This fridge was the perfect size for our fridge cabinets. The food showcase is such a nice feature. We have had this model now for about a month and can't say nothing bad.

Touch temperature controls outside very subtle. Drawer with adjustable temp. Keep food cold as it should. Really beautiful fridge. Everyone who comes over loves it. Very easy to keep sort food out.

We needed a very thin refrigerator for our small kitchen. This was the thinnest one on the market. It fits best, looks beautiful and functions fine...plenty of room.

We love this refrigerator. It looks great and fits perfectly in our kitchen because of the counter depth. The design of the refrigerator makes up for the reduction in cubic feet. We have not noticed a difference.

After looking at Fridgadaire, LG and Samsung brands we chose this Samsung. The household consists of my husband and I. I cook 5-7 nights a week. Reviews of this refrigerator are spot on. We have had this refrig for 3 days. It runs quietly. We have a Great Room/ Kitchen combination. The only way you know it is operating is when the ice falls into the ice bin. The stainless steel finish doesn't show fingerprints easily and what does is easily removed with damp cloth and wipe dry. We were told to wipe with the up/down grain. We have to adjust how we open the doors as there are no thru handles. I open the refrig with my left hand and the freezer with my right hand. I am right handed. I have adjusted to opening the showcase door vs the main door rather easily. I am still adjusting what to put in the showcase/door compartments. We buy lots of fruits and vegetables and have room for them. The bottom drawer we use for hard cheese, sandwich meat. I have to look closer at this drawer's temp adjustment. The freezer has enough space for the meat I buy on sale and freeze; chix, beef, seafood,pork. Also room in door for frozen juices, and husband's beer glasses. The only problem we had with this product was at delivery. When it was plugged in the delivery man got a electrical shock. The compressor started and they put the temp to quick freeze and cold for the refrig. They removed all the plastic protection from the unit, hooked up the water and rolled the unit in place. They gave us verbal information and left. By this time however the refrig side temp stayed at 71 degrees and the quick freezer side was dropping. It took about 2 hours for the refrig to respond to the quick cool command. All is working great and I am happy with purchase

I love this fridge. Only thing I do wish it had was led lighting in back of fridge like my last fridge was. My kids can not open the fridge on their own. They can only open the showcase portion.

The delivery and set up of this frig was seamless. It works as advertised and has cut down my electric bill. the separate drink door has the added bonus of keeping leftovers out of reach. Good for late night bingers.

After the refrigerator was delivered and plugged in it only took a few hours for the freezer side and fridge side to get to their programmed temperatures. No problems thus far.

I love the refrigerator ... I never really open main door because I can just reach through ... its perfect for a single person or small family ... negatives ... icemaker is slow to dispense and water dispenser could be a little faster

This refrigerator is almost perfect! The only thing that was a challenge getting used to is the handles on the fridge side. But it only took me a couple of days to get in the habit of opening the full fridge from the top instead of the bottom.

My wife loves the features in this refrigerator with the dual opening door on the refrigerator side. For whatever reason, it seems larger than the advertised 21.5 cubic foot capacity.

Great fridge. Very quiet and energy efficient with the extra door for quick access items. The interior is small and does not hold as much as our previous fridge. The ice maker holds less ice as well. Overall a good fridge.

We love this refrigerator! Especially convenient with the extra door on front when the children are going in and out for drinks!

It's a great fridge so far, I just hope it last awhile for what we paid for it!

This fridge has a nice fit in my kitchen. it is not too bulky, very nice built and quality, it looks very attractive. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the smart features do not communicate with my IOS iPhone otherwise I will give 5 stars.

This is a great product. Cools exactly to set temps in the frig and freezer. Very spacious and beverage door is superb....a great idea which gets plenty of use. No problems experienced since purchase.

I love the view door and side by side freezer and refrigerator. This was not my first choice but end up being the best choice.

This refrigerator is magnificent. It is by far and away the best appliance we have ever bought. We really enjoy the "gallery" door feature and the filtered ice and water through the door is outstanding.

I replaced an old refrigerator with this model after checking brand reviews. Has it 2 and half years with no problems. I actually enjoy the drink for more than I thought I would.

refrigerator works perfectly in addition to running silent. only criticism is that sales man didd not tell me the installation would NOT instal the water line !!
