Here are my favorite things about it. 1. No more annoying fingerprints. 2. Auto water refill for nice cold water in the fridge. So I use less Ice. 3. Quiet. No not you, the fridge. 4. The flex drawer is great with choice of multiple temperatures. And who wouldn't love having multiple choices. 5. LED lighting. Nice and bright. And did I mention no more fingerprints? yeah, I did but it is worth mentioning again since cleaning the exterior of stainless steel is not fun. This is so easy to maintain.

if you like ice, do not buy this. everything else is great - including the water pitcher which is a feature I did not think I would love. but our ice maker has stopped working multiple times for days at a time basically starting at 14 months since we bought it - and now has finally died after 2 1/2 years. samsung said we are SOL and have to pay for a repair but if you google this, it is a well known and documented issue with the french door fridges with the ice maker inside the fridge. I actually canceled our order for a samsung dishwasher and switched to a bosch because the customer service around this issue is so bad. I probably won't buy a samsung appliance again. their stuff is not built to last.

The frig is very nice and set-up was quick and professional by Best Buy Geek Squad. Its smaller than I anticipated, but no fault of frig. Ice maker is slow and plugged early. But otherwise so far so good.

Love the pitcher inside use it everyday. The ice maker could be larger. It runs out quickly. The space in the fridge is very nice especially with the adjustable shelves. We wanted to get the hub version but the quick open door is a very nice substitute. Once thing that would make it so much nicer would be to have the middle drawer be about 1/4 inch taller because then it would fit 16oz cans. Now they have to lay sideways which limits how many you can have in the drawer.

They recommend the fridge temp. should be 37 f, last year I started noticing that my milk was going bad in just few days. Bumped the fridge temp to 34 the coldest it could do. Now I am seeing that milk is going bad again in few days. Just got off a call with Samsung Customer service. They wanna charge me $200 + parts + taxes and fees to come check out the fridge, the product they built. And insted of addresing their buid quality that is deteriorating by the way. They wanna charge me for fridge that is not cooling properly.( Cooling is the some purpose of the fridge) and it cant do that. I think this shows that how big company like samsung wants sell half baked products and handle their customers. In future I would stay away from any Samsung product.

The Flex drawer is just the perfect spot for beverages. Easy to grab a drink and go without hunting through the fridge. Also love love love the showcase door to get at my coffee creamer in a flash without opening the whole fridge. Just perfect.

We love our new refrigerator. The use of space is great. The drawer works perfectly for cheese and deli meats and makes it easy to get to. The freezer is a good size, I just wish the top drawer pushed back more. The automatic filling water pitcher is a great as people have reported. The counter depth is great and overall we are happy with the purchase.

We had this refrigerator installed today so I cannot speak to the longevity. However I am very impressed and happy with what I have seen so far. The spacing on this fridge is great. I love the quick access door, the flex drawer, and the built in pitcher with infuser. I am also very impressed with how quiet it operates. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel seems to be living up to its name too. Overall, happy with what I am seeing so far. Hopefully it holds up over time.

Love our Samsung refigerator. Favortie part is the indoor water pitcher and the pull out middle drawer.

Love the middle food showcase drawer, the water refill pitcher is a nice touch and the easy open door for easy access. The counter depth is what fits (deeper would be nice) but that is where the extra drawer comes in, perfect.

We have liked this fridge and are happy with our purchase. The water pitcher that automatically fills is a great feature. Only issue is the dual door where the milk goes doesn’t seem to keep the milk super cold. For a counter depth fridge, it is very spacious and the freezer has a ton of room. The extra drawer is nice... we utilize it for cheese and kid snacks. So convenient.

Great Refrigerator. Holds more than I thought. I like the Food Showcase and the flex drawer. So far So good after a month.

This is a good Refrigerator with the right size and good amount of space for freezing and for the vegetables. The maneuvering is easy. This is working good since installation without any issue. The only problem is with 3 racks on the right door where we could not keep multiple milk carton sized cans for juices and different milk (cow milk, almond milk etc) cartons due to height issue.

Love this fridge. The easy open door thing is amazing and useful. The claim of Fingerprint resistance is incredibly accurate. When my youngest does slime it, it wipes easy. The only complaint i have is the ice maker is sloooooooowwww. Not enough to lower my rating but if that is important to you, I'd pass. We bought silcone trys that i use the inside pitcher to fill.

Great fridge, looks fantastic, everything is fine but the tiny water/ice dispenser which is not that efficient. On such a big fridge, that part could have been a bit bigger and also a bit easier to use! We love the inside water jar, even though it leaks if you pour too fast. This is why I give it a 4, and usually I love Samsung appliances.

not as big as my old Samsung but i like the french doors. i like the food showcase because you can take out just what you need from the showcase door. ice maker works fine but i do not like the way it dispenses. i do like the water pitcher in the door. always have enough water for any occasion.

The refrigerator had to be replaced because the door was damaged when it was unpacked at delivery. Waiting another week was a major inconvenience. The refrigerator cools contents just fine. I especially like the four doors and the independent temperature setting for each one. The icemaker is noisy when dropping ice and is messy when distributing ice.

Excellent counter depth option. Fits great inside the cabinet. The water pitcher inside the door is a great touch. Metal Cooling is very efficient. Consider this as one of your options!

Nice appearance and love the flex drawer. Wish the height in between the shelves was greater for containers or bottles can stand upright.
