This fridge is awesome. It is not only great looking but, also very spacious. I feel it will save energy opening the first door only for drinks and other items used the most. It also beeps if the door is left open to let you know if it was not closed. I absolutely love it!

I purchased this model because we needed a counter depth quickly. The showcase door is not something that we wanted, but are adjusting to having it. There is a problem with the adjustable slide/flip shelf in the refrigerator, service department is working with us to fix the problem. Some complain about the noise from the ice maker, we haven't experienced much more noise than our older refrigerator. I personally wanted to have white instead of stainless steel, so replacing other appliances are in our future. I just wish the door would hold magnets. We are enjoying our new appliance and would recommend this to anyone.

Overall, I am pleased with the refrigerator. However, we were disappointed with the install. We could not get the refrigerator leveled. The delivery/install guys kept telling me my floor must be crooked, the wall must be crooked or the surrounding cabinet was crooked. No, it was none of those. We didn't have a problem with our old fridge. I called and complained that they left it tilting way back on the top. The door would slam and it looked terrible. They were going to "escalate" the call to the warehouse. After 36 hrs. of not getting a call, I contacted BB again. They offered to send a new fridge. When that arrived, those delivery guys wouldn't even take it off the truck because they said we would have the same problem and proceeded to tell me the floor must be crooked. It's not. I read in the book that this model does not have rear levelers in the back and you might have to put it up on shims. I advised the installers and they said that wasn't their job and they left. What? I again called BB and they were going to "escalate" the complaint to the drivers and have them return to do the install. I told her they said it wasn't their job, but was told the management would instruct them to do it. Three hours later, I still had heard nothing. How do you "escalate" a call and then don't hear from them? Long story long, we had to do it ourselves until we got it right because we couldn't wait any longer for anyone to help us. As for the fridge itself, we are pleased with it. It works just fine and looks good!

My refrigerator was always packed before, this one has so much room, I haven't even used all the drawers and shelves in the doors yet. I love the quick access to the frequent items with the showcase door.

Is better than I expected, love the counter depth size and showcase door. Runs very quietly. Best Buy delivery and set up was awesome. They gave very useful advice while installing the refrigerator.

My first side-by-side rfefrigerator. Nice modern style with attractive design of interior and exterior. No handle bulges reduces profile even further. Able to deliver up stairs w/out removal of unit doors. Any unit is functional, but style is its own reward, as the kitchen is most used space for those who like to cook.

The fridge is very stylish and seems to be working great. We had an issue with the depth of the doors fitting in our space (which was limited). We removed a piece of floor trim and everything is working fine. The viewing door is a nice feature for the kids and grab a quick condiment without having to open the big door. Would recommend this fridge.

We have been using this fridge for a little over a month and absolutely love it. The showcase door is awesome. I can have a place to put all my sons snacks so he can access himself.

I went into the store and I looked for him, and purchased a refrigerator for our office. The delivery guys were nice as well.

I purchased this fridge for about 2 months. The online reviews on the icemaker and compressor worried me, so I bought an extended warranty. Other brands have their issues. I like about the quietness of the motor. Icemaker is fine so far, no leak, no crushed ice. Water dispenser is perfect, no misalignment. I chose this side by side over French door for easy access to frozen food. The ice maker on the door frees up space. The showcase door is very useful, we use it more than we used to. The only complaint is the lighting, it's not enough. I prefer to have one from the back.

I love this refrigerator! All the little places they have carved out for storage in both the frig and freezer sections are perfect for keeping everything organized. It definitely takes advantage of every possible space so those little items don't get lost at the bottom of a drawer. Thanks Samsung!!

Love the showcase door. Only flaw is ice dispensing door gets stuck open Causing ice production to stop and freezer temperature to rise but not enough to defrost Contents.
