Im an empty nester, this size is perfect for me; probably great for a small family too. The door space is on the small side. My only complaint thus far is with Best Buy. I had someone to receive the delivery and they did not notice that the doors are not even, one is about a quarter inch higher than the other. Maybe I’m being picky but I paid a lot of money for this baby and I expect it to be installed right. When I have time I will call BB to do the job right.

Great cabinet-depth refrigerator for under $2000. The refrigerator space was next to the kitchen entrance and needed something flush with the counter so it would not block the entrance. Perfect fit! My only concern is the cubed/crushed ice spills everywhere when it is dispensed unless you get your cup directly underneath and touching the opening.

Quite running, bright interior lighting. . Love it!

I was replacing a fridge that was over 12 years old and was really excited to find such an awesome product for a great price! So far it has exceeded my expectations as far as noise goes. Only time I hear it is when the ice drops and then only sometimes! And counter depth is perfect for my family's needs!

We needed a fridg that would fit our galley kitchen. This was perfect for us. Being able to monitor and/or change the freezer and fridg is a plus. The freezer is more than adequate and we love the upper drawer. So far soooo good. Too bad the stainless does not have a little ferrous in it to allow magnetic dry eraser boards to be place on it.

Makes great amount of ice, LED lighting is great! The fridge perfectly in the space for counter depth

Great refrigerator, we need an counter height and the Samsung was a good choice- all the bells and whistles without the extra high price

We were forced to buy the counter depth due to the builder having such a small space allotted for a fridge. It does the job just very small than what we had. Freezer door barely comes out enough to get bulky things out like an ice cream container.

Wasn't sure if I'd like a French door style, but I absolutely love it. I'm happy I made the choice, and this Samsung refrigerator seems to be high quality and it looks great too! Love the shelf width and the ability to lift part of shelves to make room for taller items.

Our old Kenmore side-by-side kicked the bucket after 6 years and it couldn't come soon enough for my wife. She ended up hating the side-by-side configuration shortly after we got it and constantly complained about the usability and width. The new side-by-side is SO MUCH better! The room and useability is significantly improved and the shelves allow for a couple areas to store unusually tall containers if you need it. Really like this Fridge, no complaints.

I purchased this refridgerator on sale and got it for a great price. As other reviews have said, it is a little loud.

For me, the main selling point for French style was the ability to fit big items in the fridge & freezer, e.g. a pizza box. Unfortunately, the shallow depth of the Counter-Depth (& the compressor in the bottom back) means that the biggest pizza box I can fit in the freezer is SMALLER than my previous side-by-side. Needless to say, I returned this and got the side-by-side model. On a side note, while I like Samsung's actual appliances, buyer beware: their customer service is practically non-existent.

Conterdepth refrigerators are little pricy to start with when compared to regular ones. This one was not that pricy and also a good buy. I bought it 2 years back and no issues yet. It has energy efficient options and also you can control it from your mobile app. I did feel that the ice machine does make some unnecessary noise and it never did that an year ago. But over all it is a good buy

Great value for a counter depth refrigerator. Makes a tapping noice once in a while, according to manual is normal

If the left door flap is flipped accidentally while open and proceed to shut the door, it has a safety mechanism that insures the flap won't break off.

My wife and I have had this fridge for over 3 months now and we couldn’t be happier. We love how the design makes our kitchen look sleeker and the actual function of it is great. We have tons of space to store our items and the ice machine is excellent.

We needed a counter depth model and the choices narrow as a result. Consumer Re[ports recently gave the normal depth version of this fridge excellent reviews. Hopefully, the innards are the same. So far we love how well the space is utilized and the quiet operation.

Very happy with this purchase. Counter depth is great and it still has sufficient storage.
