Its a beautiful fridge but i did not read or see anything that said is needed an extra 2 iches on either side for the doors. I ended up exchanging is and the fridge i got fits way better and is also beautiful. I never got a chance to turn this one on.

Love the finish, access door, water pitcher, middle drawer for easy access and organization of prepped foods. Only complaint is that it doesn’t hold larger containers on standard shelves. There is an retractable shelf to accommodate larger items but would be great if the shelves were more adjustable.

—The refrigerator temperature indicates it gets to 34°, however it is nowhere close. I have another Samsung, older model, it truly gets to 34°. —The pitcher has leaked since day one. This refrigerator is at our farm and used on weekends, but the filter is constantly saying to change. -Ice dispenser is very slow. — Later discovered my salesman went to work for Samsung a few of months after the purchase.

Absolutely love our new fridge. Spacious, great door design, and crisp water features. We had some issues with a different fridge by a different manufacturer prior to returning it for this fridge. Definitely a better design. We are very happy with it!

Delivery was as promised- installers very professional, explained operation of appliance and how to perform maintenance. Cleaned up after installation and removed packaging material . Very please with entire transaction and already have bought another appliance and I know I will get the same efficient service.

We are so happy with our purchase. Even though we changed and went to counter depth we feel we have plenty of space. The only negative for us is there is not enough space for taller items. We are now just buying smaller sizes.

It has all the bells and whistles and it looks great in the space. I love the pitcher of water inside. We use the diffuser all the time. I love that you can get use the small door that holds drinks without letting all the cold air out.

I have only had the refrigerator a couple of weeks and so far so good! The doors and drawers open very easily and I can tell they are high quality. There is a lot of room for food in the freezer and refrigerator.

We have had the fridge for less than a year and have had nothing but issues with the freezer. The freezer has gone out multiple times, just stopped working but then after a few days it would kick back in again. Today, just a few days before the 1 year mark, the freezer motor made an ear piercing noise, and it just gave out. It's cooked. After spending $3,000 on a fridge, I expect it to last a year. While a beautiful piece of equipment, this is unacceptable.

This refrigerator as fit into our lifestyle perfectly. A little smaller than our old one but just the right size. Looks great and fits into our kitchen where the old one was huge. Definitely would reccomend this product.

There's nothing wrong with the fridge itself, if you want a really small one. It's counter depth and just too small for my needs. One medium-sized pizza box barely fit on the shelf. I exchanged it for a larger one.

I’ve had this for a couple of weeks and it does everything it should - ice maker works, water dispenser, nice looking and keeps things cold/frozen. Only disappointment is that I can’t fit a large pizza box in the middle drawer.

Liked the model when viewing in store right away. Since using the Refrigerator for past 2 weeks, we really like it. Everything is working well; the storage is even better than imagined. Great product.

We purchased this product a month ago and starting to like it. Initially I was skeptical about it thinking it might not be enough for a family of 4 but currently I do no regret purchasing this item.

Left door is a little noisy (hinge) and the right door sticks tremendously when you try and just open the preview door. Other than that no regrets so far.

I purchased a counter depth so that it doesn’t sticks out from my cabinets. It does sticks out few inches but it is necessary so that you can open the doors. I love the double doors, automatic water pitcher filler. It is a great fit to my new kitchen!

nice refrigerator , works well and is QUIET. Purchased it for the color. Could be browner. Glad it is not silver or black. Goes with my cabinets and faucet etc. I would have preferred a side by side. Freezer is really hard to organize.

Overall, love it! Wish the side door shelves were adjustable to handle larger jars or bottles though. We bought the counter depth width so that must be the reason. Love the water pitcher inside.

We love everything about this refrigerator. The way it is organized, the water pitcher that refills itself, the 4 temperature drawer, the Smart features, and the shelves that can be flipped up or folded back - all fantastic design features that are so great to have in this appliance.

refrigerator is great overall but does lack a bit of room for large cartons. So you have to put the others in the main part of the fridge, making the shelf space quite small.
