||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love this refrigerator. It was easy to install and the manual was easy to understand. The sticker that was on the refrigerator was hard to remove but after scrubbing it came off. A few things I am now finding after a month of using it is the water stream from the outside access comes out at an angle and the inside water pitcher leaks when pouring. I have a small crack on one of the plastic linings right above the humidity control drawer that I have no idea how it happened. The back stainless steel panel when your looking inside is bumped out not allowing for flush products to be even inside and kicks out at an angle. Other than those few things, its quiet and it serves its purpose.

Arrived with a dent

Pros: ease of changing the configuration of the shelves. Cons: Disconnects from wifi. Freezer bin can get stuck. Delivery went smooth except, there is a dent in the refrigerator and the delivery guys took photos and told me to call for replacement. Well I called for replacement and was told no photos exist. I was given a confirmation number and was told someone would call to follow up. Well guess what, that never happened. The solution to that is, I will be canceling my total tech support membership and moving forward I will not make large purchases at bestbuy i.e. large appliances or anything that I can't return myself.

The refrigerator does a good job, but the icemaker still has issues. The first one lasted a bit over a year. It was replaced by a new icemaker through warranty. This one lasted a few months. Having it replaced again. After doing research, Samsung has had issues with the icemaker design since at least 2017, but continues to use the same design. They are now part of a class action lawsuit.

It is beautiful on the outside and the inside. Tons of room on the top half and tons of room for frozen items. It's quiet and keeps the food at a perfect temperature!

The water spout is positioned far out from the pad you need to press in order to disperse the water. So you either have to hold your cup with one hand and press the pad with the other or you’re going to make a huge mess. The water dispenser inside leaks from the lid every time I use it. It looks great and we get a lot of compliments on it but it’s functionality is lacking.
