refrigerator door. Also, the water connection is unecessarily visible at the bottom of the frig. All in all, a very nice refrigerator worth the price when it is on sale. It stands out among the multitude of ugly boxes that perform the same function.

I like the fact that unlike other side-by-side the freezer is not tiny. The food showcase is also a great feature, since most are only half a door instead of a full door. Counter Depth is also an asset, we now have more space in our kitchen. We also like the ice maker being in the door,instead of taking up a shelf in the freezer. Fingerprint Resistant is also a good choice.

This is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. It is counter depth, but has more room than my last frige. The showcase door is great for frequently used items. The deliverymen were very courteous and efficient.

This was an exchange for a very, very noisy GE French door fridge (a loud continuously humming buzz). Thanks to Best Buy for their great exchange policy (it took awhile because of the holiday season but it got done)! There was also something wrong with the GE ice tub door not being easily opened - turns out the seal around the door was defective and ice formed causing the door to freeze shut). Anyway, we've only had this fridge 2 days but so far love it. Fairly quiet (occasional soft white noise - not bothersome) and attractive. I was worried after reading a few reviews mentioning noise that I would have the same problem as the GE but absolutely not. The only loud noise is when the ice drops and that's expected so not a problem for us. It isn't a big fridge being counter-depth but perfect for a small family household. We spent hours & hours reading brand/model reviews both on Best Buy and on-line, and it's enough to make you want to eat out and not buy any brand. But all I can say is we're very happy with this Samsung! (We did purchase Best Buy's extended warranty to be on the safe side in case of any future problems.)
