I am having so much fun with our new refrigerator/freezer! I’m treating it like brain exercise having 4 doors to open and knowing which one has what inside. Of course, hubby still has to ask me which door to open for whatever, but he’ll get it one day. Until I move things around and he has to start over. Even though it has fewer cubic feet than my old out-dated refrigerator had, this one holds much more food! Go figure. It’s sleek, clean, and very very cold!!!

We’ve had this fridge for two weeks now and love it. My favorite part is the second drawer option that is great for storing things like meats and dairy products. The divider in the middle allows me to have an area for my son to open and get his cold snacks out. I also like the easy access door to get those everyday items like milk, juice and condiments. We haven’t messed with all the features but excited for this to last is a long time!

So far so good. Hoping this Samsung refrigerator is as good as our last one that we had for 10 years and never had an issue with it. Also, Best Buy was the only store I could find to deliver the refrigerator in less than a week.

I love my fridge, getting use to it an need to move shelves but great! Delivery was the faster than any other store

I enjoy the French doors on the refrigerator. The easy access to drinks on the right hand side is awesome! I also love the instant water pitcher refill as I drink a lot of water, The refrigerator is very quiet and has plenty of freezer space. I enjoy using the middle drawer for meats and cheeses!

My wife really loves the look of this refrigerator and is looking forward to keeping track of food stored in it using the SmartThings App. We almost bought the larger version but would not have fit in our kitchen; the one we purchased is counter depth.

Love the deli drawer! The water dispenser always fills the pitcher & my family loves that! The right door is great just to access drinks!

Love this fridge! Our favorite features are the quick door to just grab milk and condiments and the flex door.

We're about a month in with this refrigerator. Makes all kinds of noises, mostly knocking noises and this is "normal" according to most searches. Freezer stopped cooling, thankfully during the day and we caught it. Temp stated freezer was 0 degrees. Had to unplug and when plugged back in it then said 46 degrees and started cooling again after most items had half thawed. Either a sensor or control board issue. Hasn't happened again, but we bought thermometers for all compartments. Went to register product and their website doesn't "recognize" model number. However, on the form you first enter the S/N and it automatically pulls up the model number correctly, so? So far this seems like a poor purchase. To be fair we do like the middle drawer and built in water pitcher. I would still tell folks to avoid this. Had a GE Profile S/S for 15 years that never made a noise and never failed until the water switches (solenoid valves probably) gave out. We didn't think it would be worth putting money into it, rethinking that decision as well.

This is a very useful design of a fridge. Five doors make accessibility easy. The shelf door makes milk and soda and other items available quickly and easily within reach and yet the fridge maintains its' cool because the main doors are still closed. The interior LED lighting makes it easy to see everything in the fridge. The French door design makes getting larger storage containers in and out a breeze. The adjustable shelving lakes this even easier. The ice dispenser in the door is slow but works well. If you need a lot of ice, just take the tub out and take what you need. Another feature is the water pitcher/infuser built in the door. Great for pouring drinks of fresh, cold water. The flex door/drawer is really handy. Aside from the adjustable compartment dividers, the ability to adjust the temp in that drawer only is a great option. The freezer is also a plus with the two large drawers. The only issue with that is the upper drawer tends to not close cleanly unless you take the time to push it in from the center, but otherwise, it works fine. The counter depth design also adds to better reach and accessibility. It definitely helps in not losing items in the back where they may be hidden from view. Over and over again my wife tells me how much she likes this refrigerator. I have to agree. After 6 weeks, we are still very happy with this purchase.

When I spilled soy sauce it got lodged between the glass and the plastic. There's no way to remove glass so not only is it still there, but the fridge stinks bc of it.

i've only had my fridge for a 2 weeks or so. Had to wait like a month for it to be delivered since they were out of stock, but it was so worth it. Nice and spacious especially for me since I tend to meal prep for the week and need the storage space. The food showcase is pretty cool feature still trying to get use to it. The flex drawer is great you can easily fits cans standing up or if its cylinder looking drinks I just lay them flat. Chills drink really well once its been up and running for about 24 hours from installation. Ice maker produces a good amount of ice, but then we our a family of two so I don't know how much ice you really need. Overall I can't complain fridge is great.

I have had this refrigerator for about 3 weeks now, and no real issues. Very elegant look, with sleek design. Display case is something we use frequently, as is the indoor pitcher. We appreciate the separate temperature controlled drawer as well. The ice machine could be more sleek and efficient in expelling the ice, as it sometimes splays onto the floor even though the cup is close. No true issues thus far!

We've had this fridge for just over a month and runs well. The items stay cool per temperature. door in door and auto fill pitcher with diffuser are very useful. we tried cucumber -lemon and strawberry cucumber waters so far. French doors close properly and dont slam to close. the new design water and ice dispensers work well. Pull out drawer seems to keep items cool and comes in handy for quick access to yogurt and protein bars. Fridge seems to keep items cool, and fruits and veggies seem to last adequate time. wifi features work well and you can adjust temperatures etc via it and it will notify on app if set up that a door is left open. The useable space is slightly smaller due to counter depth design and a large family may need to opt for larger version of this fridge. There are occasional loud noises and ice maker can be slightly slow to react. crushed ice doesn't always come crushed as it drops cubes as well. Main issue we have is that the freezer upper tray is not well designed and doesn't stay in tracks properly when opening and closing freezer. this can leave freezer door slightly opened without triggering the safety alerts. it melted most of our items in freezer and had to clean up afterwards. hopefully this can get addressed in future.

The refrigerator feels solidly built and functions well. Some positives: ● I love the small, lightweight, door-in-door for quickly reaching often-used items (water bottle, condiments, milk, etc.) ● The fingerprint resistance seems to work well. Some negatives: ● The ice maker doesn't make regularly shaped ice, and spits it out somewhat haphazardly -- chips must be cleaned up from the floor before melting ● The "drawer-in-drawer" concept does not save any space, but in fact the drawers themselves take up space. Don't kid yourself: with other designs, you might have to move "top" food to get access to "bottom" food, but now you have to move *drawers* to get to that "bottom" food. The 'accessibility' feature is a bit illusory. ● The ice maker doesn't seem to be removable, so you can't remove it to make room for useful storage. ● It was expensive.

Never had such a noisy refrigerator before - frequently makes loud cracking noises (that is not ice dropping). Little bits of ice fall out after you're done filling your glass with ice. The plate underneath the water dispenser already has marks from little drips we did not catch. On the plus side, love the flex drawer, the door-in-door feature, the bright lights on the inside.
