Just love my new fridge. The outside is sleek and perfect for my small kitchen. Inside it very well laid out - especially like the preview door for my frequent items. Am using the flex zone for wine / deli. It's wonderful having a "colder than the main section, but not freezing" section. The water is also wonderfully chilled and a delight. Am so very glad I purchased this fridge!

I get so many compliments on my refrigerator. It is bigger than it looks and I love the versatility of the freezer compartments. Only thing is tgst the ice machine does not churn out enough ice when you need several glasses of ice.

Beautiful Refrigerator! I moved to a new house and needed to install a counter-depth fridge. We buy a lot of groceries and were using a super deep fridge before , so I was worried I was not going to have enough space for all we were used to buy. I am surprised about the amount of stuff we can fit in this fridge. I believe is the fact that doesn't have a division in the middle dividing fridge and freezer which gives you a lot of flexibility. Also, you can move the trays higher or lower. Of Course it doesn't fit as much as my old fridge, but so far it is not an issue for me.

Had for a little over a year now. Works great, holds temperature perfect. Only problem I’ve had is the ice maker stopped making ice for eight days. Had a repairman out and it started making ice right before he arrived!! Now three weeks later it stopped making ice again so will have to call him out again.

This rating would be an easy 6 if the ice maker did it's job. The function of the product, the design and usable space is awesome for a counter depth frig - the flexible 3 frig or freezer area is perfect. REPLACE my ice maker please, too little, too long for more... odd shape & size but that's not the issue.

We love our new refrigerator! Once we plugged it in, it cooled down super fast and has kept perfect temperature ever since. The design is perfect for us -- we don't use the freezer that much but if we need to, we can make the Flex Zone a freezer area. And if we have guests, we can put extra serving bowls in the Flex Zone. It's nice that we can open just one door to retrieve most-used items, saving energy. The water dispenser works perfectly -- people who have complained about it probably held their glass down too low or removed it too fast. The ice dispenser works great, too. We think this model is super-attractive, both inside and out. The drawers glide smoothly and the lighting is nice.

Refrigerator is the best counter-depth fridge we could find for under $5000. We determined that the "popular" drawer-style refrigerators were not compatible with how we use our storage. The optional-use lower cabinet allowed us to greatly expand refrigerator space, as opposed to freezer, in a smaller capacity fridge.

We have had it now for about a month. We bought counter depth. I was a little worried it wouldn't be big enough on the inside for our family of 4 plus 2 guests occasionally but it works just fine. We also have a deep freezer to store more meat. If we didnt have that there wouldn't be enough room in freezer for our needs. The water dispenser is great! Easy to use. The showcase door is handy to have when I just need condiments or a gallon of milk. Not sure if I'm spose to put milk in the showcase part but I find it very convenient that way. Overall it is a beautiful fridge inside and out. Everything is functional and easy to use.

We were on the fence between a French door and two door. Best of both worlds. Has deep enough storage so we use one lower compartment as a freezer and the other lower part as a chill area for our deli items and beverages we want chilled. Couldn't give it five stars, one drawback...fingerprints are easily visible. We wipe down daily on the handle.

We like black stainless steel finish and we needed a counter depth space refrigerator. We are glad we find one in Samsung that meets our criteria. My kids like the showcase door for easy access.

Great refrigerator, functions pretty much as we expected. Couple of comments though. Food showcase is not as functional as we had been use to with our old GE refrigerator. But we still like it none the less.Everything works as expected. Very quiet.

Overall it's a good fridge. It's spacious and looks nice. I'm surprised how noisy it is compared to my old fridge, and not just the ice maker. Depending on which compressor is running it can be kinda loud. And it makes a strange knocking sound I've mistaken as someone knocking on the front door. These noises are most concerning because I've read of many people having issues with Samsung fridges and worry something is wrong and it's just a matter of time before it needs repair. I had trouble connecting it to the Samsung Smart Home app. I also had trouble with my Samsung range, so it wasn't surprising the fridge was also problematic. I had even more trouble connecting the Smart Home app to the Google Home app, and had to contact Samsung's support. Ultimately I gave up. Connecting it to Google Home doesn't really do anything, and honestly there isn't much point in connecting the fridge to the Smart Home app either.

This counter-depth refrigerator is sleek and modern. But some of the parts look cheap. Also for this price they could have made this smudge proof. I should definitely mention that when it runs it is really quiet. Once it starts it will make a noise but it will fade out and you will feel like it is not running. That calm it is...

We remodeled our kitchen using all Samsung appliances, the styling is far and above all other manufacturers in my opinion. The first refrigerator had Freon issues, luckily it was the sealed system and covered under warranty. It took forever to have this new on delivered. So far it’s working , however the ice make builds up a lot of frost and the ice always is crushed, no cubes. I haven’t called Samsung out since.

Looks incredible, an keeps my food fresh a lot longer than my previous fridge.. The flex door is such a functional feature as well as the double or single freezer option. Samsung has sure applied all the cool technology they are known for to this fridge..

access door is nice for often used items. i use both crispers for vegetables and fruits and have a plastic bin for meats and cheeses. the adjustable shelving is fantastic, you're not stuck with one arrangement as your needs change. ice production is low so if you are a big ice user this is not for you.

We remodeled to get extra space between refrigerator and cooktop. The counter depth fits perfectly. Plenty of space for our needs. Really like the flex door.

I am very pleased with this fridge so far! It looks awesome, keeps things very cold, and for a counter depth fridge, it has a lot of space.

Really like the design and space available with four doors and three refrigerated areas and one freezer space. Looks great.
