Unfixed problems

They were unaccomendating and barely looked at it and said it couldn’t be fixed. I had Samsung come out and they took their time to look it over and attempted to fix it and readjusted the doors that were not installed properly. Customers should know, due to the weigh in some of these doors, they will not stay open and can’t be fixed.

New Fridge

Water dispenser doesn’t work

Have the protection plan but apparently only cover by manufactures warranty the first year. Samsung says it could we us when we installed it, even though we had a professional install. Going on 2 months of no water.

Best Buy was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and Samsung finally admitted their ice makers were an issue and recalled all the bad fridges.
