I needed a 2nd fridge/freezer and it had to be counter depth to fit in the laundry room space I had. This Samsung modeli is great looking, has all the features and has worked great in the 3 months so far. The flush appearance (no handles protruding) sealed the deal. Very, very quiet.

Love this fridge. I did have to call for warranty for the ice maker within the first year but a service call was made and the new ice maker is working like a champ. I love the versatility of the bottom doors. I can have one freezer or two or I can have one freezer and one fridge on the bottom. I did get the counter depth fridge, so I practically use one of the bottom doors for my deli meats. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

If you only knew what I went through just to get a refrigerator into my house since the width of my outside stairs and railings are only 29 inches, and stores now use outside vendor for all deliveries who don't often think about solutions to what appear to be barriers. Once inside, this model is much better than average and has a great look. Love all the special features it has, especially the feature that allows the bottom section to switch over from a freezer, to a chiller, to a refrigeration unit. The only negative comment is that this particular refrigerator's vegetable compartments are not large enough. There are at least two versions of this refrigerator - the model I purchased and another version that sells for $5,000 (it has an all aluminum and silver coating inside the actual frig). Both models are among the best rated refrigerators by the well know "Consumer Reports" magazine. Hope this helps someone.

I was skeptical at first when I read some of the reviews that said the ice maker/ water dispenser leaked. I purchased it anyway and quickly found out why people where having problems. If you have the water supply turned up too high and there is enough water pressure, it will cause it to drip. I turned my water supply down a little and it has worked perfectly. No problems. Amazing fridge.

I like Size ,Capacity ,design but its very bad Quality I received with dent ! and every Single time Even when passing next to refrigerator is get dent .. fingerprint resisting it’s Lying

I am very happy with this purchase so far. We've only had it in for a couple weeks, but am very pleased. I love that I can choose to use the bottom right cabinet for refrigerator OR freezer. We have a chest freezer, so using the bottom right of this for fridge is great! I can set the temp of both and its so easy. Luv the finish better than regular stainless. Great buy!

I was worried I would not like the 4 doors but it's very functional. Looks awesome much better than other stainless products with the smudge free exterior!

Counter depth refrigerators are, by their nature, limited in usable space. This refrigerator provides more usable space than most counter depth refrigerators, but could still do better. In particular, some of the door shelves on the left refrigerator door are too narrow to be usable. The middle shelf of the refrigerator retracts to permit larger size bottles to be placed on the lower shelf, however, the retraction mechanism takes away about an inch of usable height on the lower shelf. Vegetable bins are also a bit sparse. Otherwise, operation of the refrigerator is excellent, and the multiple freezer compartments make access locating frozen foods simple The concept of having one compartment convertible between a refrigerator and freezer sounds like a good idea, but in practice, if used for refrigeration, would provide extremely little freezer space and thus is not practicable for most people.

The freezer on our Kenmore Fridge was slowly dying - the ice machine had stopped making ice and then the temperature would not keep things frozen so we needed to buy a preplacement relatively quickly. Also since we had remodeled our bedroom we we needed A larger TV that we could see from the new position of the bed. We had looked at Best Buy for several different fridges and this one seems the best. The day we came to buy it there was a special combining this fridge and nice larger TV. The freezer is divided into two compartments - they can both act as freezers or one of them can be set at one of three slightly warmer temps, such as soft freeze (e.g. for softer ice cream), or chill (for keeping drinks colder). The ice maker is a bit noisy, the front is NOT magnetic (the sides are) and the stainless does show a lot of fingerprints. Overall after two weeks we like it very much.

I am very pleased with the refig/frzr's appearance. I am pleased of all of the reviews on Samsung refrigerators in general. This definitely help make my decision to make this purchase easier. The one complaint I have is that there is not enough room on the top shelf to place a bottle of juice or a container of milk. Even though the glass shelves are moveable, due to it's cofiguration you really can't.

It looks great. Keeps things cold. Everything works and makes efficient use of the space. Doors slam a little hard, but other than that, good. Still have to figure out the wifi thing and why I'd want to monitor it through an app?

Black stainless looks great in my kitchen. Even though it's a counter depth, there is no sacrifice of refrigerator or freezer space. I really like the option of using the right bottom side as a freezer, refrigerator or for other cooling. Love it!!

We've had this refrigerator for several months now and absolutely love it! The black stainless is really easy to keep clean because it doesn't show fingerprints like regular stainless steel. The layout of the drawers and shelving make everything really easy to get to. We haven't used the Flex part of the refrigerator yet, but with the holidays just around the corner, it should come in very handy!

This is a sleek beautifully designed fridge, but when it comes to storing food I find it to be a bit lacking, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It could be that I'm just used to my old fridge, which was not a counter depth fridge, but regardless it doesn't hold as much food as I would like it to. When I was looking at it in the store it seemed like it would be fine, although I was admittedly distracted by how gorgeous this fridge is, but actually having it in my home and using it on the day to day, I guess those few inches really do count. I definitely can't store as much food in this one as I could in my old fridge. I feel like my old fridge could store twice the amount of food. Also, you can't really store anything in the door panel on the left side because of the ice maker and the ice maker itself takes up space inside the fridge, so that just adds to the lack of storage space, but my old fridge didn't have a water/ice dispenser, which I do absolutely love having. As for the freezer portion, I love the freezer. I hated the big old pull out catchall basket that my old freezer had. I love that this one has compartments, so I can organize and see where everything is and not have to dig through a large basket to find what I need. The design of the freezer portion was definitely a big selling point for me and what made me decide to buy this model over the other options out there. So all in all it is a great fridge and a gorgeous fridge, but if you have a large family and buy a lot food then this one might not be the one for you.

Fits perfect counter dept. like the 4 doors ! Not noisey!

This thing looks incredible. Great design inside and out. The water dispenser filter doesn't do much at all. Don't count on it to help filter the water for any taste improvement. This fridge makes some unusual noise for a fridge. Not loud, but gurgle-y. It sounds like an aquarium. Apparently it's normal and not a concern. Once you're used to it, it's kinda nice. I might buy a fake fish to put next to it so the sounds match the looks of something nearby. I should probably go the whole nine yards and get something to hide behind the fake fish that sounds like a regular fridge to even it all out.

Pros: large capacity in easy-to-use four sections, flex lower right compartment can be a refrigerator or freezer section, although finish is not fingerprint resistant, there are fewer fingerprints with the no-handle design and it easily cleans up with a dab of water on a microfiber rag. Cons: We had to pull our cabinet over the refrigerator, cut it down because we lacked 1/8" of clearance, have to pull the unit out from the cabinets several inches to open the doors all the way, so the refrigerator sticks out farther than the one it replaces, the shelves on the upper left side are so narrow at one point as to be virtually unusable. Overall, I'd order this again in a heartbeat.

We just received the refrigerator and I have to say it seems a little bigger than I'd expected. It's counter depth and I'd heard about the size constraints due to decreased depth, but they designed it well to provide space in all the nooks and crannies possible. The ice machine has been a little slow to get fully operational and it's much smaller than our old side by side.

Looks great. Love the option to use one bottom section as freezer, we chose to do this. Only downfall, since no handles there are always fingerprints on the doors.
