Water pitcher is prone to leaks and neither Samsung or Best Buy's extended warranty is interested in replacing the faulty item. If you want to buy this fridge, get it from Home Depot, it appears their extended warranty is at least good enough to cover the leaky water pitcher (although it will probably just be replaced with another leaky pitcher)

Poor Quality

Control Panel on Ice Dispenser is not working. Can't switch from water to ice. Water from dispenser is supposed to be cold, but it's room temperature. Despite setting Fridge to 34 degrees, it only gets down to 35-36 degrees, and we only have a few items in it so far. As mentioned in other posts, ICE maker is slow. I also notice that the ice tends to melt then refreeze so the cubes are frozen together.
