I haven’t had the refrigerator but approximately a week. So far I like the refrigerator, however I’m missing the larger space I had in my previous refrigerator

It seemed like a cool idea, the see though on one side. The temperature did not hold about a year into ownership, and it was an absolutely maddening experience to get it fixed. I ended up simply getting rid of it. What a waste, whata horrible experience.

I have had this unit for over a year and have had constant issues with frost in the freezer. I have the geek squad service plan and it is frustrating and useless. I have had more than 10 visits to my home to attempt to repair the problem with no resolution or replacement. Everything has been replaced, mother boards, ice makers, doors, gaskets, we even had one repair person accuse us of leaving the door open. Often times the "repair" causing other problems. There is continual frost build up, the ice maker covered in frost, loss of food etc. Best buy, samsung and geek squad have been zero help to repair, replace or try to make a customer happy. I do not write reviews but I am forced to do this to make sure others do not have the same problem.

Water line to ice maker froze within 6 months. Countless Geek Squad visits replacing all of the wrong parts. Finally got a replacement door which is now starting to oxidize/stain under the laminate finish. Was never able to pull up WiFi networks much less connect. Still covered by Geek Squad but why bother? Two stars for keeping food cold, that’s about it.

Not sure what to say, this appliance was not the original one I wanted but they store could not get.

Refrigerators are so expensive these days and none of the reviews are universally positive (or negative for that matter), but I chose this model becuase of the unassuming, elegant look, and what appeared to be a better set of reviews than any. I originally was only considering french door models, but this model, with it's "showcase" door presented the best combination of space and features. Sure it's not wide and the freezer is very narrow, but food is easily accessible. I like the flat exterior and built in grips, which make this model fit better in my space. It also works well with mixing and matching other appliance models as it doesn't have a unique handle. Counter depth units concern me as they typically have less usable space, but this unit surprised me how well everything fit in. So far operation has been quiet and the ice maker still works which seems to be the most common complaint with purchasers! So far I am happy with my purchase. The storage options and showcase door is great.

We are a family of 3 with a four year old who is constantly looking for juice and/or a snack. We needed a counter depth fridge that could satisfy the needs of easily handling adult beverages while catering to our little man's wants. This refrigerator satisfies all of us happily. The youngin' grabs his snacks without pestering us and we get to use door shelves that are usually forsaken to the dredges of expired condiments. It does take a little getting used to, but within days one can adapt to using the easy-open outer door instead of looking at the entirety of the fridge. The water dispenser shoots water plenty fast while the ice maker has kept-up with a 30-person party just fine. Our energy auditors (for off-grid solar power) scoffed at the efficiency of the unit, but we sacrificed a few energy-efficient dollars for versatility (and energy auditors are a little too "efficient"). I have had a few occasions where I wish there was slightly more refrigeration space, but it does force better practices for food management. At the end of the day this refrigerator offers the convenience that fits our family's needs/wants.

I thought that the size will be fine coming down from a 25 cf refrigerator but it's just not big enough. I like the looks but quality wise, it's not as good as my old samsung side by side; the shelves are harder to take off for cleaning and the aluminum wrap at the end will scratch the door if not careful.

Not a bad fridge-would have liked to get it at a much better price.

We bought an open box fridge marked excellent condition. We noticed that parts were missing then we plugged it in and it made a non stop clicking noise and we had no ice. We have had Geek Squad out now and he ordered the wrong part. So, this next week will be visit #3 from the Geek Squad.

I love this side by side. The old refrigerator finally gave out so my wife and I had to look for a new one. We looked at several models and brands. we chose this one because the size was right.Love the showcase door which makes it very conveaniat for commonly used things.Nice and quiet model.If you have a big family or store a lot of food,get a bigger model but if you don't you will love this size.

We bought this refrigerator to replace a 10 year old Black Kenmore that stuck out so far that it was causing problems in our kitchen. This fridge is very sleek and we love the look and low profile, We were a little concerned about the smaller capacity but since our son is in college it hasn't been an issue and the big black monster fridge is in the basement ready to hold overflow when the human garbage disposal comes home for the Holidays :) The showcase door is a nice option and gives easy access to common items. The water and ice through the door works perfectly and the water is nice and cold. Love this fridge!

Love the price. Not big on size. Customer service was great

This purchase was a disaster from the beginning. We thought we received a good deal buying a floor model the week before Thanksgiving and scheduled delivery the Friday after Thanksgiving. They rescheduled after the window for delivery and rescheduled for two weeks later. It was delivered three hours after the scheduled time range. It did produce ice the first day, now it does not, called and replaced the ice maker and it still does not produce ice. Not buying major appliances again from Best Buy.

This is my worse experience ever. I bought 7 months ago and it start with problems. When I call for my guaranty they told me that have to call Samsun. I have been called Samsung the first week they told me that I have to wait until they check if I really paid for the guaranty. This is my second week and still fighting to see if they can come to fix my refrigerator

It was very sleek and modern. We really like it alot.

Shelving space is awkward with limited flexibility

I needed to replace my old refrigerator and I had a hard time finding one that fit my kitchen. I wish the storage was a better. I feel the shelves are a little small and tight.

The fridge itself is beautiful however I found it frustrating that it was missing feet when I bought it and it was a pain to get help replacing it. Make sure you do a full inspection at drop off
