||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Samsung Family Hub App, that controls all of the cool Smart features doesn’t work and there are hundreds of complaints on the Samsung help page asking them why they won’t update the app for the past 9 months with any answer. Hundreds of people wishing they would have returned it. Also, I had a problem with my last ice maker and I thought surely they had fixed it but they still haven’t and so the ice maker freezes over.
