Overall like frig. Bottom freezer door sliding tray is a bit flimsy & doesn't slide evenly & not much room to put items in larger bottom bins. Difficult to fit a small bag of ice in bottom. Also have to make sure items don't prevent freezer door from shutting completely. Ice maker doesn't make much ice. 5-6 glasses & its empty. Love the door in door feature. Also love the infused water pitcher. Fruit infused filtered water always on hand. Lots of room in frig, even for a counter depth model. Overall a good buy.

We really like our new Samsung counter depth refrigerator. We have had it almost one month now and it is performing very well. We love having the ability to reach things in the right door without having to open the door and letting the cold air escape. We also like the third drawer.

Love this fridge. It replaced a Jenn-air that wasn't designed with convenience in mind. The showcase door is a great feature and we use it all the time. This is our second Samsung four door fridge and really like them. The only problem is it was dented in two doors but Best Buy sent new parts and a service person to replace the doors. He also leveled the fridge and adjusted the doors which was very much appreciated.

We were replacing a regular French door refrigerator. The last two we had were that style and we were looking for something different. We love the separate drawer. It works so well for items we frequently use (like sodas) and it’s nice to have a separate temperature setting. We use the door to the interior shelves more than I thought we would. And the inside pitcher is fantastic. Also, the fingerprint resistant finish seems to work well. I had always shied away from stainless steel because of the upkeep, but I thought I would take a chance. So far we’re very pleased. I would recommend this refrigerator.

Love this fridge! And the water pitcher that always gets refilled! And the fingerprint resistant stainless steal. Bestbuy scheduled my refrigerator delivery and waterline installation on two different days. Why? Idk, as I didn't think anything of it, until Spencer from delivery had offered to install the waterline after they had put my fridge in place. Thus cancelling the second unnecessary appointment for a waterline install. Thanks for killing two birds with one stone Spencer. Thus far, I'm still loving my fridge.

Love the pitcher inside use it everyday. The ice maker could be larger. It runs out quickly. The space in the fridge is very nice especially with the adjustable shelves. We wanted to get the hub version but the quick open door is a very nice substitute. Once thing that would make it so much nicer would be to have the middle drawer be about 1/4 inch taller because then it would fit 16oz cans. Now they have to lay sideways which limits how many you can have in the drawer.

Great refrigerator, plenty of space and sleek looking. Like the flexibility of the flex drawer

I love the color, and the extra drawer ( middle drawer ) I use it for my kids snacks and drinks. Keep cold really well. However the ice machine part is horrible, the ice is nasty and freezes up on the inside and also leaks for some reason.

Saw a great price listed for this refrigerator as open box and had take it. Got it home and looks stunning once put together. Didn't realized it was little smaller than our old one we were replacing but making it work. Its quiet, lighting is great, and water dispenser/ice maker works flawlessly. One thing worth mentioning is, the freezer takes a long time to cool when first plugged in. We thought ours was defective but it just took a few more hours until it reached our desired temperature.

We love our new fingerprint resistant stainless steel refrigerator. Love the options of using door and drawer with food showcase.

Beautiful, I get a lot of compliments. Lots of space inside and also has an internal water pitcher which is awesome. Does not show fingerprints

This fridge has a very clean, stream-lined look to it which dresses up the kitchen. All compartments are spacious and easy to retrieve items. The varied temp middle drawer is a real plus which can suit an individual need in 4 different temp settings. Very handy! Plenty of room in the freezer with a sliding drawer which makes access to all of your items convenient. The ice and water dispensary functions very well with an ample supply of ice in the tray.

What’s not to like? We had a side by side for years and wonder how we lived without a french door refrigerator. We love the dual zone drawer and we do actually use the water pitcher regularly (we were sure but are glad we have it). I’m very happy with our purchase.

We love our new refrigerator. The use of space is great. The drawer works perfectly for cheese and deli meats and makes it easy to get to. The freezer is a good size, I just wish the top drawer pushed back more. The automatic filling water pitcher is a great as people have reported. The counter depth is great and overall we are happy with the purchase.

We bought this refrigerator for our tenants, and they love it, especially the automatic-filling water pitcher. And Best Buy did a great job of taking out the old fridge, putting in the new one, and taking away the original. We and our tenants are very pleased!

This is a nice refridgerator and I love the middle beverage drawer. The ice maker however isn't great. The ice cubes rarely come out whole and we've had to have service on it twice to defrost the unit because the ice maker freezes up and gets gunked up with frost. Not sure I'd buy this particular model again. Also it's not fingerprint resistant as the description says.

The Flex drawer is just the perfect spot for beverages. Easy to grab a drink and go without hunting through the fridge. Also love love love the showcase door to get at my coffee creamer in a flash without opening the whole fridge. Just perfect.

The icemaker quits working from time to time and for no apparent reason, it starts up again. We've had the Geek Squad come out to repair the icemaker twice. We are on our 3rd repair now. But it has quit working and started back up more than 10 other times. Fingers crossed that the 3rd time really is the charm. Other than the icemaker, we love this refrigerator.

Had this refrigerator model now for 15 months, Very quiet. Not one sound heard from it all this time. My old Whirlpool you can hear the compressor start. Only 2 negative comments are the ice maker is slow to dispense and the cubes are small. Second point is water could taste better from dispensing through the Samsung filter.

Ice maker is pathetic & small, definitely buyer’s remorse on this model, previous Frigidaire smokes this one .
