We love the look of this fridge! The inside of the fridge is very spacious and the shelves are convertible to meet your needs. We also love that the pockets on the right side of the door are spacious and can hold gallons of milk. The only downside is the left door, where the ice dispenser is, has some weird shelf shapes that wrap around the ice dispenser. Another downside is the freezer door is somehow clunkier than the normal depth fridge. Not a big deal since we mostly only use the refrigerator. Best to see these fridges in person, but if you can't find this counter depth model in store they usually have the regular-depth model, which is only a few inches deeper. We are really happy with this purchase!

While the freezer is a little inconvenient being at the bottom, really enjoy the wide open refrigerator space that we use the most as contrasted to our previous side to side. Still glad we switched to french door refrigerator.

Only had this fridge a month, but already appreciate the counter depth appearance in our kitchen. Also, shelves are sufficiently deep enough to hold lots of items but not so deep as to hide things. Everything else is great: excellent temperature control, true stainless steel and not coated metal. Ice maker is OK for the purpose, water dispenser is good design and works well. Pocket shelf in the left door in front of ice maker is too small to hold anything of meaningful size.

This is a good fridge with nice features. My only real complaint would be you have to open both doors to access the deli drawer.

Was one piece of the kitchen remodel. Love the counter depth and everything works great, my only complaint might be that the water comes out of the dispenser a little to hard.

While it took forever to get my new Samsung counter depth refridgerator I couldn't be happier! Counter depth has given me room in my kitchen I had lost with the bigger bulker one and I still have more than enough room in the fridge and freezer. I don't need to leave a light on anymore because the water dispenser is lit up!

Great Samsung fridge for the price and it looks perfect in my narrow kichten, counter depth is the way to go sometimes so the fridges don't pass the cabinets , very happy with this product

I love the counter depth size of this refrigerator. it is roomy inside and the freezer is more than adequate for me. everything works perfectly...and the water/ice dispenser does not leak.

We shopped around for a few weeks and with the free delivery, pickup and 18 month interest free financing we went with Best Buy. The fridge is everything we thought it was. Would recommend it to anyone.

I was on sale so made it a great value for a Counter Depth Refrigerator. Ice capacity is not bad but don't expect it to fill a small cooler. I wish it had a ice drawer so I could save some ice for a cooler. Great feature - allows to connect to my WiFi.

I replaced my 6 year old GE fridge that couldn't hold a consistent temperature (it would fluctuate 5-10 deg every day) and what a difference! Not only is the LED lighting amazing, but the Twin Cooling plus system (that is exclusive to Samsung) actually makes food (especially veggies) last much, much longer. Also, the ice maker is incredible. The ice master produces more ice than anything other brand. Needless to say, I've been extremely happy with this fridge over the first 2 months.

Really nice just a little small inside with the counter depth.

I was little skeptical about it initially but it turned out quite good. However it would have been better if 1. It had bigger ice maker. 2. If it came with waterline kit. When you are buying such an expensive product, it should have all fixtures required for it to work. Best Buy charged me extra $30 for it.

My wife and I both love this fridge. It has great access, great visibility and keeps a low counter depth profile. Two weeks into service and we are very pleased.

Needed a counter depth fridge and this one is spacious, has an extra inside, can get ice and cold water out of the door and it is easy to keep clean. A keeper!

I have a small galley kitchen and love the look and convenience of the French door refrigerators. This counter depth unit has all the functions I wanted and looks great.

The French door style seemed to give me more space than my old GE side by side. None of my food freezes in the refrigerated section (unlike my old one). Love the modern look to it also.

My only complaint about this fridge is that the ice maker is slow to dispense. It sounds like it grinds, even when dispensing the whole ice cube (not crushed). The water stream is also kind of weak. Otherwise, it works as expected.
