Did research on new items and this refrigerator met all the requirements. The black stainless steel look great and matches regular black appliances really well. The flexibility of the cool zone feature was a nice bonus.

I had been looking at this product for a while but finally got to purchase it. It fit the space very well. My only complaint is that one of the reasons I purchased it was because they stated that it was fingerprint resistant. It is not. However, the flex zone options are perfect.

I love the size of this frig as it fit my space well. I didn’t think I would like the two drawers but love them. I keep my baking items on the right and meat, veggies on the left. The ice machine is slow but I fill up a gallon baggy and keep in the freezer for extra.

This fridge is great, the top portion is smaller than I anticipated but fits our family of two well with lots of room to fill to entertain.

This is one of the best Samsung products. I recommend this product for smaller space. The depth this refrigerator easy to put in to house.

Samsung has the selection with a 4-door option with the upper 2 doors being the fridge, bottom left is a freezer and that 4th flexible door area being anything you need it to be (fridge-to-freezer). We love this option and we still have water and an ice maker in the door. A great creative solution to an everyday need!

The first time I saw this fridge I fell in love with its looks. I loved the idea of the convertible freezer and how easy it is to organize frozen foods with the pullout drawers. After buying it and delivery I had a few reservations. 1. The doors need 2 inches clearance on each side, which makes it look less built in. My old Kitchenaid fit very snug in the space and it looked like a built in fridge. The door hinges are a bad design and swing the doors out to the side too far :( 2. There is a constant water gurgling noise which sometimes gets very annoying. Other than the water gurgeling noise the fridge is very quiet. It cools very efficiently. I came very close to returning it because of the doors and gurgle and was considering buying another Kitchenaid instead. But in the end I decided to keep it. I just love the way it looks in my kitchen.

The ice maker has been absolute junk in this refrigerator. It has never made ice correctly and right about the time the warranty runs out it quits completely making ice. Samsung sent out a repair guy that said they are all like that and that all he could do was cut off this small plastic piece in the ice maker. Nice fix!! NOT.......It still will not make ice. Very Very disappointed in what I thought would be a great appliance. many other reviews online from other unsatisfied customers with the exact same issue.

I recently purchased a new home and was looking for a new fridge. After a month of research I narrowed my list down to 3 Samsung fridges. After seeing this one on person, it was a no brainer. This fridge is awesome and has cool features. I like the idea of four doors and not having a pull out door. The cool thing is that you can turn one of the spaces into a fridge or freezer. Something super convenient when you need a fridge or a freezer. It changes in seconds. Love this fridge.

Awesome design, just make sure the guys that install it level the doors as mine were out of whack after a week and now won't stay open. I have a range being delivered in a few days so I will have them fix at that time.

There is a ton of room in this smaller sized unit. The convertibility of the lower half is amazing. I'm glad we purchased this unit over a larger one. We can hardly fill this one up.

It's beautiful, there's no disputing it. However.... I've had it just over a year now. The ice maker stopped dispensing about three months in because the ice melted and stuck together. We chipped away at it, and it happened again, but we couldn't force the dispenser open. We didn't have ice for months, not until summer was over. It's placed in a bad area, right at the top of the fridge, so every time you open the door, it warms up. It's not fingerprint proof. I'm wiping the outside constantly. And the handles are hard to clean because of crevices that collect dust, crumbs, debris. To end on a positive note, I love the fact that one side of the freezer converts to fridge storage. Really convenient, but not worth THAT much money.

This fridge fit perfectly in our small kitchen. Love that theres no handles that stick out. LOVE the optional chiller / freezer. Very happy with the look. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 is because if toy have a hard ton of tall items to fit in a fridge, theres not much space for that
