    This refrigerator is incredible, it looks fantastic and very high end. Favorite features are the FlexZone drawer and the Showcase Door, both which allow easy access to frequently used items. Also, love the autofill pitcher, it is great for my morning coffee. Freezer holds a good amount of frozen item and room for pizzas! Also, a nice touch is the Smart Things app that can control temps in the refrigerator, Flex Drawer and Freezer. If you are looking at this refrigerator, look no further!

    I have had this fridge for 2 years now. The features of the showcase door and deli drawer are great. Those design features are what sold us on the fridge. However, these fridges are poorly constructed. We have had this fridge repaired three times already. THREE! And I am going to have to call again because the ice maker is broken. Again. The ice maker leaks water alllllll the time. There is a constant trickle of water from the machine and we have to keep a towel in the tray. In the morning, your first ice of the day is accompanied by half a cup of water. The ice dispenser will also routinely freeze over. We have to defrost/chisel it at least once a week. Not to mention the ice maker is so slow. I have given up on filling a large cup because it is so painfully slow. The water shoots out at an odd angle too so if you forget, you have a mess to clean up. Is this a first world problem? Yes. However, for the price of this fridge, it should work as expected for at least a couple years. I would not recommend buying this fridge unless you want to become very friendly with the Best Buy appliance repair team.

    The good part of this fridge is it looks very nice but . I love the design inside. If you buy this make sure you take the 5 year warranty you will need it. I bought this fridge 2/17 to replace a Kenmore I had for 20 years. The ice maker froze you all the time, right from the beginning. I had to get a hair dryer to melt the ice build up. In 11/19 the circulating fan stated making noise for about a week then finally stopped I lost all the food that I had. I called where I had warranty and they said fan went out and had to order a new one which took a week ,now I'm without a fridge. I got it repaid and thought things happen no problem. Now 4/19 same problem the fan went out again. .I'm 71 years old I had 3 weeks of food in the fridge I had delivered because of Covid 19 virus. I lost $250.00 worth of food . I can't go out because of quarantine I have no way of keep anything cold ..I called where I have warranty they came out next day and had to order the part. It's been 10 days and still no part and no fridge and no food !!! I went on line just to see if maybe there was a recall on this fridge and found out there is a class action suit against Samsung for this exact unit.. I called Samsung and explained the problem . Not sure what to do I called W.A.M.G channel 6 news to the reporter that did a story about this unit on 11/19 and how it was plagued with problems ..They want to come out to interview me and do a story on this fridge but with Covid _19 they can't at this time and told me to call Samsung At this time Samsung has done nothing . I'm still without a fridge and food on Social Security 71 years old and totally frustrated with this unit .. I would not recommend this fridge .Buy another brand

    The refrigerator looks great and does a great job keeping things cold. The issue is the constant repairs, we have had to have two repairs totaling $500-$600 within the first few years. The ice maker was always slow to make ice and needed a repair. I should note all the other Samsung appliances we got have all been great.

    Constant problems

    I purchased this fridge in 2021, I have had problems with the ice maker, not working and over freezing. Also, the inside of the fridge, not keeping items cold and temperature not staying or regulating at the temperature I requested to be. Currently on the phone with geek squad and they mentioned they would send someone out again.

    If I could give this refrigerator negative stars, I would. We purchased this refrigerator in March, 2022. By September 2022 we already had to have the ice maker replaced. Then in 2023, we had to have it replaced *three* separate times. It has now broken again in 2025. So we are presently on the FIFTH replacement of the ice maker. And fyi, when you buy the Geek Squad warranty, be warned they consider an ice maker or water dispenser an "accessory" so it does not qualify for replacement unit. @samsung should do better.

    The ice machine has broke 3 times starting in month 3. Samsung was nice about all servicing until it was out of warranty and then offered no more service. Fridge works fine. Ice machine is slow, Freezes often and needs service often.

    *** You can buy an additional freezer storage bin that installs on the large slide-out drawer - part DA63-07512A - and I highly recommend it for storing little things. Thank you to the other reviewer who mentioned it!*** I love this fridge! The quick-access door is fabulous for those little things you get all the time. The flex drawer is amazing. I love the space and being able to organize things and see everything. The door by the water pitcher was a little weird for putting normal door things but ended up a great place for my chocolate stash. The only hard part is storing gallons or juice cartons or pitchers in the fridge. The half sliding shelf makes it possible for some but it's a new type of Jenga game to get accustomed to from our old 'traditional' freezer top fridge.

    Not Happy With Samsung Refrigerator

    No happy. It is 2024 and the ice maker is already broken. In addition some of the black paint has chipped. Looks terrible. Some of the shelves are difficult to clean. There is double glass and the design makes it impossible to clean between the glass. Crumbs get stuck in parts of the drawers and glass and you can not get it out. Terrible.

    The refrigerator is good however the ice machine is a real problem. I have had major issues producing ice and know it is frozen and can't even open the door. I did a search and found a class action suit agains Samsung on this issue.

    DO NOT BUY STAY AWAY

    Purchased the Refridgerator and after a few months of use the ice maker stopped working. I of course replaced the ice maker costing $400 now not even a year later the ice maker went out again. If I can just stop one customer from buying this product from Samsung I would have helped someone with the pain and frustration of owning this terrible piece of equipment.

    This fridge is great however the filter location is horrible. To change the filter is like going to war with this thing. Its super hard to take out and super hard to put in. It shouldn’t be this hard to change a filter.
