The family hub fridge is a must have, you don’t realize what you’re missing out on until you have one. My little girls and I get cooking ideas that are constantly changing. The girls and I will be cooking and dancing around to Disney music off the Pandora app. It’s like the modern day juke box and the girls call it our singing fridge. We love it and I’m confident anyone else would.

Lacks in customizability but cools extreamly well. Bad design on the external water placement.

So far performs as expected. Internal camera has limited view. Love the family hub but depending on your kitchen layout the screen may not be viewable from a distance. Ensure your space accounts for the doors opening (2 inches from each side). On the pricey side.

Perfect fridge i thought it will be small since its a counter depth however it was perfect for two people

Easy to operate. Enjoying the smart panel on the door while making dinner for family. Inside is more spacious than i expected, which is a plus in my book.

Awesome product, I'm not the greatest tech savvy member of my family but it was easy to use. My youngest who is 6 was able to play with the screen...thats a plus.. as far as the interior of the fridge is just what i was looking for...plenty of space and drawers/shelves everything is well organized... awesome delivery and hook up team as well.

amazing fridge! I will say though, ice production is slow and it doesn't produce a lot of ice. Other than that, it's a wonderful fridge and the technology on it is impeccable!

I love the refrigerator but I’m just have 1 issue the ice maker keeps clogging . It’s hard to unclog the ice so I’m waiting on the Samsung team to come and service the refrigerator.

For $2000, you get a fridge and a toy. The fridge works with ring. When someone ring the door bell, it shows on the fridge screen. We can also update photos and clips on the fridge screen. Dont expect to use the camera inside the fridge... there is only one camera and not really clear. It would be nice if i can projector my iphone videos to the fridge screen. It is probably a samsung vs apple issue... oh well.

Awesome fridge, definitely bigger than our old one and the touch screen is pretty cool, the built in speaker could be better though. And I picked it up while it was on sale so m satisfied with this purchase

At fridt i was hesitant to buy this fridge because of the cost. However i am glad i did it is worh every bit of the cost very convenient. Looks great in my kitchen and the screen is HUGE.

This is my best buy in a long time. The wife absolutely loves it. We are able to write notes for the kids, grocery list and also look inside wothout even opening the fridge. I would definitely recommend.

Complaints 1) The speakers are awful. It's like listening to an old radio. 2) Items on some shelved in the Refridgerator side are freezing. 3) I saw a note that came up on the screen saying that it was no longer elegible for updates. 4) Wish there was more ability to adjust shelve heights Likes 1) Like the smaller size. We needed the space and this gives us additional space 2) Quiet 3) Overall we like the Tablet monitor

This is an absolutely beautiful fridge but it was delivered faulty. Soon as the delivery guys pulled off, we started getting an open door alarm consistently. For a couple of days the temp inside the refridge side would rise as high as 54 F. I'm very disappointed it was faulty out the box else I would work with the tech support. With this said, when the fridge is actually functioning normally, it's a great fridge and everything cools nicely. The freezer is perfect and has worked from day one. The ice maker dispenses a little slow but serves it's purpose. Love the android software and it updates soon as you connect to the internet and has some nice apps. I really would love to give 5 starts but I hate receiving a faulty item out the box.

I love the feature of the fridge! Just hate that the water splash out so fast ! I love the Hub on the fridge
