This refrigerator freezer is great. You can tell by the touch of a finger the temperature of your refrigerator/freezer each time to open a door. Once plugged in the appropriate temperatures were reached within the hour; around 30 minutes. Plenty of room in the refrigerator for cold cuts and cheeses, vegetable and fruit. All shelves are adjustable. One shelf has a slide away portion for tall bottles or pitchers. The freezer has two sliding compartments. The top one amply accommodates several TV dinners or smaller packages of food products. Also a smaller area in the front of this compartment can be used for a few frozen cans of juice. The lower drawer can hold your less frequently used or larger items. I haven't tried yet but I bet I could get a good size turkey in there. Maybe even two.

Very pleased thus far with this refrigerator. It looks absolutely beautiful and is very well thought out from a functional standpoint. Much more so than the side-by-side we replaced. The counter depth unit freed up a lot of space in our relatively small kitchen. Have not noticed it being "noisy" like some others have suggested. Geek Squad installation guys were very professional and courteous. Had old refrigerator moved to the garage and this one installed in no time.

I love the freezer on the bottom. There is a lot of room in the refrigerator. I thought the door space wouldn't be adequate, but it is. The fingerprints wipe right off! Only drawback is making sure it is closed. You can't just throw the door closed. It's a habit I need to change. It's very quiet with adequate ice production.

Love this frig, I shopped & compared for 6+ months before buying. Yes I would have rather had a frig that was 26 cubit feet but for the space I have this worked.The counter depth is still a bit off, you have to give room for the frig to be out past counters a bit for the doors to open. If you take the crisper drawers out beware of putting them back in, runs quite and cools very well. The finish does show up hand/finger prints but all and all I say it is a great buy. Little issue with delivery dates being changed and fraud protection calling & having to verify my purchase 3 times but at least they were watching.

We love our refrigerator. Great storage. We are very happy with the counter depth option. It looks better and it is much easier to find stuff in the refrigerator. I feel like less food gets wasted. My only two complaints would be the ice maker make a mess unless you have a cup with a wide opening. Also the drawer in the freezer section is a little weird. It is easiest to partial open the freezer drawer then push the top drawer back because is you open the freezer drawer all of the way open it hard to push the upper drawer back. Besides that works great! We have had it for 15 months now.

Really enjoying this refrigerator and especially like the counter depth. It is much quieter than our old refrigerator and can hardly tell it is there. Love the ice/water dispenser. The only criticism I might make is that with the water/ice dispenser you are losing storage space in that door. I was a bit concerned about freezer storage space but find that there is ample room for all we need. Would definitely recommend this refrigerator to others.

Delivered somewhat on time (at the VERY end of the pretty wide delivery window) by really professional, courteous guys. Worried about getting scratches on the wood floors but they did a fabulous job. The fridge itself was a special order due to our need for counter depth. Going from a side-by-side to a French door does make everything much easier to see and to access. The door pockets, due to the counter depth, are really narrow on the ice/water side. A little silly and frankly difficult to fit anything in those but not a huge deal. The other reviews have mentioned the loud compressor and the loud slow ice maker. I will concur with that. It's not so loud that you can hear it in other rooms, but I definitely walked to the fridge a couple of times to make sure everything was okay. It's fine, just takes some getting used to. And it really doesn't make lots of ice or make it very quickly so if you have a big party, plan to buy ice. Again, it's not a big deal. We are very happy with it.

Overall I am happy with this product although It is a bit loud when it kicks in. Also, it would be nice to have a deeper fridge... but that is the trade-off for a counter depth model. The door handles do nick pretty easily. So be mindful if they may bump the counter or a wall when opening.

Great: delivery, interior space and lighting design, functional freezer, ice/water tastes good, quiet, rare fingerprints, glowing & beautiful in my kitchen. Nervous after reading some negative reviews. Right now, perfect for me. May this be durable!

We are in the process of remodeling our home. We purchased this refrigerator along with a Samsung gas range and dishwasher. We had new kitchen cabinets built and installed prior to the refrigerator being installed. We had our cabinetmaker "box in" the space for the refrigerator with side panels and overhead cabinets, creating a "hole" that the refrigerator slides into and results in the refrigerator being completely enclosed and the front flush with the front of our cabinets/countertops. We have only had the refrigerator a few days now, but so far we absolutely love it! I was a little worried when we first started considering counter depth refrigerators that we would be losing a significant amount of space compared to the full size models. But that is not the case at all! This refrigerator has tons of space inside with several large drawers and lots of room for large containers (gallon size) in the shelves on each door. The freezer is huge as well. I had read some reviews before we purchased this that said the refrigerator was noisy and sometimes very loud. I have not found that to be even remotely accurate. This refrigerator is super quiet! We are beyond 100% satisfied with this refrigerator and look forward to getting many years of good use out of it!

This is a wonderful refrigerator. Relatively quiet. Not exactly fingerprint-proof, but I've never had issue cleaning it. It was easy to install and setup. Have not had any issues with leaking from the water dispenser.

We wanted our entire kitchen suite to match, and only Samsung had the stove we wanted (dual fuel, flex door with removable partition). We love the stove, microwave and dish washer, but the ice maker is extremely disappointing on this fridge. Storage and layout inside the fridge is great, though. When you select crushed ice, there's no consistency in the size of chunks you get. Some are mere shavings while others are 3/4 of a typical cube. When you select cubes, most that come out are broken. I'd give up on matching appliances to have working ice.

Great price, fully loaded, counter depth still offers lots of space!

This is a counter depth french door fridge that didn't brake the bank, looked good, and kept my food cold. The layout is well thought out and the sliding shelves that allow for taller items are really useful. The refrigerator itself was exactly what I was looking for and Best Buy couldn't have been better. I ordered it online on Monday and it was delivered and installed in my kitchen on Thursday.

I was a little worried on the first day of installation because the water dispenser kept leaking slowly. We had to put a cup in the dispenser area to catch the water. But by the next day the leak was gone. I recommend buying a good microfiber cloth to easily take off any fingerprints from the fridge only if it will drive u crazy. I use a Norwex microfiber environmental cloth I ordered from Ebay. Work so good with just a little water. Love love my refrigerator.

We love the this model. It is not super deep, has nice separated storage, and works well. This has been in use for just over a month now and we are very happy with it. If you have a larger family, definitely get a model offering more cubic feet of storage. But there are two of us in the house and it is an excellent size for us. My only complaint is the ice maker, I was spoiled by my previous Kenmore's maker as it was a beast! This ice maker capacity is adequate for two, even in Sweatville (Florida.) The problem is that it takes FOREVER to fill a glass with cubes when using the door dispenser. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the purchase.

We did a lot of research before selecting this refrigerator. My main fear was having a loud appliance! So far, it's very quiet. The counter depth looks very sleek in our kitchen, it's a beautiful appliance. There is plenty of room for food for our family of five, and I love all the organization in the french doors. My only complaint is that the water from the door runs very slowly, it takes about a minute to fill up a 16-ounce glass.

We ordered this fridge online on black Friday and had it delivered two weeks later. I am glad we ordered all the appliances to match as well! we are loving it so far - no complaints at all!!!! The delivery team was professional, although a little late, happy to help once they arrived. Some reviews stated that the fridge is loud, I can hear the compressor, but I would not consider it loud at all. The fridge is a lot roomy than I had originally thought it would be.

Great looking with nice refrigerator storage; however the left door shelves are to small to fit anything useful in. Also, the water pressure for the in door dispenser is so slow it takes about 3 full minutes to fill a standard 8 oz glass. Lastly, the bottom freezer is a little small and awkward to access and organize.

The combinations of the counter depth, bright lighting and french door design puts everything inside within easy view and reach. We are really enjoying our new refrigerator and are very happy with the choice the we made.
