Looks great, works great so far. Had ice maker issues with old refrigerator. Samsung was great with replacing it, they definitely earned my loyalty with how we were treated.

Looks great! The only improvement needs to be made in Automatic external water dispenser can splash if the glass or cup is small.

I love the look. Very showroom and nice look for your kitchen. I haven’t had any problems. The fridge works great. Love the features. Samsung did a great job with this one.

Had the fridge for about a month now and it's great. Plenty of room and very quiet. The middle drawer and pass though door are excellent for little kids to grab and go without having to hold the door open for long periods. So far the temps have been great and no issues with freezing on the bottom shelf or anything like that.

So far so good no issues. The ice maker do spit ice everywhere and you have to wipe the water up where the cup rest.

I bought this recently and am very pleased so far. I love the flex drawer and am using it for sodas and snacks that I access often. The capacity of the freezer section is excellent. I also like the built-in water pitcher and the quick-access door panel. It’s attractive, has great features, and — most importantly — maintains temperatures properly.

Love the look - and with the flex drawer I have so much more space than my old refrigerator! I keep all my meats and cheese in the flex drawer and it's so easy for snacks and sandwiches. I also like the filtered water pitcher built into the left door. I use it for making coffee (much better coffee) and of course for just drinking water.

I purchased this refrigerator because I like the bottom freezer and the fourth door that opens for easy access for drinks. I was debating on stainless steel because I was worried about fingerprints. It is supposed to be resistant to fingerprints but I will let you know I still get fingerprints. My kitchen is still under construction and I haven’t used it much as far as functionality. I will say it’s beautiful and I’m happy with it.

A lot of great features. The fourth door helps keep the fridge organized. The water pitcher was a nice touch. I was worried about keeping things in the showcase door thinking it wouldn’t keep things cold, but it works great. A lot of space. Easily adjustable. Tip: the top shelf of the showcase door is a good hiding spot for candy.

First off the delivery and installation and removal of the old fridge was great. Professional, clean and friendly. The refrigerator is really nice and plenty of space even though it is counter depth. It looks great, and really doesn’t show fingerprints .

We bought this for our new home and we have been very satisfied with purchase. It has enough room to store groceries for a week for a nuclear family. The temperature for each compartment can configured independently which is a great feature to have. The ice maker works great and refills quickly.

Still getting used to the bottom freezer, but love the features and utility of this fridge. The only quibble would be that the icemaker emits a small squirt of water just before the crushed ice starts to drop. Love the fact that this one is fingerprint resistant.

We love this fridge because it fits into our budget and has almost all features you would love to have ofcourse without WiFi

Love this fridge. A lot of storage. Easy to clean. I always use a microfiber towel to clean so no scratches left behind. Filtered water, quick open on the right door to get what I need. Middle storage keeps items at a perfect pre selected temp. Love it!

So far so good. Love it so far. Its counter depth so space is going to be an issue no matter the brand. The flex drawer is the game changer with this unit. Not having to open both top doors to access a full width deli drawer on other models was the key for me. The door in door feature is nice too. The water pitcher inside is a plus. Cant comment on ice maker because we have a separate ice maker that makes restaurant style ice. I wont ever turn the fridge ice maker on. Freezer is fine. Having a full size freezer out in the garage allows us to limit what we keep in this unit to a minimum so things dont get burried and covered up. It looks good, the inside layout is good, the lighting is good, and it holds a good temperature so far. Runs about a degree above what the units control panel os set too. Hopefully the quality is there and it runs for a long time. Fingers crossed.

Having gone from the old top bottom fridges, this was night and day. Plenty of room for storage and having owned a lot of samsung products, connecting the fridge via smart things was great. You can monitor and set temperatures via your phone which was a plus. The fridge has no problems thus far and is working great!

Beautiful refrigerator, fit perfect as the countertop model! Showcase door is very useful for the kids & fridge has plenty of room for a household of 5,... family loves the water pitcher especially when you enfuse with limes or lemons. Overall a beautiful appliance.

This refrigerator is so beautiful! The functionality is great as well, I particularly love the pitcher of chilled, filtered water -available at all times. Perfect for working at home days. The flex drawer is very useful too. I have nothing bad to say about this refrigerator!

This fridge has all the features you would expect at this price-point, without extra, useless fluff!

Plenty of usable storage. Great design with middle drawer. Shelves are easily accessible. The special door that allows quick access was an unexpected bonus, can grab a drink quickly and not lose cold inside. The vegetable crispers are a little shallow.
