Buyers beware of poor water pitcher design. The sealant doesn't work and even when you get a replacement it leaks in the same spot again. Many folks on the Samsung chats are having the same issue. It's a shame since everything else seems to work fine on the fridge.

Great amount of space in the refrigerator. Ice maker works very well. Freezer space is perfect for items purchased from warehouse stores. I love that it is fingerprint resistant.

The Tuscan color is great! Love the features for this fridge. Water pitcher is very convenient. Check first to make sure it will fit through your doors!

This refrigerator has so many features I like. The freezer is a bit larger than my last refrigerator. There is the door that opens so you can access the front shelves without opening the whole door. I love having the fourth door for flat items. The cost is also competitive with similar refrigerators. If I have any issue, it's that in my last refrigerator, the ice maker was built into the door. In this refrigerator, it's in the main compartment, and that costs you a bit of space, both in the main compartment and in the door. On the whole, though, I am very satisfied.

We love it ! Works great and it is shiny and easy to keep clean in the outside. It’s is a good product. Kids love the water jar!

Great refrigerator. We are a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 pre-teen and teen boys and this fridge fits everything. We needed the counter depth so it had less cubic space than others. We weren’t sure how that would work and it has been fine. Our favorites are the water pitcher, snack drawer, and quick door. Only complaints are the positioning of the shelves don’t fit our glass leftover containers stacked, but it’s a small price to pay and we may try to find some new ones down the line.

The fridge is pretty, quiet, spacious, and functioning very well. It is a bit expensive, but I got it when the price went down by $750, so it is definitely worth the money. I specifically like the feature that water, cubed/crushed ice are always available. Highly recommended.

Overall the appearance and function of the Samsung is good to great. The issue that bothers both my wife and I is the water/ice dispenser. The time delay to start for both is too long and getting ice seems to take forever. Matter of fact, I have never been able to get a glass of crushed ice. The lack of shelve adjustment will be a reminder of the good old days of functional design.

Love this fridge! And the water pitcher that always gets refilled! And the fingerprint resistant stainless steal. Bestbuy scheduled my refrigerator delivery and waterline installation on two different days. Why? Idk, as I didn't think anything of it, until Spencer from delivery had offered to install the waterline after they had put my fridge in place. Thus cancelling the second unnecessary appointment for a waterline install. Thanks for killing two birds with one stone Spencer. Thus far, I'm still loving my fridge.

What’s not to like? We had a side by side for years and wonder how we lived without a french door refrigerator. We love the dual zone drawer and we do actually use the water pitcher regularly (we were sure but are glad we have it). I’m very happy with our purchase.

Ice maker is pathetic & small, definitely buyer’s remorse on this model, previous Frigidaire smokes this one .

Beautiful, I get a lot of compliments. Lots of space inside and also has an internal water pitcher which is awesome. Does not show fingerprints

We bought this refrigerator for our tenants, and they love it, especially the automatic-filling water pitcher. And Best Buy did a great job of taking out the old fridge, putting in the new one, and taking away the original. We and our tenants are very pleased!

Love, love, love this fridge! When my husband showed me online which one we should get - I thought why would we need a "deli" drawer and especially, why would I need to have a pitcher on the door that refills itself with filtered cold water? These are my 2 favorite things! I love the lighting inside and how easy it is to access everything! I do not know how I lived without this! The counter depth option makes our kitchen look bigger!

Love it. We bought counter-depth and it has more room than our last GE. Freezer drawer sticks so you have to be careful. Ice maker keeps up with demand. Overall happy with this purchase

Very efficient with space and sleek looking. The water dispenser is not the greatest. I’ve takes a longer time to replenish.

This is a nice refridgerator and I love the middle beverage drawer. The ice maker however isn't great. The ice cubes rarely come out whole and we've had to have service on it twice to defrost the unit because the ice maker freezes up and gets gunked up with frost. Not sure I'd buy this particular model again. Also it's not fingerprint resistant as the description says.
