Stylish unit but reliability is terrible on Samsung refrigerators. Complete failure within 3 years and needed replaced. Samsung makes good products in general but this is not one of them. I had a warranty on it through Best Buy and I recommend getting one with any fridge you buy. In the end Best Buy made it right but Samsung is knowing selling a product that is known to have problems

Expensive fridge to last 3 years. If you expect service help from the Fargo ND store you will not get any. They said sorry we don’t have anyone that services Samsung in the area. When I asked why you would sell them if nobody can service them he said well they all have a chance of breaking.

This is the worst fridge I have ever owned, the IceMaker started to frost over and freeze the entire bin, making it unusable and would not stop until it filled completely up and made it unable to be removed or usec, at year 4.5 the fridge suddenly stopped cooling enough, no matter what we did we could not get it below 55 degrees which is great if you love spoiled food, this is a common prob;em which is known by Samsung, there are over two thousand people online complaining about the exact same problem, yet Samsung does not care, will not fix it , and continues to sell this defective garbage...Dont believe me google it...there are people complaining on every troubleshooting site, and supposedly there is no fix...I would avoid this and all Samsung products like the plague, they don’t care about their customers, just making money and cheating people out of theirs

the refrigerator has all of the desired capabilities that we were looking for we have not yet put the app on our phones but will soon.

Appearance is very nice. All functions are great so far.

I IMPLORE you, do not buy this refrigerator! We purchased this refrigerator and it has been nothing but problems. We have had a 6 technicians out here in the last 2 months for the SAME EXACT PROBLEM. The last technician wrote "This refrigerator can not be fixed." Just do a simple internet search and you will see ALL of the articles/news stories etc. on this defective product!

Do NOT buy a Samsung fridge!!!! Google search Samsung Refrigerator defects and you will see countless news videos, etc explaining what happens after owning past two years. I am very disappointed with this purchase from Best Buy and Samsung. Your ice maker will stop working, your fridge won't hold safe food temps, and it will eventually leak causing damage to your home.

This fridge is good besides the fact the ice maker quits functioning properly within 2 years. Completely freezes up and quits making ice. Samsung will not address. Very common problem with these if you google it.

Bad purchase. Avoid. For the same price you can get a kitchen aid. The pitcher is a waste of money, constantly leaks and collects mold quickly. The freezer fan is on and off with a weird sound, doesn’t have to do with the ice maker. The shelves broke within 13 months of using it. Very difficult to clean. It was poorly design.
