Got this as an open box item and it's in awesome shape.

This refrigerator was replacing a monster side by side 15 year old Kenmore and we wanted a counter depth one that had multi freezer options like the two drawers and Samsungs flex zone. Works great for us we use the flex zone for bottled waters, cans of soda, juices and a corner is my meat defrost section. The beverage setting was actually too cold our water bottles would freeze so had to go to Deli setting which is the same as our refrigerator temperature. I never had the french door fridge and bottom freezer so some bins helped me organize and not just have a big pile of frozen items to sift through. Down fall for our family is not enough space for tall items. The door shelves are not adjustable and the shelves aren't that adjustable either so we often fight for who gets to put there favorite juice or soda in the fridge

Excellent fridge and very spacious. Color is amazing

We went into Best Buy looking for a washer and dryer. We ended up walking out with a washer, dryer, and a refrigerator. We have no regrets. We love this fridge! It is a great size and an amazing upgrade from the basic one we had. The employee who helped us purchase it was so helpful and kind. The gentlemen who delivered and installed it were also wonderful! The whole experience was great.

Great fridge but diffidently smaller inside then our last one. Just have to get used to the smaller size but good fridge

Love the color and drawer for drinks and not opening doors each time you want a drink.

Got this to replace a similar sized GE Arctica side by side. While the old refrigerator was extremely full (never mind the freezer), ALL of the contents easily moved over to this with a ton of room to spare. The food showcase makes it easy to get those things you use frequently, and the in-door self-filling water pitcher is a perfect accessory and easy to use.

The delivery and installation went as planned. They explained the features and use. This fridge has customizability with the shelves and the ice maker is quiet.

Very good fridge for the price Bestbuy use XPO for delivery which is trash they said they need 8 people to carry a COUNTER DEPTH fridge up to second floor. Worst delivery experience ever took a month longer than supposed to. At the end I has to get TWO handy man to carry the fridge, Best Buy need to figure out who they can trust to deliver their stuff.

Great fridge, Plenty of space but for the extra money wish we had of got the bigger one and not counter depth, but we thought it would have stuck out to much! Doorstep delivery was a nightmare to get it into our house! Not much freezer space at all! Overall it is a great fridge freezer!

I have wanted this refrigerator for almost a year. I have heard both good and bad things about it but decided to give it a try anyway. We have had it now for a little over a month and it works great. The only complaint is it runs out of ice super quickly and you cannot even get to the ice party so that is a little weird. Other than that we love it!

I haven't owned it long enough to provide an adequate review but Best Buy pesters you to create a review. So far no complaints other than the internal water pitcher. It leaks when pouring water. Poor manufacturing possibly. I have called Best Buy and awaiting a reply.

This fridge is great - I really like the flexibility of the interior, and it really is good looking. My only gripe is that it does make popping noises when the plastic expands/contracts, but that's normal with this fridge according to the manual. Highly recommend!

Like the look, the showcase is nice, especially for drinks.

Hands down this was a great investment. Our kitchen is small and the refrigerator we had stuck way out so we ordered the counter depth and it made such a huge difference in look of the line of the counters. Out other refrigerator is the same model just not counter depth and we placed it elsewhere in the house.

Has everything I wanted, love the infused pitcher. Ice Maker works well, not having any issues with that, and love the stainless steel finish.

This Samsung French Door Refrigerator is perfect because of the counter depth feature. Love the extra room it gives me. All the other features are also wonderful. However, I wish the ice maker would produce more ice cubes. It has a small capacity of ice production. Ice maker needs improvement.

Very spacious for a counter depth model. The hideaway door for easy access is a nice touch but the pitcher that auto fills with with your filtered water is underrated. My cousin purchased the same model just because it came with its own pitcher and storage for it. He didn’t even know it auto filled for convenience!

We have only owned this new refrigerator for a short couple of weeks but early reviews are very positive. We love how it fits in our kitchen.

Perfect for my remodeled kitchen. I have recommended this product to all family and friends. It is the perfect size for my empty nest stage and still have room when it is time to store up for family gatherings. Really love it and couldn't bet the price since it was an open box item.
