Love this fridge, great lighting, love the ice maker, love the The storage. It is supposed to alarm when the dirt is left opens but it hasn’t- need. To read the manual!

Refrigerator is great,other than the very small ice maker

Beautiful , clean lines and easy use storage in both refrigerater and freezer. Easy to use features w indoor water and ice service. Quiet and energy efficient. A beautiful addition to my kitchen!

Very nice stainless steel finish Samsung fridge. Pros: very nice looking, digital readout of temps, right door holds 2 one gallon milk jugs perfectly on one of the shelves, chimes when door has been left open, large/tall opening for when getting ice or water, crushed or cubed ice option. Cons: left door has minimal room (more for condiments, maybe) ice dispenses slowly (also, doors need to be closed while dispensing, and there is no access that I have found yet to just "grabbing" some ice if you wanted more faster.) And though the finish is stainless, it's not magnetic at all. Overall, very nice working and looking fridge that goes great with my stainless steel appliances.

It has a lot of storage for a counter depth refrigerator.

It's a good refrigerator but has two unexpected surprises. The first is that magnets cannot stick to the front doors, probably because of the steel used. The second is that there is an antenna on top of the refrigerator that adds about 0.5 inches. As a result, it did not fit in my kitchen even though according to the spec height it should fit. Luckily it's very easy to remove the antenna and I don't need it anyway (not sure why one would need to know the temperature of his refrigerator on one's cellphone), so it still worked for me. But it will be useful to make this extra height clear in the spec.

the freezer tray jams and is difficult to slide back which restricts the access to the bottom freezer bins. The ice maker is noisy-not from making ice but when it drops into the bin. Ice crusher not working well. followed adjustment instructions with minimal improvement.

This is my first Samsung refrigerator. Installation was a breeze and the refrigerator reached optimal temperatures in both the refrigerator and the freezer areas in under 2 hours. The water/ice dispenser works flawlessly and can easily keep up with my household demands. I especially like the location of the water filter which is far more accessible than the filter in my last refrigerator. The LED lighting is excellent. The storage shelves, bins and drawers were clearly thought out to provide the maximum storage capacity. The only thing I would change is the release for the ice bin which is a bit tricky. Overall I could not be happier.

The Samsung refrigerator fit the dimensions for our space just a little shorter than our old refrigerator (GE Monogram). The design with the tubular handles was plain to fit the stainless look with our existing appliances. Like the configuration with the French doors, inside shelving and bottom freezer pull out drawer.

I purchased this refrigerator over the pre black Friday sale. I had it delivered to my new home approximately 3 weeks after the purchase. Within about 3 days of having the refrigerator, it went out completely. I attempted to get an exchange but geek squad said I was outside of the return/exchange policy so I was referred to Samsung. Samsung send out 3rd party technicians 3 seperate times over a span of almost 2.5 weeks before the correct part was finally fixed. I'm not sure if mine was bad off the production line or some other reason. I have never had issues with any other major brands of appliances except Samsung. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because it works just fine, for now.

This is my second purchase of this refrigerator. We have one now at home and recently purchased this one for the bay house. Happy with this frig because of the size.

This Samsung unit looks great. It has modern, yet classic lines. The compressor is very quiet compared to my other refrigerators I have owned. The French Door style is genius. Wide, tall, and deep items fit easily without changing the shelving configurations. If necessary they can be moved/removed to accommodate huge items which could never fit into a side by side unit. The bottom freezer is large with adjustable fencing to customize space and a top drawer for convenience. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase. Delivery and set up from Best Buy was top notch. Thanks

I have had the fridge just two weeks but so far I like it very much. It has plenty of room for everything I store in the fridge and it is easy to see everything at a glance.

Had trouble finding counter depth fridge, but was able to order it through best buy. Exactly what was looking for, and matches all my other appliances in my home. Fits perfectly!

We had the fridge for two weeks when we needed a service repair to fix the plugged ice bucket. Apparently this is a common problem with Samsung fridges. Not happy that this will most likely keep happening. Otherwise fridge works well and is quiet.

Great refrigerator that does what is expected. If there is any negative, it’s the speed that the ice comes through the door. Very slowly.

I love my Samsung counter dept refrigerator. It is easy to see what I have due to not being too deep as well as not sticking out into the kitchen. The only problem I am having is the icemaker. After 1.5 years the icemaker is failing. Time to call the Geek Squad! I did purchase a 5 year warrantee.

Over all a great Refrigerator. Has a lot of moisture on the doors when opening, but I am sure that I can fix that. The communication system doesn't' sync with my Samsung phone, so that's still an issue, and the doors were out of adjustment when I received it, but for the price, I am very happy.

I love the French doors and freezer in the bottom. It has more room than my side by side refrigerator. It is noisier than my previous Samsung but it is tolerable.
