Very nice refrigerator! Very roomy inside - they made good use of all the space. It is very quiet, too. Only downside is that it does show fingerprints :-(.

Recently purchased the 4 door flex counter depth. It's a great refrigerator. Note, there is a plastic housing on the top of the unit closest to the doors that conceal the drinking water hose and some wires. It's approx. 2 inches high x 6 inches deep and the entire width of the unit. I'd advise measuring the unit in person or use the door height measurement for a more accurate height size. We needed to adjust our cabinets to fit. Other than that, the unit is pretty quiet. BestBuy delivery team were professional.

Our last refrigerator was a french door model with the freezer at the bottom and I didn't like how you had to stack items and lose track of the items on the bottom of the pile. The drawer system of the freezer potions of this fridge totally fixes that. The top portion works exactly the same as the french door one we had, so no tradeoffs there. Over all, it's a nice high quality fridge - we would buy it again.

Well designed, looks great and keeps a variety of foods fresh. Best Christmas present to ourselves ever.

We read about it in reviews and went to best buy to see it. They delivered in just a few days. No loud sounds. Ice maker has a little delay when you first push it and not too fast at delivering ice. Plenty of room for large glass, big enough tray and a smart design that doesn't cause you to hit the wrong buttonn and shoot water all over your floor like we have seen on other brands. Not a deal breaker. Has strong water dispenser. We have counter depth and plenty of room. The dark stainless mixes fine with our regular stainless appliances. Very happy!

I love this refrigerator – I have the F23J9011SR/AA model which I bought about 4 years ago. The PROBLEM IS small seeds accumulate between a small opening at the bottom of the drawers. I have found it impossible to take the drawers apart to remove them and I broke the drawer today trying. Have your salesman show you how to do it and then try it yourself before you purchase.

There is excellent access to all food, especially in the freezer section with easy to use drawers rather than food pile on top of other food items as is common in the lower drawer units. It also has good style and excellent lighting. No operational noise at all.

Love it so far, plenty of space, and durable. Great for families with little ones.

Fits perfect counter dept. like the 4 doors ! Not noisey!

This is a really good refrigerator. To be honest I find we have more room than we realize at times. I've opened the bottom freezer door and we haven't learned to pull stuff over and split the load so to speak. The temperatures are great and this is an outstanding product. I caution that you shouldn't think that just because this is a Black Stainless steel refrigerator that it's indestructible. To be honest, it doesn't seem to weather being opened into edges very well. Keep the door at least flush with the wall and you will do fine.

Like not having handles and the ability to change the one door to four diffent cooling temperatures. Runs quietly. Also like the water and ice dispenser being.recessed into the door as you don’t bump the dispenser and have water all over the floor!

Overall great product. Slow to make ice. Perfect size to set next to cabinets. Great design for organizing foods.

We had the same refrigerator for over 20 years, so we took a lot of time researching various refrigerators before deciding on this Samsung model. The Flex Zone allows us to use the left lower quadrant for frozen items. This works great for us, as we have a chest deep freeze for larger items, allowing us to use the smaller area for daily items. The bottom right quadrant is for fresh produce, and keeps our food fresh for longer periods of time. We were hesitant because of the negative reviews about the ice maker; however, we decided to try it anyway and purchased the extended warranty. We have had it for several weeks now, and so far, so good. No ice maker issues to report. This is a beautifully designed appliance, and we are very happy with it.

This is how every fridge should be made. Great quality. The option to make the right side of the freezer into a refrigerator is awesome. You don’t notice it’s a counter depth unit, we use the space much more efficiently.

We have not used the item yet, but it looks great and we are preparing to install.

My goodness this is a fabulous refrigerator the black stainless is fingerprint resistant. Beautiful and holds a lot groceries. The convertible zone can be used if you need more refrigerator space. I am very happy with this purchase.

The refrigerator is quiet and I love the flex zone and the fact that the freezer doors are french door style rather than a large, heavy pull out drawer. The only con is the door storage in the refrigerator is awkwardly narrow in some places, meaning it ends up as mostly unused space. The fridge did initially make gurgling noises, but those noises ceased as soon as the temperature dropped sufficiently, so I think lowering the refrigerator temperature is the solution to that problem.

Love refrigerator! Good LED lighting. Nice size (23 cu. ft,) but wanted a larger one. This is the largest Samsung makes in black stainless 4 door flex. No regrets!
