I love the space and the look of it but I’ve already had the screen replaced

This was a blind purchase. Excelent refri just as describe in internet. When deliver, the technician explain every detail and conected the water supply. I can hear music, see the news and a lot of things. Fantastic product!!!!

Great refrigerator, with efficient size and design with no handles. Love the tablet’s sound and apps. Cons: Fingerprints are easily shown and water spout seems a little off of a regular cup size center.

i got my samsung refrigerator with family hub and i can't begin to tell you how fun it's been. this fridge comes loaded with so many features from making grocery shopping lists to show you how to cook a new dish! the family hub connects with my ring front door camera and the build-in inside camera lets you have a quick look at things inside. all temperatures for the freezer as well fridge can be set from the screen with no buttons to tweak inside. the speaker is loud and perfect for music or cooking tutorials. the screen is large and has really smooth transitions and minimal lags, and allows multitasking. the samsung refrigerator has enough space to store a week's food supply for a family of 6. i will definitely recommend it to family and friends this samsung refrigerator.

This fridge looks amazing. It's sleek and looks great in your kitchen. I used to have a much larger fridge before but I didn't like how they stuck out. This fridge solved that problem. My only downside was the width of the freezer space, as it's pretty hard to fit things like pizza. The touchscreen is lots of fun, and always amazes guests.

It's a very hard to get item. Rest of the models are french doors and this is only one with side by side. I have a countertop depth. More then enough room for groceries. Screen is nice and speaker are very loud. The camera inside is basically useless and i found that is hard to wake up Bixby. My phone react to my voice in other room , when im staying in front of the fridge. But fridge doesn't hear me.I added 3 version of my "hi, bixby" to the fridge so it's can't be im saying it not right or not recognizable. Once Bixby is awake it picks up your voice from far away. That's why 4 stars. Also there is no light at water dispenser. Can't see at night

We ordered this fridge after the compressor failed on our Whirlpool and received it in about a week. There was an issue with the water dispenser, which forces us to schedule an exchange. The water dispenser system was defective. Any time I pressed the water dispenser, water would spill on the inside of the freezer. The automatic ice maker would dispense water every hour or so from the water dispenser and onto my floor. We had to shut off the water and ice system from the screen until an exchange was made. We scheduled an exchange and it came after a week. This one actually works great and we’re pleased with its performance. The ice maker doesn’t make as much ice as I’d like but that’s the only complaint so far. Word of advice, check out the water dispenser before the deliver guy leaves your house.

First of all, the refrigerator portion is great. Nice and roomy, good temperature control, and seems to be very energy efficient so far. I like the ice cubes as well - they're not the standard crescent shapes you usually get from automatic ice makers. My only issue is with the Family Hub. The functionality is excellent - you can do pretty much everything you'd expect from a 2-foot high Galaxy smartphone. The software, however, is fairly buggy. I've already had it go totally catatonic once and had to power-cycle the entire machine to get it back. Other than that, gripes are minor stuff you'd expect with something internet-connected. The SmartThings app seems flaky, but all smart home hubs are to some degree. Overall, a very solid fridge. I really like the recessed door handles.

We are loving this fridge. touch screen is cool, we can input our shopping list onto it and it transfers directly to your phone also post pictures to use as a digital frame use for music and much more. Also has interior camera to see whats inside when your at the store, though you can only see the top 2 shelves. Its also very quiet i can hardly tell its running compared to our Frigidaire gallery. The door ice maker also is much better than the Frigidaire. Fridge section is roomier but the freezer has slightly less room but thats ok because we put our Frigidaire in the garage for extra freezer space. All in all we are very happy with our Samsung Refrigerator.

I've had this refrigerator for only weeks but it seems like good value for the money. There aren't too many good refrigerators in counter depth size that will fit in my kitchen exactly where I need it. Fortunately Samsung makes this attractive model which fits perfect. The only thing I find disappointing is the apps are several years out of date and therefore severely limited in function. Even more disappointing is Samsung left no means of updating them. If I could give a separate rating for the built-in information technology it would be 1 star.

The price was great... this makes our rental property look like a million dollars.... we have 20 rental properties and more than 10 of the properties have these Family Hub fridges. I like this the best as it is counter-depth.... and it is perfectly flat.... and I like the two doors instead of the lower freezer drawers. This also has the least fingerprints of them all. Overall a really great fridge!

Love the appearance of this fridge, but have to return it which has me scratching my head. My old fridge is the same width. 36". I ordered the counter depth, not sure if that is the problem? But I cant open the fridge door because it doesnt clear the wall on the side. Called Best Buy hopeful the sales person could recommend another option. Unfortunately she wasn't very helpful. Having someone come out to see if they can determine a solution. Hoping maybe the french door option, and non counter depth will alleviate this issue. Please help Best Buy or Samsung Rep.

For being the smaller size in this line, it holds plenty of food for a small household (2-4). Interior is bright. There are two drawers on the bottom, one of them with humidity control. Smart screen and inside camera are not obtrusive. Ice maker does take up some room, but still more space than a typical freezer. The hub has so many features, we've barely scratched the surface. Lots of customizations to make it as busy or minimal as you'd like with your own photos (and I think videos?). Speaker isn't the greatest for jamming out, but nice for a little background noise.

Not the best item I have bought from Best Buy ! Had to fight to get the first fridge replaced , broke down on day 1 , 3 months later got a replacement some minor issues but works in general , don’t be fooled by the camera for inside the fridge it’s terrible . The tablet on the front is a nice addition for the household use .

The refrigerator works great overall and handles its main functions perfectly. It's convenient, looks stylish, and we're very satisfied with it in general. The only significant downside is the ice maker. Right from the start, the motor for the ice maker failed to turn on in about 95% of cases. We had to seek warranty service, but the Best Buy store refused to handle the repair themselves and instead directed us to deal directly with the manufacturer. This was quite unpleasant and felt very unprofessional on the store's part. I hope the ice maker issue isn't widespread with this model and that we were just unlucky.

We went from a full size that impeded on our kitchen to this counter depth so it's small for us, but seems to be a great refrigerator. The pros are many, as the hub is a lot of fun and can be very helpful You do need to sign into the Samsung site to use it. I do not use or like the view inside feature on the app because it looks distorted and you can't see a lot of the refrigerator. The only other aspect I do not like seems to be common with new refrigerators: the shelfs are no longer adjustable and there is not a designated meat / cheese drawer. I really didn't see that on a lot of brands, so that must be the way it's going in this market. But overall, I Love this refrigerator, It has power freeze and power cool feature on the SmartThings, which is great! You can even turn off the ice maker (which is a really nice ice maker, by the way. Cubed or crushed!) from the app. I have not noticed any areas that seem to get too cold or freeze in the refrigerator. The freezer works perfectly. There is just not a lot to talk about with it but I am quite happy. The only thing I really wish I could tell Samsung is that I wish it had a night time feature as the hub display is quite bright.

Glad that i was able to find this one. Counter Deep is perfect. Screen helps like a tablet. Plenty of space of both sides. I particularly like to have the freezer vertical and not on drawer.

Purchased for my daughter. You would think I purchased it for the 3 grandkids, less than 5 yrs old. They love drawing on the pad, asking Alexa questions, dispensing water/ice and checking out the produce in the refrig/freezer. Items are easy to retrieve. Good alarm, reminds the kids that the doors have been open long enough and an alert for Mom. A better purchase than my recent KitchenAid refrig. Disappointed at the fact that I had the refrig warranty thru Best Buy and I cancelled the Best Buy protection plan because of their reducing coverage. Now, I thinks it's too late to purchase a Samsung coverage plan.

Love my new fridge! Great price and has all the technology you want! And listening to music is so easy! Downloaded my pandora and now and can cook and listen to music! And it fits in many kitchens. Definitely counter depth. I would recommend you buy this one!
