I really like this refrigerator-Very convenient!!!

1. Online ordering - FAIL ( No one reads what you write in the comments section of the order. They show up and then say can’t install it on any floor that is not the first and need 4 people. 4 man job they say need verbal confirmation for appointments , why have an online system then ) 2. Resheduling Appointment- FAIL ( 13days + 5days to install a fridge and washer dryer ? how are you still in business ? ) 3. Returns - FAIL ( System is so broken it processes return of appliances to billing instead of delivery address ) 4. In service appointment - FAIL ( Appointment window 12-4, your men show up at 9:00PM, after 3 phone calls to your call center. ) 5. Payment Refund - FAIL ( Returns only for items was refunded and services which you didnt provide another phone call with a 10 minute wait ) 6. Call center - FAIL ( minimum 2 transfers to talk to any one who can do something )

As a family of 2 we knew we were purchasing a smaller refrigerator but expected it to produce enough ice for the 2 of us. We run out of ice daily. Have to buy a bag of ice from the store to make up the difference and be able to also serve guests.

The ice machine consistently breaks/stops producing ice. We had it serviced and the compartment and motor have been replaced and it is still malfunctioning. Very disappointing!

After 6 repair calls and 3 replacements of the ice maker with Geek Squad approved an exchange. I will never buy another Samsung french door refrigerator again.

Water splashes when pouring. Ice cubes are the worst small and mot very many

Not well made at all. Sliding shelf in freezer wants to come off track if not pushed just so. Configuration of inside fridge makes no sense. Ice machine can only be accessed through the outside, cannot reach in for ice. Makes a very minimal amount of ice. Things are not made like they used to be.

The biggest piece of junk! Ice maker constantly freezes up and quits working. I will never buy another Samsung appliance again.

We bought it in 2014. It promptly broke in 2016. We've had it repaired 3 times and it broke yet again. Behind the panel where it says Twin Cooling fills up with ice, which eventually breaks the motor. There aren't enough heating filaments in the back was one explanation we got. The digital display still says it's 38 degrees but it's really 57 degrees and my food is rotting. I had to call 3 different companies to even find a serviceman who would touch it b/c they're so prone to breaking. Buyer beware.

Only issue I have is the icemaker tends to be slow to respond.

Less than 3 years old and the refrigerator freezes, ice maker no longer works and continuously has issues. Very frustrated with your sales persons recommendation.

The biggest problem with this item is the delay in time it takes to dispense ice and water, there is a big delay before it will dispense. I'm also very disappointed in the size of the freezer its smaller than I realized. Very disappointed in this refrigerator

Had high hopes for the refrigerator, but we’re sadly disappointed. Cam dented and the ice machine is horrible. Expected more from Samsung based on other appliances and tech items we have from them.

DO NOT BUY THIS! Not only is the ice maker too small, it freezes up once a week! A major pain!

This is a common issue with this model. We've had it for about 2 years and now once every few weeks the fan and coils behind the inside plate freeze. This results in a very loud noise from the fan and you must remove all the food and the plate, defrost the coils and start all over again. Do a Google search before purchasing this item, go with another brand besides Samsung.

Horrible leaking problem from the beginning from the water dispenser. Samsung is making me jump thru hoops to get an answer. The Samsung repairman came out and said that the leaking issue will never be able to be fixed. These products look good but don't work properly

Please do not buy this refrigerator! It worked for a couple of weeks and then the ice machine stopped working. Samsung sent a repairman who replaced the unit but it stopped working again. The unit freezes and the ice machine needs to be defrosted!! It works again for a few days and freezes up again.

We bought this unit and have had it a little over a year. It has had so many problems. The freezer shut down without warning and it ruin all of the frozen food. The condenser had to be replaced. And now, the refrigerator is leaking water inside the unit creating ice patches. Best Buy has not been helpful in repairing it.
