    Samsung fridge purchase sadly a mistake

    Had this refrigerator for less than 3 months and a tech has been out 3 times due to issues. The fan in the back first and now the ice maker. Got so loud and annoying we couldn’t be in our kitchen.

    Samsung customer service is a joke. Google Samsung ice maker issue. There is class law suit going on. My Ice maker Is very slow and freezes up. My one tray of ice is made in 4 days. Please don’t buy if u use lot of ice.

    I bought this as I wanted a “counter depth” refrigerator. There is no room inside, I would swap this today if I could. It’s very nice looking on the outside, but very small on the inside. I don’t like it at all.

    refrigerates ok but I was misled about ice maker problems being fixed. Sales people pushed to Samsung instead of LG. Must be getting some sort of extra commission

    I will NEVER enter a Best Buy again in my life. Your system is a joke. Your employees are rude. The amount of emails you sent me during the duration of my purchase was absurd. On top of this, you no showed on two different occasions. The delivery site was a 5 hour round trip drive for me and my wife. Your delivery folks were nice people and did a good job. That’s because they don’t work for your company. Im aware they are subcontractors, thank goodness. I demand to be taken off your email list as well.

    Looking at all the features, the refrigerator doesn't have easy movable compartments especially for cleaning. I spilled coffee inside & it took awhile to get to all the compartments. The doors because of the hinges block the middle storage bins for easy cleaning. Also received the email to review our purchases & now the price has been significantly reduced...Best Buy has to explain the price difference in less than 30 days. Overall good product & delivery service.

    Refrigerator stopped, Samsung process poor

    13 months after buying this refrigerator it stopped cooling. The entire control panel and compressor needed to be replaced, but after 3 visits, the repair people determined it could not be fixed. Samsung has said they may be sending a refund, but continue to delay in sending a refund. Now going on 4 weeks without a refrigerator. Very disappointed, as Samsung has been a better company in the past.

    I purchased the refrigerator for a shut-in friend. I am not happy at all with this purchase, principally the delivery and set-up services. The refrigerator finally was delivered, but it still has not been set up for use. In addition, the delivery crew removed the door handles to bring the refrigerator through the door, but they did not leave the handles with the refrigerator. I have more complaints, but you get the picture - all bad and unsatisfactory.

    This is the worst expensive refrigerator you can buy. We have had it for less than 2 years and have had more than a dozen service calls and months with a working ice machine. Best buy please stop selling Samsung refrigerators

    Great refrigerator, except the for the ice. I think it's one of the best fridges I've had, but it makes the worst ice. The ice literally took a star off my review. It's very cloudy and crumbly. Plus the ice maker eats up too much space in the refrigerator section. I don't know if it's just the Samsung, or if any French door style with ice maker would have the same problem. In the future I probably won't get a bottom mount freezer with water and ice in the door again.
