The Samsung 22.4 cu. ft. 4 door french door counter depth refrigerator is great. We love the middle drawer and the food showcase in the right hand side door. It's beautiful and I am spoiled now and won't go back to anything with less features. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

Just replaced the LG refrigerator that came with our condo when we originally purchased it. This Samsung is SUCH an improvement - both in terms of features, but in terms of overall performance - the cooling is even, no hot spots or icy veggies, and the center drawer is a great feature. True, we have only had this for a day or so, but already I can tell this is a much better products than the contractor-grade LG we had. Highly recommend!

Easy access door is great. Love the flex temp. drawer and the auto-fill water pitcher with infuser.

This refrigerator was an replacement for older Samsung , with Ice maker issues that could not be repaired - per Samsung tech. There are several nice features like an indoor water canister that auto fills when used (cold water) and a external door to quickly grab items - like you favorite beverage … all in all good unit for the money.

So far no issues. LG product we replaced had a icemaker and water issue soon after purchase.

Love it so far, it’s definitely a better upgrade from our last fridge. They only reason I’m giving this a 4 star is because the ice maker doesn’t keep up with our family’s use (2 adults 1 teen) and I would say we are at a normal level of use. So if you decide to entertain more people at home you might as well buy ice separately for sure. There is an alarm feature I didn’t know about when you leave the doors open too long or don’t properly shut. This is a nice feature with those people who know what’s in the fridge but stare at it with an open door for too long. Other than that the fridge is pretty solid and does what we need.

This is a great fridge. We love the beverage drawer! So happy we purchased with BestBuy - it all went without a hitch. From purchase to delivery (we purchased online). They hauled away our old junky fridge - they were in and out so fast! Came when they said they would, gave us lots of communication. Gave us a demo of the new fridge. Very impressed. And no, I'm not getting a kickback from them for this review.

Good size and easy to stay organized has many options and settings and temperature areas.

I moved into a new home, but the equipment provided, was very inferior. My first stop is now to Best Buy - Open Box, area. I did my research, and owned previous Samsung tv's to washer driers, and even refrigerators. Very good track records. I wanted French doors, counter depth, water dispenser, and more. And I got the more. The staff was up on their products, and helped me get a great deal. The deal was set. I lived out of town, and yet I still got it delivered, right on time, and they not only connected everything, but set the temps, and tested all functions. To say I'm pleased is an understatement. Best Buy staff, delivery people, and myself reviewed the new system, and noted any issues. None found after the purchase. I will buy again at Best Buy. TY to all.

Replaced an older Samsung refrigerator that lasted 10 years with this one. Purchased on July 6th, had it delivered August 5 and it is already broken on September 17. Refrigerator only cools to 50 degrees and the freezer cools to 40. Called tech Samsung and they had me hold down a bunch of buttons and supposedly reset the compressor. That did nothing so I called back they said they will send a tech out to look at the fridge so now just waiting for a service center to call me to arrange for an appointment. In the meantime all of our food is out in the 2 year old Frigidaire that has never given us a single problem even after baking in the summer and freezing in the winter. Wish I bought another Frigidaire but we had to have the showcase door and pullout drawer.

Overall, the fridge is great. Going to a counter depth was a change but still decent room. The water pitcher with limes put in is actually awesome - not as gimmicky as I would think. The fingerprint resistant stainless is exceptional.

While I have only had the refrigerator for about a month, I am quite pleased with the installation, performance, and style. It has many really nice features and the counter depth model fits perfectly in my kitchen.

Absolutely love love our refridge. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because my water pitcher leaks terribly. Still trying to get a replacement.

As time goes I’m loving this fridge more and more. I love the extra drawer that you can use for the fridge or the freezer. The only thing I don’t like as the ice dispenser is very slow. So far loving this fridge

Overall, very positive....only negative is limited shelf space for bigger items. However, note we got a counter depth unit. Had an issue with freezer initially, but Best Buy replaced with no issue. Staff at store along with delivery crew is top-notch! Wish I could buy something from them everyday.

This fridge has been great with slick new features and plenty of storage.

I love my new Samsung refrigerator but there are two items that I wish I would have notice first, the space for tall items are limited even thought shelves fold. Previous fridge had lots of door space for tall items and since its in my home (only one month) the ice dispenser distributes ice easily one time and the next time you must push to find just the right spot to make contact for dispensing. Water works great so I can understand why the ice is giving trouble. But even with these concerns I would buy again.

The product is excellent and its best overall in storage, cooling, flexibility in accessing the things, etc. and overall quality is very good and impressive.

Looks great sleek look and counter depth. Delivery was great.
