Waste of money

The bottom freezer drawer is awful. Constantly falls off the tracks. The built in water pitcher leaks and literally 2 days after my warranty expired, it stopped working. The ice maker is completely useless. Worst $2500 I have ever spent.

Beyond disappointed in Samsung Customer Service

We have this fridge less than 2 years and out of the blue it made a grinding noise and emitted an odor for over a day, then just stopped cooling. We have been calling and opening tickets since last week (called and spoke to someone 4 times to date) and every time we call we are told they didn’t open a ticket.. but yet they give us ticket numbers. So for a week now we still have a refrigerator that does not work and not one person has called to schedule the service call. Grant it it is still under manufacturer warranty, so it honestly feels like our request is intentionally being stalled.. we are beyond disappointed in Samsung, we expected so much better as we have been loyal Samsung patrons for years.. TVs mind you, but this and a stove are our first Samsung appliances. The stove had to be serviced after the installation because it was making a clicking sound and would not heat up. I sure hope Samsung does the right thing here.

AWFUL Quality

Looks are deceiving as the quality of the fridge is terrible. The fridge freezer handle broke within two hours of its delivery, and it arrived dented and scratched. Worst, Samsung customer service is awful. I was promised a free repair, but when it came time to pay, Samsung said the agent was mistaken, and they will not pay to repair it. What a terrible company to deal with!

Top not getting the items cold enough

Refridge issues

Lots of water issues in freezer and items in middle drawer were freezing. Contacted support and we walked thru some changes. A week later I open the middle drawer and it pulls very hard. What comes out from beneath is a sheer of ice. Will give it one more week and if it happens again I will be returning item to best buy

I remember the salesman telling me if it just has a few minor damages go ahead and accept it. I think at this point if I am paying for a new refrigerator out of the box it should not have any scratches or dents. I feel that this is just not right. Now i have to wait until November 20th. to get a new refrigerator and this not a guarantee that this refrigerator is scratch free and dent proof. I am very disappointing about the whole process. The customer help desk offered a 175 dollar in store credit but that does not help me any. My wife and I took a vacation day just to receive the "new" refrigerator that day and that was not to happen. It was a waist of time.
