    Seems like a great product, except for the refrigerator drawers which don't operate as smoothly as others I've owned. No rollers, just plastic on plastic.

    Display would randomly change from cubed to crushed to water for no apparent reason, so we went to Best Buy and they replaced unit with no hassle.

    The slide shelf does not stay pulled out as a full shelf that can hold anything. Cannot find a replacement normal shelf.

    This fridge has been great! When we bought our house we searched for awhile with all the option for fridges nowdays. But very happy with the quality of this one. Tou spend a little more but so worth it for the great quality you get from Samsung.

    This French door fridge is 'life-changing' - no more stacking of food on the shelves, no more shifting of items to accommodate one more thing, no more scrambling thru 5 freezer drawers looking for the butter. The mini-drawer for small deli items is brilliant. Even my husband likes it - and he's very resistant to change.

    We needed a fridge that would fit through a 29 in door. It fit. I'm ok with the space and the general mechanics. There are some things that I am not a fan of. The front is not magnetic. You have to pull the fridge out and turn off the water just to change the water filter which is a huge pain. The door shelves on the left sight might as well not exist. They are so thin, all you can fit is a small jar of capers.
