Like it, spacious and functional. Very modern and easy to operate.

Inflexible shelving. Inefficient door shelves - can't get two gallons side by side in the door because of 'interior' latches that take up space where it would otherwise fit perfectly. Rear gaps left and right sides of shelves have unusable space due to odd rounded metal cooling arc in the middle. 16 oz bottles are just a bit too tall for convenient placement just about anywhere. Tall beer can's are just a millimeter too tall for under the icebox. Inside the fridge there's only one place for gallon or tall bottles. Showcase door is NOT transparent as image would suggest from website. Door proportions are fine ... the flex door in the middle is great. Bottom 2nd shelf feels like it's never quite properly aligned. Will not buy again.

pretty good, very quiet. Very heavy, fingerprint resistant finish shows a lot of smudges, would definitely purchase best buy warranty as dealing with samsung directly is terrible, guys hired by samsung repair damaged the fridge and samsung would not do anything to address the issue.

Pitcher is still dropping when used. Had servicer coming 3 times fixing water issue. Samsung sent technicians free of charge. Still good product after this intervention besides incapability to fix pitcher. Even technician wait they are not sure. It works just a certain time

Smaller because it is counter depth, but well designed. Love the water pitcher feature!!

Our family loves this fridge. The middle drawer is perfect for meats and cold beverages. The quick access door is awesome for milk (yes a gallon fits in the door) and other common items. Our favorite feature is the integrated water pitcher that auto-fills as soon as you put it back. Never thought of it before, but that pitcher is awesome for always having cold water ready to pour!

Purchased this refrigerator instead of failed LG. Very pleased with design and appearance.

Great fridge. Overall size is perfect. The color matched my other appliances just right.

Owned it for about two years, and I am still happy with my purchase. Only complaint is that the Freezer fan did start making an odd noise after a year and 6 months, and Samsung took over a month to respond and send a technician. Thankfully they did fix. Best buy definitely made it easy to purchase and deliver.

Everything you need from easy fill water pitches lots of room and option layouts

We almost bought the wrong fridge! we were looking for a full size fridge without realizing they come in different depth. This is a counter depth fridge. We were lucky to be helped by a great Best Buy customer service rep, who helped us choose the right fridge for our kitchen, Thanks Valerie!

The model is everything that I needed and has all the features.

So far, there has been no issue. I gave it a 4 instead of 5, because the water still taste funny. Maybe I need to filter out more before drinking it. The little front door is convenient. The connection to the internet is good and alerts are nice. Love everything else about it so far.

The unit is working fine. It took few trys to get the water clear.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. My friend has this and we bought q new house requiring a purchase of new fridge and I am so very happy with it! Love the samsung app integration and love the flexible drawer and favorite feature is surprisingly the door pitcher thay refills itself. We use it daily!! Such an awesome feature.
