This refrigerator is wonderful on all fronts. It is beautiful to look at and has lots of room for a countertop refrigerator and the showcase door is a really great feature. I'm totally satisfied and Samsung is a great brand.

Good pricing and reward benefit through Best Buy. No problems with this appliance as of yet.

This chiller is both beautiful and smart. The controls are efficient and intuitive and the fingerprint resistant finish is magic. I expect it to start producing colored silks or doves.

Only had for a few weeks but very pleased so far. Very spacious for a counter depth fridge. Love the display case. Very handy. Maybe 5 stars after I've had a little longer and keeps performing as it has so far.

The fridge looks good, and can fit quite some stuff. The reason I said it’s good at first is because it is very silent. But after few months now, i can now hear compressor working (clicking sound). But overall, it is still good.

Very disappointed that the ice maker doesn’t work already - on my brand new beutiful refrigerator installed (Aug 3, 2019). I spent hours trouble shooting the issue: I read the manual - followed all advice, verified the supply line is turned on, verified that water dispenses, verified the plumbed connection below the freezer door is good, scoured the internet for other solutions, tried the reset/test button (which strangely isn’t in the manual) - unsuccessful, warmed with a hairdryer to melt any iced up components - unsuccessful. I suppose its possible that the supply line in the door is iced up beyond what my hair dryer trick can fix, but unlikely - since the release finger mechanism doesn’t rotate on test, I believe the problem is in the ice maker internals. The strange thing is that we got maybe three or four batches of ice to drop, then it quit, so it did work for a second. Now that I read the reviews, I see this appears to be a common problem. I haven’t tried customer service yet through Samsung or Best Buy, which as an Engineer, is always my last resort ;-) Here’s to hoping my story turns out better than the others I’ve read. Buyer beware.

We like this Samsung first and foremost because Samsung has one of the best ratings...Secondly, we just purchased a house and it will look GREAT in the new kitchen. Not super fancy, but very modern and fits lots and lots!

Fridge fit nicely for counter depth model, efficient shelf organization system. Finger prints does not show as much. Due to Fridge is getting more complex electronically that extended warranty is recommended

Very happy overall with the purchase. I saw some reviews that state the fridge is loud, and though I found it was a bit loud when it first starts to come to temperature, I didn't feel it was loud once it reached the set temperature. I love to counter-depth design and feel it makes the kitchen look much bigger. People coming over are impressed with the design. The reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is: a. Since there's so much shelving built into the door, the door can be quite heavy, and you need to be careful how you close the door. b. Would like to see more ability to adjust shelves as large bottles don't fit standing up on the top shelf. c. Since the fridge is counter depth, the top shelf has a protrusion in the back for the cold air blower that takes up room in the fridge... would have been good to be flat.

My husband actually picked this out, it was a great buy. I like the counter depth of it and I still have plenty of room for everything. The nice part for him is that he can find whatever he is looking for!

This purchase was the best decision I have made in replacing a worn out home appliance from BestBuy. Very quiet, modern looking and efficient. I purchased the extended warranty which is highly recommended.

This refrigerator is worth every cent. It is sleek and so functional. The exterior front door is perfect for getting my half and half or drinks during the day without opening the main door.
