The showcase is very convenient for items used frequently. Both the exterior and interior of the fridge look fantastic. Interior uses the space very efficiently.

We have a tiny kitchen that has very little room around the center island. Our other refrigerator stuck out so far that we couldn't move if we opened both doors. This one sits almost flush with the counter and lets us pass even with the door open. It fits less than a standard size refrigerator, but I guess that is the trade off for counter depth.

Sales rep was awesome across the board. Gave me an excellent deal and explained all my questions in detail. Will always go back there for future purchases

Easy to set up. The flexible shelving in the refrigerator and freezer allow for a customized configuration. Water dispenser and ice cube maker worked without a hitch. The easy access door on the refrigerator side has proved to be more useful than expected. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel finish is easy to keep clean.

We got this to replace a large KitchenAid that died after 14 years. Overall it's a great refrigerator with better cooling capabilities than the new KitchenAid' but I do have a few nit picks as follows: 1) The in door ice & water dispenser is just weird having one lever for both water and ice in front of the other 2) I liked the larger ice maker in the KitchenAid better too but other than that it's great.

I didn’t want the very common freezer on the bottom setup but most of the side by sides seemed lacking in updated conveniences. The showcase door is perfect for those frequently accessed items. The drawer storage is plentiful and the ability to reconfigure shelves easily and temporarily is wonderful. Very happy with this purchase.

I've recently purchased this refrigerator. It's a very attractive refrigerator with just the right features. More space would be nice, but i prefer counter depth so it's a non issue. Very appealing. can't complain.

This is going to be a 2 part review which is why I am only giving it 3 stars to begin with. We had an initial problem with temperature it was way too cold in both refrigerator and freezer. Samsung recommenced us to have it replaced which Best Buy was willing to do since we were in the 15 days but we were going to have to wait 5 weeks for the replacement still have 2 more weeks to wait. In meantime other than the seal not seal and unable to regulate the temp the refrigerator itself as far as room and accessibility it is wonderful. Love having the food show case and the shelves are great. The flexibility of the shelves in the full compartment have worked very nicely. Can’t speak for the veg/fruit drawers as we can’t determine how well it will keep it fresh and crisp til we get new refrigerator. Have not had any problems with ice maker and it is extremely quiet. Can’t wait til we get new one and can update the review

New innovative design..however living in Florida in summer disappointed with cold water dispenser. The water is not cold enough and dispenser runs out of cold water quickly.

This refrigerator is beautiful and practical. It is energy efficient. It is a little smaller than my last one, but it is set up nicely. The best buy experts who delivered it were very hard working and patiently answered my questions, and made sure I understood everything that I needed to know. Great experience!

I love this fridge. The showcase door is great and there are a lot of door shelves to store things. I've never owned a side-by-side fridge, and I like being able to store things on separate shelves. The only negative is I'm not able to connect the smart app to the fridge, but I really don't need to know what the temp is when I'm not home.

after the trouble we had with the previous refrigerator ,less than a year and a half old both compressors went out. and we have been waiting 3 weeks for it to be fixed. so we decided to get a new refrigerator from best buy . so far it is great .I always bought my tvs from best buy , but not appliances, from now on it will be best buy

I love this new refrigerator. Although it is a flush mount and more narrow than my previous refrigerators, I do not lack for space.

We love the ability to access the fridge side with the most items easy access from outer door and full access as needed. We had a Kitchen Aid French door model and thought the freezer side might hold less, but it doesn't appear to and this model also upgraded us to door front ice and water. The kitchen aid unit was only water and inside the left door.

I was worried this would be too big for my kitchen, but it fits perfectly and has lots of room for my food. I have a larger freezer that I use for long term storage which is good because pizza boxes are a little large for the side by side freezer. Overall, I really like this.

We love this refrigerator and the customer service. The delivery was perfect and the product is great. It is super functional and looks great.

Samsung provides a well designed sleek easy access refrigerator

I don't know if i got a LEMON! but this was sold to me as being great for tight spaces. This refrigerator not only is hitting the wall leaving big scratches on the door of the freezer ,Also it is pulled 7 inches from the back of the wall.I should not have to lose 7 inches of space,I would have purchased a bigger Refrigerator in that case. I'm also having problems with the ice maker,when ice gets stuck in the chamber it melts and puts water all over the floor. I had a cheap Frigidaire for 13 years before this one. I never had any problems with it. Also the door is heavy,so you can't put a lot on it. If i could return it,I would in a heart beat!! For $2500,what a waste of money!! Also the shelves are short,so you don't have room for a pizza or a case of soft drinks.Don't buy this one, research ,as i thought i did. And don't believe sales rep,they will tell you anything to make the sale. I hope some one from Samsung see's this post and sends a rep to my house to make this right,Best Buy says they can't anything because its over 30 days. I also bought the 5 year warranty. You will need it!
