We are very happy with the look and quality of this refrigerator! The 4 door fridge wouldn't fit in the space that we have, but this one has worked out just fine for us. Sleek looking and we love the showcase door for water and other drinks! Great value for the money spent!!!

Is as was expected . organized well. 4 pounds of ice /day. in door ice maker saves freezer space. Showcase door works like a charm. Handleless design saves space on top of the counter depth feature. Icemaker is good so far. Worth the sale price of 2K, not the MSRP of 3K.

Nice and fits perfect do wish it had a little more shelf space in the frig itself .But great product and happy with it

Like the refrigerator very much. The only thing is that the water from the dispenser is not very cold. The refrigerator has a lot of compartments. Well distributed. Gave it four stars because of the water order wise would be five stars.

I love my new ref/freezer. The double doors on refrig is excellent. Additional space is great too.

I would recommend this to just about anyone. This beautiful and functional machine is like nothing I have ever had. It's great!

novel idea that is very practical. doesn't let the cold out.

i love my new refrigerator. my delivery was bad. I purchased if from a virginia beach best buy, they had delivered my fridge and didn't install it properly. I contacted them multiple times because water had leaked everywhere.. i called corp. twice and I referred to the claims department, never heard back and i left multiple messages but no one called back. I went to the store i originally purchased from talked to the general manager he took down my info and i emailed him the pictures of the damages TWICE. no reply. I'm frustrated at the lack of responses from the corp office, claims department and the physical store manager/team.

Samsung makes great appliances and this one is no exception. The smaller "counter depth is nice as it fits better in the kitchen yet still gives ample storage. There are a ton of pros with the only con being that it's occasionally a little noisy.

This is the 2nd Samsung Showcase refrigerator I've purchased and I love it!

Love the bright lighting in the refrigerator. The door to access frequently used items is hard to get used to at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's a wonderful option. The ice makers tends to be in crushed ice setting even when cubed option is pressed.

Works as it should. No problems yet. Counter depth fits in with kitchen counter top fine.

Good looking, designed to see everything, organized

I’ve had this Samsung refrigerator for 4 weeks and it works great. I was afraid after reading reviews on many refrigerators. I was worried about the ice maker having problems. So far the ice maker works great and makes plenty of ice for my family of 5. Also had 2 parties and did not run out of ice. Replaced my GE profile that I had for 20 years and I’m happy with how this frig looks and works. The only complaint I have is I wish it had another shelf and a smaller drawer for dairy Instead of 3 large drawers. Overall, the refrigerator works and looks great! It fits perfectly where my old refrigerator was.it actually seems bigger than my old refrigerator that was 23 cubic feet.

Love this fridge especially for the show case feature! Yes, it's true that the ice dispenser came out slightly slower but it's not a big issue. The stainless steel does attract finger prints, though so careful cleaning is required. It's also very quiet.

I returned a fridge I purchased elsewhere that was faulty and decided to go to BestBuy where the staff were so much more helpful in assisting me buy this Samsung fridge which is top quality, lots of space and looks great!

Showcase is an excellent feature! Excellent choice
