Lovely counter-depth fridge...looks great and works great. The only things I wish were improved is how difficult it is to keep clean with fingerprint smudges, etc. Aggravating, but to be expected with stainless steel. I'm sure I'll figure something out that works for this... The only other thing is the "roundness" of the back of the INTERIOR of the fridge. Yes, I know it's a counter depth fridge, so there won't be as much space, but it is SOOO close to fitting a regular lasagna size pan on the shelf and being able to shut the door...I think it would if the back of the inside of the fridge weren't "bowing" and rounding pushing things towards the doors. This design may be unavoidable, but if there was literally one extra inch, it would work. That being said, great fridge for functionality and space...works well and is quiet. Overall, very pleased.

This is my first counter depth fridge and I have owned it for about one month so far. Being counter depth the capacity is less that a full depth fridge, but I'm fine with that and have not yet run out of space inside. I like the fact you can fit 2 gallon jugs of milk in the door, but it's not possible to fit a gallon on a shelf. The shelf spacing is just slightly too small to get the container in without whacking the shelf above. Freezer capacity is good for our needs. Build quality seems good. The two things I don't like are : - The stainless finish looks great, but picks up finger marks REALLY easily, and they are hard to remove. My other stainless appliances are much more forgiving in this respect - Noise. This seems to have different modes of running the compressor. Sometimes it's nice a quiet and not obtrusive, other times it seems to run harder and creates a really annoying hum. Also, a few minutes after you dispense ice from the ice dispenser, it makes a REALLY loud shrieking noise for a few seconds. Otherwise I'm very happy with it.

So far so good with this fridge; it has a lot of space, especially in the top rack; I also like that the ice box in the freezer takes up minimal space, allowing for a lot of stackable space in the freezer.

Have had the fridge for about a month. Plenty of room and love the see through drawers. Has worked great so far. Only thing I don't like is the through the door ice/water dispenser. I wish it wasn't stainless steel b/c you can see all the spots from the water drips & have to constantly wipe it after using it.

This is a very nice refrigerator.. It does have a drawer that can be used as a Deli Drawer. It is Quiet and the in door ice maker adds to the room in the freezer.

I'm enjoying my new Samsung side-by-side refrigerator.I like the shelving arrangements along with the built-in wine rack. Lots of room for items along the inside door shelves and the great interior lighting lets me see exactly what I have in the fridge!

This was a very slimline and professional looking refrigerator, however when the refrigerator was delivered the refrigerator there were large dents on the front of the fresh food door and large dents on the bottom of the freezer door. Unfortunately, I had to reject the delivery. I was very disappointed.

purchased this refrigerator on 2/06/2017 received it on 2/7/2017 and on 3/17/2017 quit working. Best buy tells me not their problem because I didn't buy the Geek squad service I have to deal with Samsung . Called Samsung they tell me service tech will call in 24 to 48 hours . So I called the service tech Samsung told me would be handling this matter and they give me a service date of 3/30/2017. I will not purchase anything from Best Buy or Samsung again.......

We needed a counter depth fridge so we knew the prices would be higher. My wife didn't want the french door style so options were limited. This is a great fridge at a decent price. We are very happy overall. I love the look ,the led lighting, 4 gallons in the door. My only complaint is the ice takes a while and crushed ice drips water. Other than that, it is fantastic.

Nice, quiet refrigerator. The only issues iare that the drawers do not pull all the way out, and the water drips a bit after you use the water dispenser. Otherwise, happy with the purchase.

I was hoping to buy a different style but nothing that fit my space was in stock. The salesman helped me select this one because it was available. I was amazed to find how much I love it! It is so well designed that it holds more food than my former refrigerator, and it was larger! It makes so much ice that I usually have the maker in the off position and can save extra energy. It came with a built in wine rack that I removed and can easily put back in place, as needed. It's very quiet and very attractive. The drawers in the freezer and refrigerator section hold a lot more than anticipated. I'm very happy with this purchase!

I really love this refrigerator. We needed a counter-depth for our narrow kitchen and I believe that the look is worth giving up some space. All of our food fits just right (we are a family of five). The ONLY con in my opinion is the fact that the drawers do not pull out completely. They come out about halfway so sometimes I have to squeeze a vegetable or two through in order for it to fit into its drawer. I don't mind it too much. It all depends on the what you are willing to give up (in my case, I really needed a counter-depth).

Amazing fridge for the value. Overall it looks great and is very quiet, you can hear ice cubes drop if the bin is low but no noticeable noise aside from that. We really like the amount of thought put into space and flexibility of the shelves, especially those attached to the doors (you'll have to use it to fully understand this). Water comes out fast and correct temp. Not sure what else to say. Overall amazing fridge and complements out kitchen well.

Our 15 year old Kitchenaid Suberba died of natural causes. We compared several counter depth models and finally picked this one for several reasons: price, ice/water thru the door, counter depth, and looks. We don't really care if it has a smartphone app, which by the way I tried and the result was that the fridge can't communicate with the app. The delivery guys were awesome and helpful, and that's where the good stops and the hassle begins. Immediately after delivery, I had to leave for an appointment which took about 45 minutes; upon returning home I found a small puddle in the tray that lines the bottom of the water/ice dispenser. Strike 1 I peeled off the protective plastics and started getting it ready to put food in by wiping down all the inside surfaces, as instructed by the delivery guy... because apparently we manufacture refrigerators with toxic carcinogens these days. I immediately noticed that the 3 drawers in the bottom of the fridge only open 4 3/4". You can't even get a head of lettuce into a drawer without making shredded lettuce. Strike 2. The next problem is the panel that surrounds the LCD display and dispenser buttons on the freezer door seems to be warped and pops out of alignment all the time; or it simply doesn't fit properly. I push it back into place but it will pop back out again. Shoddy workmanship/design. Strike 3 And the final nail in the coffin: once in awhile (every 2-3 hours) this machine makes a horrible screeching noise. In my experience I know that compressors and other such devices that make a noise similar to an insect in its death throes are probably doing exactly that: dying. Strike 4. You're out.

You will not be disappointed with this side by side refrigerator. Even though it is counter depth they maximized storage in both the refrigerator and freezer. This is my third side by side. This model is extremely quiet. I actually had to check it when I first received it to make sure it was running. I previously had a Kenmore Elite which became unrepairable after 4 years with a broken wire inside the wall. Unlike Best Buy, Sears didn't stand by there product even when speaking with corporate. Never buy from them. Even there warranty is so much more than Best Buy and covers less.

This fridge does an excellent job of maintaining the freezer and refrigerator temperatures. It runs so quietly, we never hear it. That is certainly not the case with the ice dispenser. When a glass is pushed on the dispenser button, there is a 3 second delay before anything happens. Then ice starts dropping a few at a time, then all of a sudden, too many fall. You have to learn when to remove the glass so as not to overfill it. There is a strange noise during the ice dispensing, quite noisy! Maybe because the ice system is in the door. We use a lot of ice daily and the bin always stays nearly full. The door shelves and bins are nice and make arranging the food easy. The stainless steel front does show finger prints and must be cleaned frequently. On the bad side, delivery and installation was unsatisfactory and was delayed nearly a week due to poor communication between the store, the delivery company and myself. It took 3 visits to get it installed. Meanwhile, we were living out of an ice chest.

I chose this refrigerator based on other reviewer comments about how quiet it is. I have to concur---you don't even know it's there unless it's dropping ice cubes. It's not only attractive, but has more usable space than the standard 25cuft side by side it replaced. And this from a counter-depth.

We are very happy with this Samsung. The counter depth size fits perfectly and gives us the extra space we needed. The stainless steel exterior hides fingerprints. Only complaints are: With the ice maker in the door instead of inside the freezer compartment, it is very noisy when dumping ice and very noisy when refilling with water. Both of these take only seconds so it is tolerable. Also, the dispenser button is not a metal push lever. It is a button covered with soft rubber. It works fine but I worry about how long it will wear.

Its attractive, well designed storage, and quiet. This refrigerator really delivered. The counter depth really transformed our space, and we are a family of 4 and completely satisfied with the capacity.
