A must have, if you want to make your kitchen standout. The black stainless steel is the best option and really goes well. Fingerprint resistant keeps it shiny all the time. The build quality of the fridge is good. The family hub is great to listen to music and check recipes quickly. The auto meal suggestion option is new and interesting… some of the recommendations (based on your preferences) are definitely worth a try.

Purchased this the day it went on display at my local Bestbuy in August of 2019. Great features and have not regretted the purchase until it started leaking water from the ice machine on Christmas Day while we were hosting for our families. We realized around dinner that it wasn’t cooling anything in the fridge or freezer and unfortunately had to throw away an extensive amount of food the next day. The repair team came out and said the compressor is completely shot and they’ll have to come back to replace it which will take upwards of two hours. Having no children and not abusing this fridge whatsoever in the brief time we’ve had it makes it hard to understand why something like this has already gone bad.

Great fridge, but make sure you have an extended warranty or a home warranty that covers it. Needed three repairs in the first year. None that stopped it from cooling, but annoying.

This is such a great fridge! The Family Hub features are awesome! Our favorite are the shipping list and recipes - they sync perfectly with our iPhones.

Our full size LG fridge was just beginning to fail and since 2 people moved out of the house we did not need such a large fridge anymore, so we decided to get a counter depth one to replace it. The technology is very nice, but the flex zone drawer is what sold it for us. I need a fridge to put my insulin in for long periods under tight temperature requirements and the flex zone drawer keeps the set temp plus or minus only 1-2 degrees compared to the other fridges I have seen as up to +/-4 degrees or more.

This was the refrigerator that I always wanted and I got it from Best Buy outlet. I can see inside if I forgot to an item when I go to the grocery store. I’m about to let my family know if I’m running late and I’m able to upload pictures directly to hub. I love the smart refrigerator futures

I love every single aspect of this fridge. Only downfall is, it only pairs with Android phones.

I am in LOVE with this Fridge, the tablet makes finding recipies easy breezy. You can look inside it without opening the door to see what you need from the grocery store. It looks fantastic in my kitchen remodel.

Excellent product, installation and family hub setup a breeze. Within a couple hours we had food and drink in the fridge, and worked on getting the Ice Cubes functioning. Very happy and excited to have a new intelligent refrigerator, and it works out to be bigger inside than we thought. The WiFi immediately paired with the new Family Hub and we had 2-way communication working before the refrigerator had cooled the first water.

Shopping list and picture app are my favorite. Lots of features and good room for items.

Great refrigerator but ability to screen mirror tvs and other devices not as easy as it should be. Bought two TVs after consulting with Best Buy and neither of them worked. Have given up tv mirroring at this point. The rest of the functions are fantastic! Definitely the future of refrigerators!
