I was looking for a counter-depth refrigerator and found the choices limited. Best Buy had several to choose from and had the best price on the Samsung model I ultimately ordered. The delivery and installation process went very smoothly and the refrigerator fit perfectly. We love it!

This is our second Samsung fridge of the same model. Bought a warranty from Best Buy on the first one. They stood behind the warranty to the point that they replaced it. The problem with this fridge is the ice maker. It will make ice but it not quite solid cubes. It is a cross between crushed and cubed. For every cube you get, you get pieces along with it. All other features of this fridge work well. Bottom line is, buy a warranty. Icemakers are the number one service call for fridges.

Nice refrigerator overall.. would have given 5 stars if it was a little quieter.. it's not loud just noticeable if listening for it. Plenty of storage space for counter depth fridge

I read several reviews online before making my purchase and checked with friends who recently purchased refrigerators. This particular model came highly recommended and it has not disappointed. I'm glad I spent the money to get counter depth. I'm very pleased with my purchase and plan to recommend it to others.

Lots of nice features. Width is greater than specification dimensions so was a tight fit. Right door handle is loose.

Very quiet compared to my other Samsung fridge. It also looks great in my new IKEA kitchen. I do wish the freezer was a little larger

The overall design of the refrigerator is great, stylish and very functional. The reason I have only given it 3 stars is due to the various noises it makes when running. My previous built in, counter depth refrigerator was not near as loud. If your unit will be close to your family room, I would probably consider something different. I am also a builder and I have built houses with many types of counter depth units and none have been as loud as this Samsung. Other than this, it is a great refrigerator.

The refrigerator has some spacing issues. The door doesn’t allow for much storage. The freezer too is a little cramped and difficult to get things out of.

The adjustable shelving and LED lighting make it so simple to find everything inside. No more searching for hidden treasures in the back, dark, hidden areas of our old fridge! Temperature control is perfect and I have never seen it fluctuate even 1 degree, And it is so quiet I sometimes wondered in the beginning if it was running.

We needed a smaller fridge and since our house fire, we were able to get it. This seems like a nice fridge. We have only had it 1 week

Fridge looks nice, works well, temperature is constant in both the fridge and freezer. The big challenge is what Samsung calls an ice maker. It is horrible. Cannot reach in and grab cubes, only in the door, and even then, takes too much time. It is so bad, I will be purchasing a countertop ice maker. Not sure how Samsung missed this so bad, had the store been hooked up to water, would not have purchased a Samsung.

If you are in the market for a new french door fridge, you will see many, but as soon as you add cabinet depth and through-the-door Ice+Water, the competition thins out. We are very thorough researchers, and we selected this model. It's unfortunate that the Cabinet Depth models are smaller but cost more. Overall, it is a solid performer so far, my one issue is that the ice dispenser does drip, which is due in part to ice particles getting stuck in the chute and melting.

Refrigerator is fine. Works like we expected it to. Only drawback is that the ice maker supply is very small - would have liked it to be at least twice as big.

The fridge seemed great, until days before my 3 year $100 BB extended warranty expired. Loud sounds that we’re clearly a frost issue. I was told had I not had the extended warranty it would have cost $700.... despite the fact it is a known issue with this model, to the point Samsung developed a replacement part to combat the issue. I decided Not to spend another $100 for a 1 year add-on warranty because it’s ridiculous that a $3300 (at Black Friday pricing) refrigerator would Break Down twice in 4 years..... oops. Here we are now with the loudest sounding buzz and grind that even shakes the refrigerator and wall behind it. We had bought Samsung: microwave, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer at the same time. The refrigerator has had issues twice, and the exhaust fan on the microwave has quit. Pathetic that in 3-4 years these expensive appliances are having issues!

Its costly (but all counter-depths are, thanks to the stupi** who created this type) but good. Bit noisy but i think its common with any.

Great fridge so far but haven’t installed yet but looks really good and happy with it

I waited quite a while to get this fridge since they had to special order it due to the fact it was counter depth. It was so worth the wait. I love the space and the folding shelves. The large middle drawere is not as tall as my last french door fridge but I love the chill/deli/fresh option. The ice maker and water in the door works perfect - no overspill. I would give this fridge 10stars!!
