The fridge itself is great. Spacious, sleek, and great features. Nothing negative to say about the appliance so far. I would have loved it more if the fridge was not delivered to me scratched and missing MAJOR working parts. I say this in the review to caution buyers into checking out the fridge THOROUGHLY before it is installed in your home, so you're not inconvenienced as I was. Best Buy customer service has assisted, but is unreliable and underwhelming. Just a heads up before purchasing.

Purchashed this refridgerator just before expecting a house full of guests over the 4th of July holiday. There were twelve of us becomming familiar with the new appliance at the same time, so it got put right to work and right to the test, as we are a group that loves to cook and entertain. It passed the the first big test. Everyone gave it their stamp of approval. Features our family of four enjoy on a daily basis *Water & Ice door dispenser accomadates bottles and tall cups *Instant Fill Water Pitcher on the inside door. Food Showcase Door that accesses drinks and other items without opening entire refridgerator *Adjustable shelving *Deli draw *Door alarm. It's surprising how many times the door is left open *Cabinet Depth *Well lit *Cleans up easily Now if there are no mechanical problems or breakdowns in 15 years my rating will be Excellent! That's the REAL tesat!

I reaearched fridges extensively and this is the one i selected. i wanted the flex drawer and the food showcase door. the water pitcher inside was adorable and helped me decide. we've had the fridge for 5 days and so far i absolutely love it! it’s a huge upgrade from our 11 year old side by side. the flex door provides invaluable space- especially when you have a constantly hungry teenager and tween. the shelves on the left side are slightly awkward shapes and sizes, but i made them work. the right drawer is impossible to get all the way out of the fridge for cleaning. but, bottom line- this is a beautiful appliance and seems to offer so much more storage compared to our old fridge!

The ice maker is quiet, the fingerprint resistant stainless steel is no joke, it is so much cleaner looking without fingerprints! The only trouble I had was I didn't read the manual. I assumed the middle drawer was a freezer. To my surprise it is NOT! Other than that I love the refrigerator, I would buy it again.

I love this fridge. I have had it about a month and it was delivered quickly and Best Buy was very professional and efficient with their installation. The autofill pitcher is probably my favorite component, simply love it. I have some kind of fruit in the infuser all the time and love that its always full. I have filled the infuser too full before which caused somewhat of a mess, and thinking the pitcher was leaking, but it was just me. I adjusted the level of fruit and now its fine. This thing is LOUD though. I mean, when I first got it, one night I thought someone was breaking in my house and it was just the fridge. It has an occasional loud knocking sound that you can't miss. My bedroom is right off the kitchen so it still rattles me sometimes at night. I have the counter depth series and its really big and has a ton of room. I had an LG before this one that just didn't seem to have enough space. (The LG freezer went out just after 2 years!) The humidity-controlled bins are really large and there is ample shelf space. I love the quick-access door and the middle drawer for drinks. Not sure it would be enough if you have a large family, but its plenty big for me. There isn't much I don't like about this fridge. Other than me overfilling the infuser in the auto-fill pitcher, my pitcher hasn't leaked. I love it and its a beautiful fridge and goes handsomely with my other appliances. My son has this exact fridge at his house and they love it as well. You won't be disappointed.

Just a couple of bad things about the fridge. It came with two dents out of the box, minor but will bother me for the life of the fridge. One of the french doors had to be leveled and even with the biggest wedge is still of about 1/8 of an inch. Almost forgot, it makes/stores very little ice, you'll need an ice maker if you have company over. Fills about 4 or 5 cups of ice max. Now for the good, even with those two issues I still love the fridge. The 22.4 cu. ft of space feels bigger than my previous 26.5 cu. ft fridge. The refillable water pitcher feature is something I didn't think I would like that much. The freezer is very spacious and easily accessible. WiFi connectivity is great, specially with kids around that leave the fridge doors open.

We spent awhile researching refrigerator. We kept coming back to this make and model. We are very pleased with our decision to buy it. It had great space and I love the small upper shelf that can fold up offering room for tall/large items and the middle shelf that folds back. The built in water pitcher is a game changer! The middle drawer is nice and roomy with fkex temp depending on what you store in it. Overall I'd buy it all over again.

fantastic upgrade! I just replaced my Samsung 2 door French door fridge with this one, WOW is all I can say. I love the color, NO fingerprints and the extra drawer is a bonus! The picture that now comes inside the fridge is a huge bonus, I love putting fruit in the diffuser, it's a really nice touch when company comes over to have a picture of "diffused" water. The water spout is much better on this model, it does not spray anywhere and is very clean. I find I am now cleaning up dust in the area instead of water as my previous model sprayed water all over the place. The extra door is very convenient when I'm grabbing milk, creamer and butter. I truly love my choice and hope this Samsung does me good just like the old one did. I would recommend this. I did MANY searched and read a ton of reviews, all my research paid off. Great fridge!

Nice clean lines outside and very spacious and open interior. Flex drawer is very helpful for entertaining or day-to-day organization. Freezer is very accessible. The fingerprint free exterior is a definite plus!!

lve my new fridge. the only issue is the ice is slow coming down, I love the picture that fills with water. so convenient. that is constantly used to fill glasess, coffee maker, dog bowl everything. fill up quickly. love that feature

The ice maker has stopped working and been replaced 3 times in 2 years. Very frustrating! Otherwise, we like how it is laid out and organized. The flex drawer is great.

had this refrigerator for 2 weeks before we realized it was wifi capable, really cool to be able to monitor temps, and the other goings on. The Black Stainless fingerprint proof isn't, but hey it looks GREAT! The flex zone is just that, we keep it on beverage mode and beer is always nice and cold! Overall a great unit, and even better price on the black friday sale!

Our old fridge (15 yr old side by side Whirlpool with ice & water dispenser) died the Tuesday before Thanksgiving spoiling the turkey I started to defrost. Naturally I was worried about supplies, given Covid delays. I originally just wanted another inexpensive side by side (as our kitchen is in desperate need of a remodel but as my husband pointed out that isn't going to happen anytime soon). I do not need it to be smart, etc. I am low key. So, I basically was left to pick from what was available that would fit through my doorways. I read the reviews for this fridge, which seemed mostly positive and it was available. Delivery was about 15 days from order (order date: the Tuesday before Thanksgiving). This was mainly due to Covid related fall out (NOT Best Buy - I mean it was the holidays, Covid had a surge and there were worker shortages - it couldn't be helped). Best Buy communicated any changes. The fridge arrived. Installation was smooth. The kids loved it!! They think it's the greatest thing. I had never owned a Samsung before so I was worried (needlessly so far). We have had it about 5 months now and I really like it. I like the french doors and the drawers. I feel like I can see food and move it around better than in my side by side. Unless you have a mammoth sized fridge, freezer space always seems to be in short supply, so for our family we either need a small fridge or freezer in the garage. If there was anything I would critique, it's the lever/mechanism for the water/ice. More often than not, I have my glass or water bottle underneath the spout while I push on the lever with my hand. It doesn't align properly. The older fridges had this at an angle. While I like the look, it's not as functional. It would almost be better to remove it and just push a button to dispense water and ice (if it's the look that we are going for here). The other thing that I like is that this is UL listed. This is the certification by the US government that it meets our electrical standards. Companies outside of the US do not necessarily have to adhere to this standard (which could result in faulty wiring and recalls and worse - fires). For some reason Best Buy does not list this in their Specifications (but Home Depot does - please list this Best Buy). I just purchased a Samsung washer/dryer b/c it was UL Listed and the LG I was looking at did not seem to be.

My fiance and I love this thing. The flexibility of the shelving makes life so easy. The flex drawer makes the perfect spot for all our canned drinks. The freezer takes some getting used to and isn't ideal for freezing beer glasses but I am very surprised with how much we were able to fit. Definitely the best refrigerator for the money.

Love that this is fingerprint resistant. The middle drawer really comes in handy when for small fruits to grab on the go and the beverage door is great for quick access too. We’ve encountered to the beeping reminder that the door has been left open, which is a true lifesaver for these refrigerator doors that don’t close as swiftly.

Overall like frig. Bottom freezer door sliding tray is a bit flimsy & doesn't slide evenly & not much room to put items in larger bottom bins. Difficult to fit a small bag of ice in bottom. Also have to make sure items don't prevent freezer door from shutting completely. Ice maker doesn't make much ice. 5-6 glasses & its empty. Love the door in door feature. Also love the infused water pitcher. Fruit infused filtered water always on hand. Lots of room in frig, even for a counter depth model. Overall a good buy.

Love the sleek look and spacious design, the 4th drawer can freeze or keep fruit and veggies cold, I would recommend this fridge highly above other similar models.
