Have an older home and the layout of kitchen doesn't have an oversized fridge space. This fridge is perfect. I did not want a water dispenser but an ice maker. And this is exactly that. Paid 999.00 and 135.00 for hookup. Totally satisfied with the whole package. It's now almost 1 year old

Have had the refrigerator for 3 weeks. It was a good choice. I like the freezer on bottom, has plenty of room. Like the 4 sections so I can easily organize. The LED lighting in the refrigerator is great. The shelves are adjustable and plenty of room in the doors for bottles and jars. The only negative I have is the crisper drawers are to deep, its hard to reach the back of the drawers to get produce out. They can only be pulled half way out before they hit the doors.

I downsized my space and hated the thought of not having a French door model. Then I found this one, of course everything about it is small on the inside, especially the deli drawer. The side spaces normally fit gallon jugs but its a squeeze now, literally. A normal milk gallon will scrape the holder when removing, its ok if you don't mind carefully lifting out the jug. Shelves are all adjustable, and you will need to adjust at least one so you can stand up normal size container's or a gallon of drink. Now I'm not complaining, I do have a small space. One suggestion to Samsung is to make it slightly taller, even an inch would make things a lot easier, its usually the width that limits most spaces.

Our short appliance opening drove us to this Samsung model. It seems that refrigerators have grown since we bought our Kitchen Aide top freezer 20 yrs ago. We've had our Samsung for a month. Temperature control has been outstanding. It is quiet, but the sounds it makes are "more sophisticated" than our old fridge. In particular, the compressor motor winds up in step changes. As a shorter fridge, it gets its volume from being deep. We have room to stock up on sales, but it's easy for things to get lost in the back of the fridge. It's our first bottom freezer, and we are getting used that. All in all, I feel like we have a very good quality fridge, and I look forward to it performing well for years to come.

We love our new Samsung 21.8 cu.ft. refrigerator! We did a lot of research while upgrading our kitchen, and chose the Samsung because we wanted french doors and a refrigerator that offered a little more space (3 cu.ft.) than our prior Whirlpool model; also, we were limited in height by the overhead cabinet, and the Samsung fit perfectly. We've had the Samsung for about two months and, so far, it's working great, keeping everything chilled and frozen as intended. We read some reviews that commented on the ice maker, saying that it produced grey-colored ice--that happened for us, but after the initial dozen ice cubes, the problem disappeared. We have noticed that the ice has a slight plastic aftertaste, but we're hoping that will disappear over time. So, overall, we're very pleased with the Samsung.

Needed a smaller fridge for the space. Although smaller, has a lot of space. Love the ice maker too.

So before I even received my first fridge they delayed my delivery 5 days but offered me a $50 gift card for the trouble so I accepted, so after waiting patiently the fridge I received had huge scratches/dents all down one side and it was this way when the movers took it out of the box on my porch. So they called the customer service people, who then called me and offered me a $100 gift card which is laughable for a $1500 refrigerator. So I said no I wouldn't except that, and they needed to bring the brand new one I paid for. So another week later and in 5° weather had to let another set of moving men go in and out of my front door multiple times, then yet again take everything out of the dented fridge and transfer to the now new one. Oh and that giftcard for $50 from the original mess up came almost a month later. But in conclusion I love my spacious new fridge and it looks great in my kitchen.

Love this refrigerator. We purchased sight unseen and were not disappointed. I did not think I could have a french door refrrigerator in a 30 inch space. I am thrilled that this one fits.

This appliance is a major upgrade. Looks good in stainless steel. Does not leave lots of finger prints. Does the job.

We had to go with a smaller fridge due to the spacing of our cabinets, but this fridge is perfect!

I chose this model because it was short enough to fit under the existing cabinets in my kitchen. It is much quieter than my previous fridge. The stainless steel really updates my kitchen. Shelves adjust easily in many different combinations.

I absolutely love my new refrigerator; its slim, sleek & sexy!! I was worried about finding a nice refrigerator to fit the small space in my kitchen but this one eased all my worries. The only issue is the loud noise it makes every now and again. I read reviews religiously, and there were other consumers who complained about the same thing. It doesn't happen very often but when it does it is noticeable....not sure what causes it. I dont use the ice maker or the energy saver feature and the refrigerator has been working just fine. I'm delighted with my purchase.

Thoroughly enjoy the French doors and space in top. The freezer has three spaces which help distribute the frozen foods better.
