Good product overall however I wish the finish was a little nicer. It seems somewhat dull compared to other appliances. The only real complaint is that the ice dispenser is slow in comparison to my previous refrigerator. And he crushed ice teacher is very loud and very slow. We use this a lot so it’s somewhat of an issue for us

Great refrigerator. The ice and water dispenser is a nice feature and it doesn't take up a lot of freezer space. The showcase feature is great for beverages and items that are frequently used. There is a lot of storage space in the refrigerator section.

We've had this fridge for over a month now, and so far so good. I wasn't crazy about the "showcase" feature when we saw it in the store, but now I love it! So easy to grab the milk, juice, butter, etc. It is a little bit less capacity than I would have preferred, but it's the best we could find for the price in counter depth.

It is an attractive looking appliance. Interior lighting is effective and temperature control is good. The limited shelving flexibility is problematic as is access to crisper and meat bins. Otherwise, if we don't have any of the ice maker issues we have read others have experienced, etc., I believe we will be well satisfied with the purchase.

This is a really neat fridge and I like the showcase door as that makes things really easy to access.

Great refrigerator! It not only is super innovative the way that it is set up but, I love the way the company stands behind the product. We had a small issue with a factory reset and I called the warrantee department and they took care of it within 15 minutes. It makes me Confident that any issue I have in the next year I will have no problem having fixed.

If you want sleek and modern then this is it. If you want quiet and storage look elsewhere. This unit is noisy when running and not much room for food storage. Thank goodness we kept our other fridge or Thanksgiving would have been a disaster. Very expensive product with not expensive quality. Husband hates the door in door feature, he’s always grabbing the wrong one.

The water compartment leaks every time we get water from it. I already called Best Buy to come and fix it, but they couldn't do it. So I guess I have to learn to live with it.

My new refrigerator is a digital wonder! I know the temperature of the freezer and refrigerator, ice cubes or crushed ice selections, whether I left the door open, and other pieces of information right on the front. The space saving feature is great for a smaller kitchen. It just looks organized and convenient. One can place often used items in the showcase area for quick retrieval. Truly a modern look and modern convenience!

I love the refrigerator. It fits perfectly in to the space that was designated for it. There is just enough space for everything that I need. Im so glad that I have it!

I'm extremely disappointed in the Samsung refrigerator. We've made 3 calls to the customer service center in the first 3 weeks. The first time the computer and compressor stopped working at night and by morning everything had melted and warmed and had to be thrown out. The second time it stopped working the customer service people told us what to do to get it started again. The 3rd time it stopped the customer service center is sending a repair service. They said it could be an computer problem or maybe something with the ice maker. We cannot depend on it. I'm told this is not a warranty covered issue. So, after having the appliance for a month, if it happens again we will replace it with another refrigerator which will not be a Samsung.

I really love the freezer portion, and while we are losing a little bit of space in the fridge, it is designed well and easy to organize items. The only cons are the lack of a deli drawer and that the shelves are not adjustable. Not a huge issue. However, we love the look of the refrigerator and it works perfectly for our family of three.
