The best thing about this refrigerator is that bottom right compartment can convert from refrigerator to freezer. This gives you so much more usable refrigerator space. I only wish the door compartments were adjustable, and this refrigerator would be perfect.

This Samsung is new in our home and so far we love it. Its style and design is very unique. We bought because of the 4 door design, very good door materials, design of door dispenser and 4th compartment freezer or refrigerator option. It is very silent during operation and inside lighting is fantastic. So far all is good.......Jeff

The 4 door refridgerator is the perfect counter depth that we were looking for. It looks great in our kitchen and very functional (especially converting the bottom left door into a freezer/fridge). Only downside is the water spout which spills water in smaller glasses due to the angle.

Perfect replacement for old bulky Subzero. My wife loves the bottom right compartment which can be used as a freezer or refrigerator. High quality and versatility make this model a winner. After three months of use, we have found everything works great including no problem at all with through door ice and water dispenser. No drips or freezing up of dispenser. Delivery team was outstanding going above and beyond removing the very heavy old fridge. Hope they get a bonus.

I haven’t had the unit very long but, I love it so far. My wife and I are “empty nesters” and we didn’t need a deep refrigerator anymore. So, we went with the counter depth. We love the 4 door design as opposed the the French drawer. I did find out by accident that the right side bottom can be used as a chiller, a fridge or a freezer. Really cool option except I thought it was always a freezer. Lost a few frozen foods but, now I know. The in-door dispenser is great because it accommodates large cups and you don’t have to make the switch between water or ice. Overall, we’ve been very happy with it.

I love this fridge and it works awesome for our family. The flexibility of the bottom right section to be a fridge or a freezer is perfect for our lifestyle. The adjustable shelves are great depending on the type and height of groceries or leftovers we have. The only 2 downsides are 1) the spout for the water dispenser is angled and a bit tough for waterbottle refilling but perfect for glasses and 2) a few of the door shelves are too narrow or odd sized for some condiments but we made everything fit fine especially with the flexible shelves in the main area of the fridge.

It fits nicely in the space. Truly hides finger prints.

We love our new refrigerator much more than our old side by side. It's very quiet and we love the sleek look! Only drawback is the lack of space in fridge for tall drink bottles. They have to go on the right side door. Fingerprints show a lot too. Otherwise we love it!

Did research on new items and this refrigerator met all the requirements. The black stainless steel look great and matches regular black appliances really well. The flexibility of the cool zone feature was a nice bonus.

I love the size of this frig as it fit my space well. I didn’t think I would like the two drawers but love them. I keep my baking items on the right and meat, veggies on the left. The ice machine is slow but I fill up a gallon baggy and keep in the freezer for extra.

This thing is a delight to open. The inside is so pretty. I like the counter depth because it forces me to minimize my purchasing and therefore my waste of food, but at the same time it's roomier than the one other counter depth fridge I had in the past.

After 6 months of use, I'm still very happy with the purchase. The 4th door is convenient. Complaints would be the ice maker is a little slow, and the water filters are expensive ($45ish/filter at about 2x a year! There goes any energy cost savings).

This fridge is great, the top portion is smaller than I anticipated but fits our family of two well with lots of room to fill to entertain.

Really like the 4 doors. This is especially helpful when you have a freezer in the garage or basement as a backup

The ice maker has been absolute junk in this refrigerator. It has never made ice correctly and right about the time the warranty runs out it quits completely making ice. Samsung sent out a repair guy that said they are all like that and that all he could do was cut off this small plastic piece in the ice maker. Nice fix!! NOT.......It still will not make ice. Very Very disappointed in what I thought would be a great appliance. many other reviews online from other unsatisfied customers with the exact same issue.

It is more spacious than counter depth refrigerator.

The first time I saw this fridge I fell in love with its looks. I loved the idea of the convertible freezer and how easy it is to organize frozen foods with the pullout drawers. After buying it and delivery I had a few reservations. 1. The doors need 2 inches clearance on each side, which makes it look less built in. My old Kitchenaid fit very snug in the space and it looked like a built in fridge. The door hinges are a bad design and swing the doors out to the side too far :( 2. There is a constant water gurgling noise which sometimes gets very annoying. Other than the water gurgeling noise the fridge is very quiet. It cools very efficiently. I came very close to returning it because of the doors and gurgle and was considering buying another Kitchenaid instead. But in the end I decided to keep it. I just love the way it looks in my kitchen.

My wife was wanting a fridge with ample fridge capacity for several food dishes. This fridge with the added compartment that could be either freezer or fridge was the answer to her needed storage for dinner dishes at family get togethers.

It's beautiful, there's no disputing it. However.... I've had it just over a year now. The ice maker stopped dispensing about three months in because the ice melted and stuck together. We chipped away at it, and it happened again, but we couldn't force the dispenser open. We didn't have ice for months, not until summer was over. It's placed in a bad area, right at the top of the fridge, so every time you open the door, it warms up. It's not fingerprint proof. I'm wiping the outside constantly. And the handles are hard to clean because of crevices that collect dust, crumbs, debris. To end on a positive note, I love the fact that one side of the freezer converts to fridge storage. Really convenient, but not worth THAT much money.
