I've only had this a month, but they keep insisting that I rate it now. Because of this I cannot tell you energy efficiency or how good the motor is, etc. Some of the things I really like are that the ice maker did not take up the majority of the freezer space. The freezer space is very good for a side by side. I can even put pizzas in. I like the sturdiness of the drawers. They open and close very smoothly. You do not feel like they will break instantly. Some of the things I don't like. There is not a deli drawer nor a compartment for diary, butter, etc. It would be nice to have a space on the door for butter which gets lost in the deepness of the door shelf. Another drawer in the freezer would be nice. Also the water dispenser continues to drop water after the lever is released. You must wait a bit before removing your glass or have water all over. I haven't decided if I like the the special fridge door. I don't think it's an energy saver and it's quite heavy to open the door for the main fridge. It is nice to be able to store more on the door where you don't have to dig so far to find things.

Great product. The ice does take a few second to dispense the ice, otherwise I love the style and the convience of able to open the door to get water etc.

I like this counter-depth refrigerator not having handles sticking out into the kitchen. My wife likes the showcase feature. However, if you load the shelves in the showcase, opening the door with the showcase to reach the inner shelves requires a strong pull. Though same size on spec as the one we replaced, it seems to have more space inside. The one thing missing is a drawer specifically for meat in the refrigerator which can be kept colder. Our old unit had that feature in the bottom drawer.

Showcase door doesnt get used often. Ice maker is so slow to dispense and water filters are expensive to replace every 6 months. Keeps stuff cold though...

Easy to set up and use, the freezer, refrigerator sections has lot of room for storage and also well organized. The show case door very nice feature.

The counter depth fridge is great. Looks nice, works well. The ice maker does make noise but once the ice is made, it is silent. Best Buy took a VERY long time with delivery and did cancel the order on me multiple times. The appliance is great, the contractor they ultimately had install the appliance was great, they did try and deliver 2 of the same appliances on the same day at different times with different delivery personnel. There was a problem with dripping from the water dispenser initially on the day of install that we had to fix ourselves as the only option they provided over the phone was to have the fridge removed and another one delivered. They also tried to deliver a dishwasher we hadn't purchased and didn't need...On the organizational end they could do better. There are 3 large drawers in the fridge, no small drawer for things like meat and cheese.

We love our new Samsung showcase refrigerator, we think the most appealing refrigerator we ever owned. It shows very slight finger marks, but very easy to keep clean. The showcase door is our favorite feature. You can barely hear the refrigerator when it's running and it keeps very constant temperatures in both the freezer and refrigerator compartments.

This fits well into our kitchen space. We love the design and efficiency of this fridge.

I like my refregerator a lot. I could open the whole door and get any thing that on the shelves or the display door for drinks and sandwiches.

Beautiful refrigerator, really looks great. Wonderful interior space. Showcase door super cool and handy. Ice maker could be a little larger.

This refrigerator rocks! It's not the biggest in size capacity but it's the best! One thing for sure is that you won't over purchase groceries at the market since the 'counter depth' limits the overall storage capacity. This means less waste for us instead of throwing away groceries! Great ice maker too, overall it's a fantastic refrigerator! Buy one today!!

Really like the refrigerator. I never expected to feel so good about an appliance. Read a lot of reviews and decided on this with the help the phone sales dept. Not sure why it took 3 days for me to get ice, maybe it wasn't turned on. The delivery was the nightmare. It took 5 attempts to get it right.

I was hesitant because I had a whirlpool that I have had for 26 years that still works, but I decided to purchase all new appliances. I have had great luck with Samsung TV's so I decided to give Samsung appliances a try. This refrigerator is awesome. I love the food showcase so that you do not have to open the main door to get to the items you use frequently like milk, juice, cheese, ketchup, mustard, mayo and snacks. The seals on the doors are amazing. Takes a little muscle to open the main doors but it also makes the unit more energy efficient. It has lots of room in both the refrigerator and freezer and I love the black steel fingerprint proof finish. The only thing It doesn't have that my old refrigerator had was moisture control setting, I miss that. I have only had this product for a month so I can't speak of the longevity of this product but so far I am in love with this refrigerator. I recently spoke with a friend who has the same refrigerator and they love theirs too and they have had theirs for a few months.

The installation was well worth it!! Talk about making sure a customer is satisfied! No let's talk about the fridge!! It is awesome has the showcase door so you don't have to open the whole fridge!! So you keep the necesities like water and other beverages at easy access!!

Beautiful well built refrigerator with excellent ice maker. Showcase door comes in very handy. Would recommend this product to everyone.

I love this fridge. The showcase door is very handy especially having small kids opening the door to grab their snacks. Great product!
